I have always stetched about 0.5" beyond (more) than my bpel. But keep focus on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] level, and you should be fine.

I took 2 months off 6 months ago (decon theory), and lost some EG, been struggling to get back to where I was.
