I am back hanging after being away from it for several years. I was up to 25 pounds and defintely made some increse in leangth. I have been stuck in this length issue for a long time so thinking that hanging might budge me off the line.
Most of you know that I had severe Peyronies disease and have had to take it easy to get my penis healed and strong again. I think I am there. I have gained back the length I lost and am now working to get some extra length.
I have a Bib hardcore, used the Bib original as well in the past. The Hardcore is easy for me to use. I learned that the key is the wrapping. Once you get that down, it takes the pain away if you have everything set right.
I also have been using a fulcrum. I have been using a "vaccum cleaner extension" and the "power assist" for fulcrum.
I have been hanging over the pipe and that gives a tremendous stretch and using the
power assist also makes some awesome stretch. I put the hanger through the hole of the
power assist and let the weight hang over the assist. Putting the assist on my legs and raising it up makes an awesome stretch. I think that it is inceasing the weight pull.
I have been doing three 20 minutes sets twice a day but still at low weight. Will start working back up to heavier weight.
Where are you men feeling that the stretch is coming from...the base the over all shaft...any part or portion of the penis that you think is giving more?
Any advice would be appreciated. My penis is in shape to take anything I give it as I have been working it hard for years. I still have some scar tissue from the peyronies to worry about it but it doesn't bother me any. Girth is about 6 inches except where the scar from the peyronies is, it is narrow there looking down from the top but from the side is deep.
I can flaccid stretch bone pressed 8 inches now. Hanging and working the
power assist is giving some flexability to the shaft and seems to be giving me some "give" to that whole penile tissue. GS
