Well, the pe routine is going fine, I gained a bit in girth lately, which feels fanatastic since I have had slow girth gains compared to length in my journey. I´m focusing a lot on width compression squeezes (inspiration from Redzulu), and it seems to be a great thing for girth.
I still do height increase, but not as focused as before. I hang in a chin bar (in my doorpost)about 10-20 times/day (total of 5-10 min), and do a set of 2-4 stretching exercises each day.
In my life there´s been some changes, broke up with my girlfriend lately. I got too much negative energy from her. But our sexlife was really great!
And I have quit the design business I have done for the last 10 years, and now I´m making the transision into commercial real estate investing, which is fantastic so far.
How much Penis Enlargement are you doing for the moment?
 
I must be doing something just right for the moment in girth. I´m starting to see new expansion levels during girth workouts like never before. Today my base girth while light clamped (using fabric) was 16,0 cm (6,3").
Girth at midshaft was while light clamped about 15,1 cm (5,95").
Gonna keep doing the same routine for awhile! My mindset is really focused on girth now. I have decided to really push the girth now. Gonna give it everything I got!!!
 
Great news regarding the girth, good man. We are just about on the same par. I'll have to try Red's girth expansion exercise myself. Right on!! :)

right now i'm doing some jelqing and adc a couple of times a week..not enough to gain in my opinion but enough to keep my mind on pe until i start going hard again..
 
My girth gains are coming quickly now!!!! I´m doing a lot of width compressions squeezes while being in a light clamp using a piece of fabric. Here´s a pic during my exercise yesterday. As you see, I´m going pretty hardcore with the squeezing, some redness and some darker spots from where I have some light ingrown hairs, so no danger at all. Goal is to never settle an exercise until I reached a bigger expansion than I did the last session.

It is funny for the period that I have been away I have found myself coming back here and checking out your progress periodically for self motivation.

If I remember correctly, it started to show after maybe 2 months of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] use, now I mean EL-gains. But before that I noticed that I could stretch longer and longer pretty easy in the beginning while wearing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. (that means my flaccid stretch length increased before my EL). This is usually the case when getting length gains.

During the break I did not stop using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] I but I stopped all manual exercises. I did not gain anything but I did not lose anything during that period. Currently I am using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for about 5 hours a day and doing manual stretching by following the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] once again.
