I am still in decon break for a few months.I have to save up for the ultrasound device and I need my money now for other priorities in life. I will catch up soon. I’m doing only pelvic floor muscle exercises to keep everything in top condition.

Plan on starting new cycle next week. I gave a trip this week and interview for my master's degree next Monday so after that I'll look to start back. I'm sure my glans is not conditioned for vacuum hanger so they'll be a break in period.

So I was sick all last week. I work the next 3 days. I got a good starting session in today and will wear PE weights today and while at work next few days. Hoping to get another session in on Thursday after work and 1 or 2 over the weekend. Will do better with experimenting with ADS this go around. I did get into my school of choice. I’ll be hanging this up around late August. Maybe for good, maybe not.

Comments: So I started off good and was stretching past what I've been getting. Moved onto heated hanging and maybe didn't set up properly or had the fulcrum pulling the skin wrong but when I removed the LG I was met with copious amounts of fluid. This is my 3rd blister in my entire career and I didn't follow my own rules of a slow progression, especially after the decon. My glans was just not ready for it and the other factors that I mentioned. It's the biggest one I've ever had, almost the size of dime. I'll take some time off and switch to only bib hardcore hanger at least for a while. I'll probably utilize the regular extender for precondition stretch or use ADS for 2 hours before routine. This will take a full week to fully heal.

Comments: The scab from my blister finally fell off! The skin is still new, sensitive and darker colored. This is like my 2nd time using the X4 extender without the vacuum mod and it'll take some getting used to. Because I'm now using bib hardcore for my heated stretch, the attachment point is behind the glans not from it and so US was applied more proximal at the base. The base is harder to heat up, I may increase intensity next time and try to attach closer to glans. I also needed 5 min between hanging and my after stretches for good blood flow, I keep IR lamp on and space heater.

I really had to fight for that strain rate. I'll keep making tweaks to optimize routine. Will be wearing PE weights today and tomorrow. I have taken the last 10 days off and will now get back to it.

How long are you on lockdown for? We’ve been on lockdown for 15 days and I think they’re going to extend it to April 8. I hope they find a cure very quickly
 
We're more practicing social distance, no mandatory curfew in my area but Atlanta has which is about 25 min from me. Hoping to start on the downward slope in a month.

Reading this thread changed my mindset about PE. What longstretch says about rest days and penis toughening from too much training completely resonated with me and my understanding of physical training.
 
Hey guys I have company over this week. I start my masters next week and so I'll be very busy. With Covid-19, working in Healthcare, buying a new house and making some renovations as well as preparing for school, working OT and doing 2 hour workouts I haven't had time for PE.

All that being said I'll be dropping down to full time hours at work next week. So after I start classes next week I'll have more time at home and do plan to start back. I have in the past killed two birds with one stone by combining PE with study time. Hope everyone is staying safe.

I read over my old campaigns up until covid. I used to lose some gains during decons and I'm currently around the 7.75 x 5.5 mark. Which used to be around my maximum before 2019. I know I should gain what I lost fairly fast.

Ok so I’ve been hanging a few sets maybe a couple days a week of 30-45 minutes. I started at 3 lbs and ramped up to 8 depending on feel of skin with no fluid retention. I had to buy a new LG Hanger unfortunately. I lost my original in 2019 in a move and bought a new one when I restarted PE during that year. I either gave wrong measurements or told him I would be using a glans cap. The measurement video makes it appear that one of the measurements you need is a girth measurement directly behind the glans but the written instructions state 2 inches behind the glans. Well my thickest point MSEG is about 2 inches behind the glans and directly behind the glans isn’t as thick.

I could never really get the glans cap to work. I would still get blisters or moderate to severe fluid retention if the cap pulled away from the glans. I’ve tried the baby powder trick and would only make a mess everywhere. So I’m going back to my tried and true taping with micropore tape while erect and if I go over around 12 lbs to add a Coban wrap as a 2nd layer.

Well in the LG I bought in 2019, which if I remember correctly does appear smaller than my original, I can not fit the hanger in anything other than 0% erect. The issue here is taping erect and then waiting for erection to subside is not only time consuming but can lead to wrinkling in tape and blisters.

So I thought about buying a totalman for a fraction of the price but this will likely be the hanger that I complete my PE career and I know the totalman wouldn’t be able to compete at higher weights if needed.

A nice plus is starting last year Marlon said all hangers have the screw holes drilled for the bundle arms in case you want to do bundled hanging you can buy the arms at a later date

My old hanger was 37 mm in diameter which is exactly the width of my glans erect and the new one is 42 mm which is exactly my glans width erect. I know this from recently purchasing a TLC-X to begin foreskin restoration. The extra 5 mm will definitely allow me to enter the chamber to get my sessions in

Here are a few starting pictures for my foreskin restoration. I’m wearing a TLC-X with dual tension while at work. I now work the standard 8-4 Monday through Friday. I will be doing manual foreskin stretches whenever possible, mainly MM2 and MM3 for those familiar with foreskin restoration. I am probably a high CI2 or low CI3. I have used the VLC as an ADS in the past and I think that helped grow a little bit of skin. I’ve only been doing this for a few weeks but I do notice an improvement in my turkey neck.

My goal is CI5 or CI6 as that looks the best to me. I would not want any foreskin coverage when erect, just flaccid.

Also I bought an Apex extender in preorder, I’m waiting on that to ship out
