I measured girth yesterday, and I have a gain to report!!!!!!!!!
14,9 cm in mid-shaft girth(5,85"),
15,3cm in base girth (6").

Gonna keep going with my current routine!

girth routine for the moment:
warmup hot wrap
10-15 min jelq, throwing in [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]:s, width compression squeezes between my hands.

10 min light clamping using piece of fabric - throwing in a lot of width compression squeezes between my flat hands.

5 min jelq
warmdown

that´s it for the moment for girth, about 2 days on, 1 off is the schedule.

Length is [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] 3-4 hours everyday + the mandingo secret stretch, some dld blasters, and some LAS btc sitting on it.

I think it is because of the light clamping I´ve been doing the last couple of months using a piece of fabric as a constrictor. What I notice when clamped at extreme base like this is that the area in the beginning of the penis, just close to the fabric light clamp, gets a great engorgement.
This could be a factor. Because I can´t remember my base being much thicker than the midshaft prior to this, and recently I jumped up to 6" area. I know one thing for sure though: It´s fantastic gaining girth!!!!!

And when did you start working on your girth? I want a thicker cock myself Im around 13,4cm atm midshaft girth.

I just need to know what I could do to improve it. I myself only jelq atm and stretching and I doubt that it's enough to make my girth thicker.

Thanks a lot Red. You are a huge inspiration for me in the girth department. I´ve read a lot about your width expansion exercises while clamped. Width exercising seems to be a key for girth gains.

I´d say continue to jelq, but there are exercises out there you could add to your girth routine.
I started doing manual Penis Enlargement back in oct 2004, gaining both ok gains in length and girth.

Well I do wet jelqs for about 20 mins like..Hydromaxm 500 jelqs a day or something. But compared to my length the girth is coming rly slow. I've gained like 2.5-3cm length (yes, it's true, really satisfied about those results!) in just 4 months but "only" 1 cm girth.
I wonder what I could do make the girth come bigger faster and those [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] and Horse squeezers might be the key im I'm really lucky.

First congrats to the awesome gains!!!
And your girth gain, 1 cm in 4 months is also really great. Length gains usually comes quicker for most pe guys.
Just continue what you are doing right now until the gains stop, then add new more intense girth exercises.
Yes, I tie the t-shirt fabric around the base pretty tight. That allows the blood to force into the penis while it don´t get out and stays in there (the same as contrictors or clamping).
I then do a lot of width compression squeezes on my shaft between my hands or against a flat piece of material.
I never keep the light clamp on for more than max 15 min before taking it off. Cell death can occur after 20 min, so no need to cross that line. If you sometime in the future wanna clamp, always take it off after max 20 mins, regain full circulation by jelquing for awhile, before applying the clamp again.

Yeh I read that 10 min is what the noobs should start out with then work their way up to 15 or something and it sounds reasonable. As soon as Im done with the length I will concentrate more on the girth tbh. Im aiming for 19-20cm length and im slightly above 18cm bpel..I guess my girth would get a litter bigger with the time when Im gaining length aswell but not as radical (13.5cm girth in the middle or something).

I'll keep my routines for a while and let's see what happens, i'll come back man! (and i'll try that tied fabric thingy while jelq!) =P
 
so how's the routine going fedora? and are you still doing the height manipulation exercises? well keep going at it...i need to get back to a consistent routine myself.
