So now I decided to make my goal reality for real.
Long term goal is at 9" length nbpel (23 cm) / girth 7" (17,8 cm)
I started pe in oct 2004 at:
6" nbp (15,4 cm)
5" girth (12,8 cm)
now aug 23 2007
bpel 8,1" (20,7 cm)
nbpel 7.75" (19,7 cm)
girth: 5.5" (14 cm)
short term goal 31 dec 2008
nbpel : 8" (20,4 cm) remaining journey = 7 mm
girth : 6" midshaft (15,4 cm) remaining journey = 1,4 cm
New routine: (warmups/warmdowns included before/after each exercise seesion)
length: 6 days/week
dld blasters, reverse blasters, btc, basic stretches, 5 hrs/day wearing [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]
girth: 1 day on/1 day off
jelq 25 min, 5 long [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words], 5 long horse squeezes, 5 min clamping using sweatshirt wrap as clamp
I´m gonna do my best to update this thread with gains, photos etc. I would love to have your comments on my routine and to hear your change of routine tips.
