Yes you read that right! Tonight I made a
weight stack with some thick PVC, a bolt and nuts, and some rope. I'll be using this for now on for SD
hanging. I've been using just some rope tied around a
weight that I then attach to the
hanger. Now it will be easier for me to change the
weight I hang so when I do catch the fatigue I can drop
weight as needed.
I increased the
weight to 11 1/4 lbs. I had decided to do that before I made the
weight stack. I originally planned on
hanging for 20-30 minutes. But after I made the
weight stack and was set to go I decided to see how long I could hang before fatigue set in. After 45 minutes I decided to push to 50 and felt slight fatigue right before 50. I'm wondering if the rope I'm using does absorb some of the wieght because it didn't feel that bad, but then again I didn't increase the
weight that much
I like the idea of
hanging for longer periods and I think I can handle it since I hang with a MV-II. Plus 50-60 minutes is a good length of time for studying and I have lots to do these days. I will still make sure to listen to my body and drop
weight or cut a set short if need be. I did experience some fluid build-up tonight. I think it has more to do with the long set than the
weight and I expect it to be gone by the morning. I think this style of
hanging (long sets and riding fatigue) will complement my life outside of Penis Enlargement very nicely and I'm excited! This will save me time and help me stay really focused on studying b/c I can Penis Enlargement while I study and then when I'm done
hanging for the day concentrate on studying...while doing lazy ass stretches
