I´d say continue to jelq, but there are exercises out there you could add to your girth routine.
I started doing manual Penis Enlargement back in oct 2004, gaining both ok gains in length and girth.

Try the exercise [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] (slow squash jelq), and horse squeezes, also look up exercises as the Uli3. Horse 440 is another great girth exercise.
I only do light clamping, using a piece of fabric instead of a real clamp. Gives great expansion, and allows me to keep the blood in the penis while doing width compression squeezes.
How much do you jelq? And do you use little or much force? How long strokes? And is it wet jelq or dry jelqs?
