Comments: Using 6 sec on the kegels and reverse kegels because I'm using a metronome to count time. I am reaching fatigue but my sets were pretty spaced out today so I didn't have to reduce weight.
 
The only gain I've gotten is a .1 inch in girth. But my head has filled out some and I have changed my strategy some so I think gains are around the corner. I've started doing a 5-10 minute meditation/day planning after I wake up and that helps me keep up with my busy schedule, so that has helped me stay focused with Penis Enlargement and life in general. I visualize between sets and whenever I remember too. I basically just do a couple of dry jelqs and try to visualize my penis and the ligaments stretching and increasing in size. Lately I've been trying to ride the fatigue and this helps as it draws conscious attention to the penis.

Comments: Haven't been going that well with my routine lately because of work and I've been feeling a little depressed lately. Tomorrow will be my last day of community service and then plan on doing landscaping work as well as working on increasing my social circle once I get some money so I can go off.

I think I made a mistake this past semester when I thought I couldn't hang while in nursing school. I think as long as I'm adamant about keeping timers for sets and rest breaks. Why the fuck is my original thread locked is beyond me?!!! But in any case I'll start another one unless I can get the original unlocked. I'm back in the full swing of school, so my hanging routine might be a bit lacking but I'm going to try to do piss pulls and dry jelqs whenever I think about it. School keeps getting tougher and tougher but luckily I only got 2 more semesters left.

I'm thinking about only jacking off once or twice a week so when I do that I'll do some base squeezes to work on my girth. Right now I'm perfectly happy with the size of dick, but things could always be better and I want to prove to myself that I can have an 8 inch dick one day.

Comments: I'm loving adding some manual stretches with the hanging and feel like I really need the skin stretches because I have a bad turkey neck and one day dream of restoring my foreskin. Upped the time in hanging today and it felt good, would have done more sets and jelqed but I have a cold, took medicine, feeling sleepy and have a test tomorrow, so I'm going to hang tomorrow.

Plan: Up time and sets till I get to one hour straight and then up weight and start over. Fatigue is starting to set in so I hope soon to be riding it to new gains. Any recommendations on planning for the future by more experienced vets or should I continue doing what I'm doing and go by feel?

Yes you read that right! Tonight I made a weight stack with some thick PVC, a bolt and nuts, and some rope. I'll be using this for now on for SD hanging. I've been using just some rope tied around a weight that I then attach to the hanger. Now it will be easier for me to change the weight I hang so when I do catch the fatigue I can drop weight as needed.

I increased the weight to 11 1/4 lbs. I had decided to do that before I made the weight stack. I originally planned on hanging for 20-30 minutes. But after I made the weight stack and was set to go I decided to see how long I could hang before fatigue set in. After 45 minutes I decided to push to 50 and felt slight fatigue right before 50. I'm wondering if the rope I'm using does absorb some of the wieght because it didn't feel that bad, but then again I didn't increase the weight that much

I like the idea of hanging for longer periods and I think I can handle it since I hang with a MV-II. Plus 50-60 minutes is a good length of time for studying and I have lots to do these days. I will still make sure to listen to my body and drop weight or cut a set short if need be. I did experience some fluid build-up tonight. I think it has more to do with the long set than the weight and I expect it to be gone by the morning. I think this style of hanging (long sets and riding fatigue) will complement my life outside of Penis Enlargement very nicely and I'm excited! This will save me time and help me stay really focused on studying b/c I can Penis Enlargement while I study and then when I'm done hanging for the day concentrate on studying...while doing lazy ass stretches :)

Comments: I went up in weight and noticed around 37.5 min into set that my penis had retracted into sheaths. This leaves extra space for vacuum forces to affect glans so I cut set short. Comments: Today was very productive. I had class on Mon and Wed, all day long. Tuesday I was in the hospital all day and yesterday I had a volunteer commitment to attend. I was planning on hanging out with some friends in the evening but later declined due to lack of funds, so today I got back into it.

I researched a new time management strategy yesterday called The Pomodoro Technique found here http://www.pomodorotechnique.com. I will be using this to study for now on. Its similar to the way I've been studying (a 50 min session with a 10 min break and then another 50 min session, then I take a 30 min break), but this is broken done more (25 min sessions with 5 min breaks and a 20-30 min break after 4 sessions). I like this method more b/c it helps with my undiagnosed ADD, it has more structure, and gives me an opportunity to log any interruptions I have during my study sessions. This is evidenced by how much I got done today. I have found once I'm taped it only takes 1-2 min to attach the hanger and begin so I have no excuses not to incorporate hanging into my study time when I'm at home. I highly recommend it and its only my first day using it but I can already visualize how much more productive I'm going to be using this. Now I will try to reach fatigue within 25 min, still lowering weight when needed, and ride the fatigue.

Comments: I cut the hanging set short yesterday because of an incredible urge to shit. I didn't resume hanging out of laziness. I'm going to try to remind myself of things to come next time. I did do some wet jelqing last night out of both guilt and enjoyment! ;)

Today I did some dry jelqing before hanging. My ligs are a little sore. I kept losing pressure in the last 3 sets. I changed the outer sheath and tightened the twist-tie on the attachment tubing on the last 2 sets, and I was still losing pressure. I was going to hang another set at 10 lbs because I was feeling good fatigue, but I'm trying to study for a quiz in the morning and it was getting annoying. I wet jelqed instead. I suspect my hand gauge might need to be replaced because the o-ring is pretty worn. Or I might have taped wrong.
 
Yeah homelesswombat I'll definitely check that out. Congrats on your gains!!! I'm going for mainly length right now but once I reach 8 (or near it) I'll check that out. I've never clamped before, how long have you been doing it? I think I would have to get accustomed to doing it before I do some of the exercises your doing, right?

Yo longstretch,

By no means was I suggesting you try clamping. I was suggesting that you try not training every day, and instead train every other day or once every two days. My dick was conditioned to the max for a while after training it hard every day for months. In my case I was working for girth but I'm curious about if my training concept will work for length.

In your case I would suggest doing a heavy hanging workout once every three days, and have two light manual stretching days in between.

Your consistency and dedication is wonderful, but IMHO if you let up on your dick and allow it to heal between heavy sessions you would see better gains.
 
Homeless -- My schedule usually allows for breaks since its pretty hectic at school. Thanks for the advice but I can feel gains right around the corner. I don't know its just a gut feeling I got. If my gains stall I will definitely try the cycles. I've tried them before with no results so I'm going to try something I haven't done in a while, almost daily workouts, and riding the fatigue. I'm still interested in how long it took you to get comfortable clamping as I plan on starting girth routines back up either after I graduate or reach 8".

Okay I took a week off. A week or two ago I stumbled across some old measurement pics from 2003. I must have been doing Penis Enlargement for 6+ months because I was over 6 1/2 inches (started at 6 inches). I realize that I could have gained faster but at least I have gains and they are totally worth all the effort put into gaining them.
