You're really dedicated. Doing this while injured. If you have a lock in your old room then abuse the time you can use there. IT looks like you're having good luck so far. About your "fuck buddy" do you want a serious relationship? If not just tell her not at the moment but don't discourage her. I don't know the type of person you are but assuming you are saying you dont want to use people anymore shows me you want to better yourself. I think you should invest yourself in the relationship. As much as you want and see how she feels about it and if neither of you can handle it then you know what to do. Nothing hurts with trying for a bit. Just to test the waters.

Other than that your PE is seriously very interesting due to you just trying to do what you can to get it done. Serious dedication. Good luck.

It's what im working on right now, to gain another 2" in length and 1 " in girth. I feel as if I'm barely starting PE for the first time. Ima work extra hard though

So today looked like this. Instead of counting sets I'm trying to become more present in my sessions and really concentrate on the stretch. Yes I still did some sets with the strethces but I just set a timer for 1 minute and continued. I'm probably holding each stretch for 45-60 seconds before I need to switch sides. If possible I stretch with both hands, especially powerful with the A-stretch and Expressive base A-stretch. When switching exercises I do 10 Helicopter swings in each direction.

Okay I did almost the same stretch routine as yesterday. Holy shit I'm excited about this routine. Okay so I was able to figure out how to get both arms under my legs during the Mandingo V-stretch. Lets say I'm stretching with my left hand, left arm of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] under left leg. I set up and ease into stretch and then I can lift my right leg up a little to fit the right arm of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] under right leg and then lower. So much more intense. I did that on most rotations once I figured it out.

Also did 12 minutes of A-stretch, not 10, but did not do with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] 2 inches from base. I did do 4 1 minute sets with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] 1 inch from base.

Here is the creme de le creme. I'm sure this has been done before but I've been in an experimental mood and just trying to focus on what I'm trying to stretch and accomplish with purpose... if that makes any sense. During the 6 minute expressive stretches I brought my whole package, balls and all through the loop. Once comfortable I grab at the base, almost right above scrotum and pull down. This is an intense stretch. I felt it deep on the dorsal side of penis. Like I was stretching the ligs that attach penis to hip directly. It didn't take much pressure at times.

Also as stated in previous post if I can add my other hand to assist in stretch I will. Most notable in A and V stretch.

I will be going with parents soon to spend the night at a family members house. I believe I took Tuesday off. I've done the same length routine the past 3 days. I figured out the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words] with vini-vac mod on Wednesday (did it before in the past but had to relearn). I believe I got in a set or two of 10 min and some jelqs. Yesterday I did about 20 min of jelqs with 2 supra slammers every 5 min and did 10 min pumping session. Today I did 10 min of pumping after my length session. Was going to get some jelqs in but got home late, it's the weekend. Unit is nice and sore.

Would like to do length in morning and girth at night. For the most part that's been the execution but some days due to time I might do it back to back. Might look into doing another 20 min A-stretch before girth on some days if feeling okay and time permits

Every detail is important as we have to assume if you're hurt you probably took a day off or something.

Take a couple days off from girth to allow the bruise to yellow so it does not become permanent.
 
Well the bruise happened on Saturday and is gone today. This was just a flesh wound haha. Like red spots or something I knew it was nothing to freak out about. Maybe do some firegoat rolls or roll the skin around between my thumb and index finger.

Okay I took Sunday off. Every other day I've been getting at least my length routine in.
For the past two days (the 11th and 12th) I've been getting in 20 min pump session with a girth band at base (to reduce [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words] bite) and boa constricted. Yesterday I went to try the hair ties and it broke in half. So I made a simple noose knot and used it cinch below my head. It worked like a charm and was way more easier to take off than the condom rim

Also bought a VacuTech Elliptical Thickwall cylinder and hand pump but its on backorder. Will be awaiting that soon. I think pumping will help with expanding the tissues and make them easier to stretch and gain.

The girth portion of my routine has been slacking. I've been busy in the afternoons lately. I'm through with therapy but will start work next week. I'm trying to get it all in, I think i need to wake up earlier. I took Sunday off.

Every day I've been getting my length routine done and then pumping for 10 to 20 min. My pump sleeves came in on Monday and they did help to cut back on [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words] bite tremendously but the hole is small so I had to enter it lubed. My vacutech pump came in on Tuesday. I did 10 min with it, no sleeve, no boa constructed, no cock ring. I filled the base of the pump and was able to do a few minutes pulsing the pump back and forth and pulling downwards with good effect.

I don't think pumping will give me permanent results by itself but if the penis is a balloon I do believe in addition to stretches and jelqing, pumping can be used to coax the cells apart and divide.

I used a pump sleeve with the elliptical thickwall Vacutech Cylinder today during pumping sessions. The pump sleeve seems to act as a cock ring as well. Head really swelled and got expanded, almost as if I used a boa constrictor, though I did not.

Comments: Girth portion is similar to DLD's 5x5x3. I saw similar routine at thunders while browsing their archives. They would jelq for 100 strokes or so then pump for 6 to 8 minutes. Very similar. While looking at Sadsak's head mod in the archives I saw another user describe the jelq technique that I will call head jelqs. Basically the base hand squeezes the base while the other hand then grips directly above base hand and slowly jelqs towards head, increasing pressure the closer you get to head. I played around with different grips today. I really focused also on slowing my jelq down to 3 to 5 seconds, I think I was going faster. I noticed great expansion in my head, even before the head jelqs. I think the boa's with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words] have been helping.

Another user mentioned cutting a silicone sleeve so that an inch at the base and 3/4th an inch and the head is showing and then pump. Basically the base will expand in the chamber and then the head will expand more so then the shaft. Thats next on the list and I think will be more comfortable than boa's. Though I do think boa's will still have their place even if that works in increasing head size.

It definitely is, sadly, I was only able to complete it twice more last week. I started back to work and took Monday, Thursday as well as Saturday and Sunday off. The days I did do pe I was at least able to do the length routine. I will post what I did today later
 
Monday I broke out the LG. I got one set at 10 lbs for 40 min and 15 lb for 20. I was busy Tuesday so till it off, yesterday I got one set with the LG SO at 15 lbs for 45 min and another set a few hours later for 30 min. I was wanting to get a set of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] A-Stretches but didn't get to it

That is just fine, something keeps you alive in the game, nothing could send you off but I do not have to tell you that! :)
 
Okay figured I need to at least update whats been going on. I took the weekend off. This past week I've been hanging SO with the LG. I got up to an hour yesterday and today at 15 lbs. Yesterday I did 20 minutes of A-Stretches with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] and edged. I will get some much needed girth work in today.

I felt myself losing the seal in the LG today so I decided its been long enough to replace the sleeve. I got the new blue ones and they seem to be much more durable. I only cut off 2-3 inches off of it. It now unrolled onto my whole dick like Kingsnake does. I kind of like it and think the sleeve will last longer like this and minimize vacuum leaks, which haven't really been a problem for me. The old sleeves could last me up 9-12 months so I'm hoping its the same with the blue ones.

Love that you are using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PowerAssist[/words], those exercises are so highly slept on, I wish other men would venture into them as they are extremely powerful. Fulcrum stretching was one of the first things I discovered after I made the A-Stretch. Actually the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PowerAssist[/words] was made specifically for the A-Stretch but we discovered so many other exercises that rely on a fulcrum point. Good show my Brother!
 
Okay so life has gotten in the way of PE. I haven't done it for almost a month now. Christmas season is upon us, I'm planning my other surgery in a few weeks and planning on moving after I recover. Will most likely start back up a few weeks after my surgery, I'm treating this period of time as a decon. Will come back 2nd or 3rd week of January.
