I'm now down to one crutch and am able to break out the heating pads for my "hip" without my parents thinking twice, not that they would before but we were told to wait a few weeks for heat and I couldn't carry it well with two crutches. I slowly made a trip downstairs to my "old" room where we have an exercise bike I use to warm up with for 10 min before I do PT. I'm seriously thinking of disappearing down there to get a few hanging sessions in but I still have trouble sitting for long periods of time, can't put much weight on my operating side (which I would need to stabilize chair) and I don't get much benefit from hanging SD anymore. The limitations might be gone in a few weeks, I will see.

You're really dedicated. Doing this while injured. If you have a lock in your old room then abuse the time you can use there. IT looks like you're having good luck so far. About your "fuck buddy" do you want a serious relationship? If not just tell her not at the moment but don't discourage her. I don't know the type of person you are but assuming you are saying you dont want to use people anymore shows me you want to better yourself. I think you should invest yourself in the relationship. As much as you want and see how she feels about it and if neither of you can handle it then you know what to do. Nothing hurts with trying for a bit. Just to test the waters.

Other than that your PE is seriously very interesting due to you just trying to do what you can to get it done. Serious dedication. Good luck.

Never be ashamed, always look to improve and correct. Discipline is not an easy but once mastered you are the captain of your own ship! Discipline has allowed me to have a glass of wine and enjoy that without going beyond. It has helped me keep myself away from sinful things and closer to those things of a better place. It has allowed me to a better Father and GrandFather. It has really allowed me to keep the Brotherhood together over the past 14 years. There is no better quality a man can posses than discipline.

It's what im working on right now, to gain another 2" in length and 1 " in girth. I feel as if I'm barely starting PE for the first time. Ima work extra hard though

I do mine differently. I must not have as much meat as him because I can't put both arms of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] under me and then perform the Mandingo stretch. If I'm using my left hand to do the Mandingo stretch, with my penis through the loop I put an arm of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] under my left leg. I use my left hand and side as a leverage point as usual but I can grab the right arm of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] and really torgue the v-stretch. I can even Push down with my right hand and really dig into the base. These are incredible!!!

So today looked like this. Instead of counting sets I'm trying to become more present in my sessions and really concentrate on the stretch. Yes I still did some sets with the strethces but I just set a timer for 1 minute and continued. I'm probably holding each stretch for 45-60 seconds before I need to switch sides. If possible I stretch with both hands, especially powerful with the A-stretch and Expressive base A-stretch. When switching exercises I do 10 Helicopter swings in each direction.

I warmed up and down. Then I jumped into my girth routine

20 min Wet jelqs. Every 5 minutes Supra Slammers without edging to near orgasm.

Okay I did almost the same stretch routine as yesterday. Holy shit I'm excited about this routine. Okay so I was able to figure out how to get both arms under my legs during the Mandingo V-stretch. Lets say I'm stretching with my left hand, left arm of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] under left leg. I set up and ease into stretch and then I can lift my right leg up a little to fit the right arm of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] under right leg and then lower. So much more intense. I did that on most rotations once I figured it out.

Also did 12 minutes of A-stretch, not 10, but did not do with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] 2 inches from base. I did do 4 1 minute sets with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] 1 inch from base.

Here is the creme de le creme. I'm sure this has been done before but I've been in an experimental mood and just trying to focus on what I'm trying to stretch and accomplish with purpose... if that makes any sense. During the 6 minute expressive stretches I brought my whole package, balls and all through the loop. Once comfortable I grab at the base, almost right above scrotum and pull down. This is an intense stretch. I felt it deep on the dorsal side of penis. Like I was stretching the ligs that attach penis to hip directly. It didn't take much pressure at times.

Also as stated in previous post if I can add my other hand to assist in stretch I will. Most notable in A and V stretch.

I will be going with parents soon to spend the night at a family members house. I'm going to break out the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words] with wine vac attachment and do a quick session then wear cockring throughout day. Will try to get in session tomorrow.

Will do jelqs and a few pumping sets later tonight

Thank you guys! So far I'm enjoying this routine.

I believe I took Tuesday off. I've done the same length routine the past 3 days. I figured out the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words] with vini-vac mod on Wednesday (did it before in the past but had to relearn). I believe I got in a set or two of 10 min and some jelqs. Yesterday I did about 20 min of jelqs with 2 supra slammers every 5 min and did 10 min pumping session. Today I did 10 min of pumping after my length session. Was going to get some jelqs in but got home late, it's the weekend. Unit is nice and sore.

Would like to do length in morning and girth at night. For the most part that's been the execution but some days due to time I might do it back to back. Might look into doing another 20 min A-stretch before girth on some days if feeling okay and time permits

Oh I do need to mention for my documentation purposes that I did notice a small (0.5 cm diameter) bruise on midshaft yesterday after pumping. Not sure what caused it. Today I had a drop of blood at base but believe a zit must have gotten popped. The other thing I might need to look into is cleaning the device and possibly checking for rough edges with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words].

Every detail is important as we have to assume if you're hurt you probably took a day off or something.
