Measured today at 21.8 cm and that equates to around 18.5 cm at sulcrus. This type of measurement will take some getting used to.
 
Taking measurements at sulcus needs refinement, I'll list them in parenthesis. Also measured differently than on Monday. I was measuring normally and using thumb behind sulcus to measure. That was inaccurate. I now pinch glans and extend away from body so I have a clear view without thumb bending or smashing further up glans.

Well the site made me change my password and then looked different, but it seems to be back to normal now.

What do you mean with “glans sulcus” ? What part of the glans is that? And why is it better to measure like that? Do you mean that the glans can be stretched out a bit which gives incorrect measurements in BPFSL ?

Also does your wife know about your PE journey? If so, how does she react to your bigger growing member? Like does she comment on it or does she support you ?

I am also on a fat loss campaign. I work out 6 days per week at the gym. Upper/lower split 3 times per week all muscle groups. Mainly compound lifts. I wasn’ t consistent enough with dieting and showing up at the gym. Now that I have an office job 40 hours per week with no night shifts it is easier to get into a routine. On top of that will come my hour of PE UltraSound hanging after my workout at the gym. That’s all the time i’ve got left during the week.

Next month will be the time I buy my ultrasound device.

I use the fulcrum stretch based your your previous routine and love it. Actually seeing gains that have surprised me....

Sulcus means furrow. I mean I measure right behind the coronal ridge to get more accurate results since the glans can get fluid build up due to vacuum pressure or high stress. My wife knows and is fairly supportive. She has mentioned a few times she can tell I'm growing haha!

Good shit man! I just do 5 days a week. I would like to do 6 days but with working 50 to 60 hours a week and newly married probably not the best. My last cut I was running PHAT. It was good until I had to eventually lower my calories further as my metabolism adapted and then the volume just felt insane. Upper lower splits, PPL or PHUL are good strategies. I can post my current routine here. I will start with HIIT training 2 to 3 times and throw in some LISS cardio as needed. Diet breaks for a week every month and after 1st month I'll do a refeed once a week.

Yeah I might switch it back, I don't have everything fine tuned. I noticed as well as kyrpa that whatever side you apply the transducer to it heats more the opposite side of penis. So by hanging SO I'm able to apply it to the ventral side and heat the dorsal side. But I did get better results my 1st campaign, however that was after 18 month decon so I was more primed to gain. 1st campaign I used ADS as well and I'm doing it now in my 3rd campaign. Fulcrums do have their own benefits. In the name of science I will most likely go back to it next campaign. Glad you asked.

So we are hosting my wife's family for Thanksgiving. I'm going to use the day off to clean and get ready. I've decided to postpone my PE routine till the end of next week due to holidays and work schedule.

On a side note I'm down below 190, which is a drop of 5 lbs since the beginning of last week. I'm still measuring in at 16% bodyfat and I think most of this weight is water weight from cleaning up my diet. 5 lbs in a week is way too fast for my liking but like I said I think it's mostly water weight. I redid all my calculations and determined approximate calorie deficit from fat mass and lean body mass. I'll need to lose 11.41 lbs but I eat a high protein diet and resistance train. That means at my current bodyfat levels I'll lose 80% from fat and 20% from lean body mass. This also means I'll need to in reality lose 14.25 lbs to be at 10% bodyfat.

At the moment I don't have to drop calories any further but will likely have to in a few weeks. Your metabolism always adapts. By my math if I can lose around 1.14 lb a week than I could be sitting at 10% bodyfat in 13 more weeks. With a diet break or 2 this might be around 15 weeks (2nd week of March).

I'll then reverse diet for 1 to 1.5 months and then I'll have 1 more month to diet down and aim for 8% before my 1 year anniversary. I'll then reverse diet and who knows might do my first show next year.

No I don't do any SRT, it's too time intensive and too intense for my liking. My way is a little more flexible and works for me. I use threw program outlined here and in my Long Game thread. The last campaign I switched to girth focus when my length gains were stalling with no added benefit.

You can do both girth and length in the same day as long as you have the proper focus and energy to put into it. Some men do better going after one or the other and some men do better going length one day and girth the next. You can always change things up if it helps you with your training.

I wasn't very clear. I'm going to start your program for length and girth using the US device I purchased. Can I do both on the same day, using US in each session? My length and girth sessions are usually separated by several hours.
 
I think it would be generally safe to use US in both. It appears that US intensity may have to be on a higher setting with girth but I wouldn't recommend that starting out. I have made good gains in past doing both length and girth at same time (in same campaign). I think theoretically it makes more sense to do length only campaigns until end goal is reached or plateaus hit even with decons. Then switch to girth for a bit. If you read my Long Game thread focus in on 2nd post video and also how connective tissue heals. Therefore it makes sense to stress it in only one axis until plateau then decon. After decon you could go for either length or girth.

If you do both in same campaign, the ole shotgun approach, you may make amazing gains but it's also possible you're strengthening the fibrin strands along both axis'.

Measuring only behind coronal ridge now. Also switched hang session back to A- stretch. Will commence to wearing PE weights. I have 3 and end cap. Each one weighs 6.7 oz's. I will wear 2-3 for rest of day and while at work tomorrow.

I'll work on compliance to my own program. I did not do a routine yesterday nor wear ADS yesterday and today at work. I work long days and got home fairly late last night. I do plan on wearing ADS on most days going forward. I had to cut extender session a little short as max tension was already reached and was feeling unusually intense tonight. I got really good strain rate.

My hardcore stretches were sitting down while I watched The Mandalorian and were mainly v-stretches. Usually I'm standing doing these. I'm able to manipulate my hips more sitting with less effort or need to squat. Very similar to bucking bronco stretch. There will be no ADS tonight as by the time I got home from gym there is only enough time to eat and do 1 hour of PE.

9 hours of ADS with 2 PE weights while at work but wasn't on my feet most of the day as I was working office. Went to gym after work then came home and measured BPSFL 22.3 cm, 18.7 behind coronal ridge.

I was unable to do any PE this weekend. Holiday season has made it harder. I’m off to gym now but will do a session when I get back. I know I will likely not be able to PE tomorrow so will make sure I stay focused today. I’m down 8 lbs since the week before Thanksgiving. I’ve been stalled for 1 week (I did splurge this weekend though) but am taking a diet break on Sunday and will eat at maintenance for 1 week. Looking to drop a lb before end of week. Again gym is a higher priority to me than PE at the moment.

Because holiday season has effected free time I may extend this campaign by a few weeks in January. My erection looked bigger this morning and did measure in the 20.5-20.8 cm range. These were the measurements I got at end of last campaign. I normally look at erection in a certain range due to EQ. I’m starting to get 20.8 more easily and can see the obvious growth since starting back in June. Last week I measured at 20.5-20.6 for comparison. The range is slowly growing.

That's the key. To measure higher and higher numbers, same circumstances, until the lowest are gone.
First the temporary numbers go up, after exercise etc. and then the next morning numbers and then the permanent ones..
Keep going and it will happen. Imagine if you were every week at it since 08 ;) I often think about that and it motivates me to keep increasing the frequency.
 
I wish I was doing what I'm doing now since 08', I would've likely been done by now. At any rate that's what I've seen as well. In June I was below 7.5 consistently, now measuring above 8 even on bad day. I'll take it.

Comments: Interesting maybe due to winter now if I wait 1 or 2 minutes longer and measure after my cyclical stretch I’ll get pre-stretch results (18.6) or close. Don’t know what it means other than losng advantage of heat quicker. It’s odd to happen at end of session. Could be retraction. At any rate I’ll start monitoring it. I have noticed on a few occasions if I had to move locations or was interrupted doing cyclical stretches that my t³ measurement could be lower than my t². I’m going to wear pe weights for remainder of tonight 4-5 hours and while at work tomorrow.

Comments: I bumped up US to 2.0. I fear my machine may be on the fritz as i bumped it up to max intensity (3.5) and applied it to some cellulite on my ass while my penis was in extender and it didn't even get warm. I have to cut machine off and back on once set time is up and luckily it did work for PE. I also added in some bundled fulcrums for cyclical stretch. I got really nice strain rate. Will be in PE weights (1.25 lbs) for rest of night (3 hours) and again at work tomorrow.

I may start working some of these techniques you’re using into the SRT routine especially some of the measuring methodology and other things I find interesting. If you have anything to add me help me please do so. I’m planning to do a rewrite over the next couple weeks.

Ok so looks like I started this recent campaign on 11/18/19 but I have only gotten 12 days of PE, which is not ideal. I also have not wore ADS as extensively as I set out to test so I'll do that next campaign. I've come down with a stomach bug and was going to extend this campaign till the 15th to make up for inconsistency but I'm going to instead wrap it up and go on decon until my mini vacation next month is over around the 25th. I've been busy with the holidays and I'll be busy this month getting my application ready to start my masters this fall.

BPSFL at behind coronal ridge: 19.0 cm
BPEL: 20.8 being able to pulse up to 21.1

BPEL range grew a little. I'll make my preparations to hit it strong after my decon. I'll have way less distractions by then.
