I am currently a couple of marks below 7 3/4 EL which was my goal for August 1st. As you can see I've started back on track so "AS" I keep it going I hope to be at 8 by the end of this year, or at least have 7 3/4 BPenis EnlargementL solidified. I'll be studying a ton more now so I'll more time to incorporate Penis Enlargement into my routine from here probably until finals.

I plan on starting to incorporating more jelqs and [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] time. I used the vacu-extender for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I would never wear it out because there's too much of a chance but I could use it while I study after hanging. If I don't make my goal at the end of the year it'll be no biggie really. I have 2 more years of tough studying and then 2 years of med school so I'll get there one day.

Also if length starts to plateau I'll either take a break or switch to a more girth focused routine. I think switch ups and breaks are important and really are the missing key to many people's routines.

Sheaths on dick. Rolled on one also folded back to expose head a little. Kinda like Stillwantmore's style but modified. I fold it back because I think it provides for a better fit. My head is more pointed than blunt so this makes a better fit inside the inner ring of the MV. Two sheaths reduces chances of slips for me and second one is half on first sheath half on penis.

Okay so I've been away for a few months. I've hanged very infrequently. Last weekend there was a couple of days where I just did squeezes and those felt wonderful. Tomorrow is my last final and I'll start working a lot more often but I'll try to keep a routine. If not hanging than maybe some mild girth work.

Okay I'm back in school and trying to get into the swing of things so here it goes from what I can remember this week.

I started with Uli's, the way I do these is I get 100% erect, squeeze the base for a count of 15 secs, and then I slowly slide my grip slightly towards the base before moving up the shaft. This is like a pump action shotgun right here guys!!! I move up the shaft about 1/2-1 inch and then hold for 5 secs before doing another pump. I do 5 pumps ending the rep right behind the glans for a count of 5. So its a squeeze for 15 secs and 5 pumps with a hold for 5 secs at the end of each pump. I've also started wearing a leather ball clamp (?) that came with my pump, around my balls to keep them pulled back and out of the way. I hope it also stretches my sack out and makes them hang lower.

Comments: I just got done hanging and wow! I bought some new paper tape to wrap my glans with and its a lot better. If your using J&J switch to 3M. Its more durable, easier to tear and its sticks a helluva lot better than J&J's. I did 6 sets tonight. The most time with this much weight ever and I really felt the fatigue setting in on the last set!!! I was going to hang another 10 min set but I had the tape on for 3 hours already, 4 hour of straight studying, and I did some blasters for warm-ups, so I figured my dick didn't really need it. Again I haven't jelqed yet but I plan on doing it in 5 minutes when I begin studying again.

I procrastinated yesterday! :( I had a big pharm test on Friday, I had been preparing hardcore for over a week, and instead of starting to study for my Psych test tomorrow I goofed off on Friday and Saturday. Yesterday I wasted time playing online video games. I'm just noting this so I know how and when I procrastinate!

Which tape do you use? I've been using some that seems to be inconsistent on its stickiness.
 
I'm using 3M's Gentle Paper Tape. It sticks better than Johnson & Johnson's version which is good if your hanging multiple sets back to back. I usually rest 10 min's between sets and I just leave the tape on because really you have to soak your unit for a minute or two before the tape can be removed without being painful. The vaseline serves two purposes, it helps protect the urethra from the pressures of the MV and it makes it where the tape won't stick directly to the skin so if I have to pee I'll just peel it back, pee and reapply.
 
I've seen that stuff and wasn't sure about it. I think I'll try it. The guys at static stretcher suggested it to me before but I never got any. I use it with their heavy duty and also I use a piece with the Bib. It seems to help prevent some issues on the glans with it too.

Haha thanks for the encouragement! I plan on measuring maybe sometime this week, since its spring break for me...but just as a base to see how good I gain. My routine the last semester was sporadic at best and I've only recently been able to hang or squeeze most days of the week...

Comments: Man I felt it today. I toughed out the first set even though I felt some pretty major fatigue in the ligs. It felt good to have fatigue for once I think I can start gaining at this weight....sadly I started Advanced Med Surg today.


I'm going to take a two month break off of Penis Enlargement so I can concentrate on school. It now takes me about 15 minutes to warm up and get in the hanger, then I'm starting and stopping every 20-25 with a 5-10 min break before taking another 5 minutes to restart hanging. Bottom line is I have a ton of work now and not doing Penis Enlargement will save me a lot of time and allow me to jump right into studying.

I'll probably jelq and do some Piss stretches everynow and then. I want to stay at 7.5 because I'm so close to my goal, but school comes before my dick does. haha

Besides this last Friday I've been doing 20 Ulis on Friday (I did 10 this past Friday) and I've been doing a little dry jelqing and piss pulls every now and then. I don't think I've lost anything. I'm out of school next week and plan on doing Penis Enlargement again during summer school. I really do miss it, it starts to become addictive just like working out.

I go on vacation on May 30th and my last day of school for Spring semester is May 5th. I don't have a fulltime job yet and probably won't get one.

My goals/plans for this summer beside making good grades in school are:
Work part-time with this guy who pays me to do odd jobs/landscaping
Work up to lifting 8x a week (twice a day, 4 days) before vacation without reaching overtraining
I have a couple of self help books I'm wanting to read (for socializing, studying, and dating)
Pick up my guitar again
Start learning a little Spanish through Pimsleur
Start approaching women instead of relying on my social circle for hook-ups

And I still have 20 hours of community service and a 3 page paper to do. I got busted for possession of alcohol by minor a month before my 21st


I'm wanting to reestablish a hanging routine. I remember I felt like I would start seriously gaining once I got up to 13 3/4 lbs and I plan on working back up to that. Also trying "Mandingo's stretch" and jelqing once a week. I might have a day in the week that I dedicate to manual work. I think that will help to stretch all angles I might miss with hanging and give me better all around gains.

So I plan on employing this strategy for the summer as best I can. I just have to get into the habit of hanging more sets, even if its just one or two sets a day. I have 20 hours of community service to complete. I plan on working as much as I can, but I really don't know how many projects my employer will pursue this summer. I'm taking 3 classes beginning the 26th and I'm going on vacation the 30th for a week. But right now I'm feeling pretty motivated to start hanging and gaining again. Comments: Its been 4 days since I hanged. Even after bumping up the weight with the BTC angle I was only able to reach fatigue near the end of the sets. I gotta quite taking so many rest days. I'm going for NO REST DAYS. My penis actually doesn't feel as sore as it did after the 11th but I do feel a slight good soreness. Also I've been applying heat before and during sets.
