Notes: I had sex 3x last night so I was already a little sore. Thats why I only did 14 base squeezes. I don't have a ruler yet, its on the to do list but I did mark a spot on a piece of wood and then measured that with a tape measure. I'm 7.5 BPenis EnlargementL and 7.75 BPFS. Which is weird b/c before the break and inconsistencies my BPFS was a full 0.75 inches longer. I'm liking this more and more. I think I will put an hour away each day for it while reading or studying like the old days. I'll do it first thing in the morning before work b/c I know if I delay till after work I probably skip it. 14 hour days suck ballage

2 x 2 min Basic Stretches (Down, Left, Right, Straight Out, & Up) w/ ASCS (Angle Specific Circular Stretches: 10 clockwise & 10 counterclockwise)
30 min Dry Jelqs
Notes: found out my Penis Enlargement bag that I brought with me had a tape measure, not the carpenter one I had yesterday, and a ruler from my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. Okay soon after my last post I was working out at the gym doing deadlifts and had 2 45's already on the bar. I picked it up to waist height to put another 45 on and when it slide down I smashed my dick between the 45 weight plates. I of course immediately dropped the weight and assumed the bent over ass out position hoping nobody just saw that. My dick must have slipped through the slit in my boxers, luckily there wasn't any serious injury just a nasty blister, some pink urine and a few weeks of avoiding fuck buddies.

Anyway I wanted to make sure the ole urethra was fully healed and blister gone before resuming. Will resume tomorrow.

Me too! On the way to the bathroom I had nightmarish visions of blood flowing down my leg and having to go to the hospital I work at to be admitted.

Notes: gonna try to hit it hard this week. Next week I'll be working 6 - 12 hour shifts (13-14 by the time I get done charting) so I'm pretty positive Penis Enlargement will be skipped. But I'll have the week after that off so it'll be back on.
 
Its late here, I just got in and have to work tomorrow.

Yesterday I did Dry Jelqing x 15 min while watching tv. Today I did various stretches for 15 min while watching tv. You guessed it I don't watch much tv anymore.

DLD whats that mean?

Been doing Kegels daily for the last 2 weeks. Now my BPenis EnlargementL is the same as my BPFSL! I always do 100 quick squeezes, then I'll do 20 or so long squeezes (slowly increase kegel for 5 seconds, 5 seconds of intense kegel, 5 seconds of slowly decreasing kegel strength) and 20 or so medium kegels (5 seconds long). Been getting alot of sedgex lately too! Thats my favorite exercise and don't fool yourself, if you do it often enough with the right girl you will get sore. Last friday I got 3 sessions in each day up until Monday and had 3 sessions last night. Bout to go on a date so hopefully I'll get another session or two from a new girl today.

There's been a couple of days where I just stretched but I forgot to log it.
9/29/11: Thursday
2 x 5 min Donut Stretch
2 x 2 min Basic Stretches with ASCS
8 x 2 min Base Squeezes
5 min Massage in shower

I finally had a day all to myself to do Penis Enlargement and study. I think I will start doing the massage in the shower every day. I think it might be like a foam roller to the muscles in that it will help break apart any scar tissue and keep the tissues supple. I'll study again tonight after my date goes home so I'll most likely throw in another session and then do jelqs.
