This is one thing I'm worried about. I have foreskin and using traction device it is often stretched out even if I use the vacuum chamber. Foreskin must be retracted in order to gain length. If you did not retract the foreskin you’ll be stretching the foreskin, if you retract the foreskin and grip below the head you’ll be stretching the penis. I know it’s hard to get used to because of the sensitivity but start today and eventually you will become accustom to it and see much better length gains.
Definitely getting some serious shaft stretching indeed. What will be best is as you become more accustomed you will want to retract your foreskin and attach below your glan. This will give the best shaft stretch with minimal skin stretch.

Retracting your foreskin is a pain in the ass and it is painful in the beginning but this will soon go away and your growth will take over. When you attach at the foreskin you’re only be stretching foreskin. You need to attach below the head in order for the ligament to be stretched.
Be patient with yourself and go a little bit more every day. Do you want to make it as comfortable as possible making this change. Believe me I know that it’s difficult but you’ll be so happy when you have accomplished it. I would think after a week or two you should be golden
