Okay so I've been getting 10 Mandingo Stretches, 10 Mandingo V-Stretches and 20 min A-stretch with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]

PA[/words] to perform the Mandingo V-Stretches, I was wondering if anyone has thought of it.... turns out RED did haha. I do mine differently. I must not have as much meat as him because I can't put both arms of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]
PA[/words] under me and then perform the Mandingo stretch. If I'm using my left hand to do the Mandingo stretch, with my penis through the loop I put an arm of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]
PA[/words] under my left leg. I use my left hand and side as a leverage point as usual but I can grab the right arm of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]
PA[/words] and really torgue the v-stretch. I can even Push down with my right hand and really dig into the base. These are incredible!!!
So today looked like this. Instead of counting sets I'm trying to become more present in my sessions and really concentrate on the stretch. Yes I still did some sets with the strethces but I just set a timer for 1 minute and continued. I'm probably holding each stretch for 45-60 seconds before I need to switch sides. If possible I stretch with both hands, especially powerful with the A-stretch and Expressive base A-stretch. When switching exercises I do 10 Helicopter swings in each direction.

Wow that was a great routine. I want to mimic it going forward. The In and Outs put weird pressure on my hip so I might change that to V-stretch with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]

20 min Wet jelqs. Every 5 minutes Supra Slammers without edging to near orgasm.
