Yes and yes. I've been working more to save up to move out together closer to our city. I've been getting in at least one set most days. I got in 2 45 min sets today, still at 12.5 lbs. I'm going to start back to adding in the fulcrum sets soon and trying to do jelqs and girth work as well.
Sucks I've perfected my technique and I know I'll have to stop in a few months when we move out together unless I can find a spot to safely hide the hanger. Maybe in my car where the spare tire is. Otherwise it'll be back to manuals when she's away and I'm off but by then I'll probably only be able to do girth work. She only works 7 to 8 hours a day and I know if I continue to hang out won't be consistent
