The only gain I've gotten is a .1 inch in girth. But my head has filled out some and I have changed my strategy some so I think gains are around the corner. I've started doing a 5-10 minute meditation/day planning after I wake up and that helps me keep up with my busy schedule, so that has helped me stay focused with Penis Enlargement and life in general. I visualize between sets and whenever I remember too. I basically just do a couple of dry jelqs and try to visualize my penis and the ligaments stretching and increasing in size. Lately I've been trying to ride the fatigue and this helps as it draws conscious attention to the penis.

Comments: I've noticed the more spaced my sets are the less fatigue I accumulate, kinda common sense I guess. I'm getting tired of BTC because its starting to hurt my back. I might start switching positions after 4 or so sets of BTC, I worry about my posture.
