Yes I'm thinking I'm going to start documenting how I'm setting most things up with pictures. Its one thing to describe it but its another to actually post a picture of how its done. Leaves alot of the guess work out and the redundant questions. One day when I get time I will collect all my pics and put them in one thread so it'll be easier to find. This provides some constriction and is working well with preventing sliding. It will latch on to any loose part of the HTW and occasionally my boxers though.

Comments: I'm starting to get some fatigue in penis, especially on days I do 2 sets of hanging. I was reading up on TGC Theory at PE Gyms and it makes sense to me. I've always gained best when I've thrown in some girth work so to hit my smooth muscle some I decided to throw in some girth work. It was a sexual session so I didn't keep track of reps, I was just going for expansion and I did it right after my last hanging session. Because I use a vacuum hanger the head was fully expanded. My dick looked huge so I decided to measure it. Note this was at the end of the day after hanging but before I really got into my girth work. I left my tape measure in the car so I only measured length though it does appear to be increasing in base girth and girth overall, gotta love hanging. So I'm officially unofficially
7 5/8 BPEL. Thats the second time I hit this although it was a fully engorged erection and after a days worth of PE and I still will not officially count it. I know I hit 7.75 BPEL before but this year I've been extra careful to make my measurements more precise by standing straight yada yada yada. So here on out if its a gain it will be a real gain. I'm no longer in the business of crappy measurements to inflate my ego, not that I consciously done it in the past. I think I'm making progress and I'm getting closer to a weight and a consistent routine that will allow gains to take off with this amount of time hanging.
Also since Sunday I'm no longer staying at my ex's house or listening to her vain attempts to lure me over to her house. I'm am waking up super early to hit the gym 5 days a week before work and when I get home I can either go to bed for an hour or get some hanging done. I'm choosing to further my PE career. I bought a big tub of coconut oil at Sam's to jelq with and its great. It enriches the skin and smells great, only problem with all the working out I've been doing lately it makes me hungry as a hippo! This stuff is on par with vaseline and even easier to clean up. I won't run out for years mwhahaha
