My member have the last couple of weeks felt more like jelly, a state because of all the stretching. I´m starting to think that this jelly state is a good sign when it comes to length gaining. It´s like it never really heals because of all the stretching. I wish I could describe this jelly feeling better but I hope you understand what I mean.
I have now decided to not measure my nbpel or bpel before I reach 24 cm in bpfls. I hope my el catches up with my new bpfls gains soon.

Since about the last 2 months I´ve been doing manuals everytime right before I mount my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], which is about 6-8 times a day, spread out during the day), at office bathroom, train toilet, just wherever I am for the moment. I do quite short sets without warming up, because of the time it would take to warmup at a public bathroom. I do about 1-2 minutes of hard DLD blasters, and a new simple exercise I call "the archer" for about 1 min, which is basicly a straight out stretch with some extra pressure on the ligs with my other hand, so it´s like tensioning an arrow. (will put some pics of it soon).
When I´m at home and is having privacy I try as much as possible to do btc lazy ass stretches.
And I also do regular 10 min stretching sessions about every other day for the moment, with of course warming up before. Every session is always followed by [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] wearing.

Maybe this gives a total of an average of 20-25 min of manual stretching each day + about 8 hours of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] use.

That jelly-like pliable condition describes my dick as of late--I would say for the last week or two. But still no ruler against the wall change in measurement--8.5" It has absolutely not budged. And yet I'm getting some amazing temporary stretches, for example three inches above the belly button. Now I'm wondering if it's the way I'm measuring myself and then I start doubting myself. I hate this mind-set. It drives me crazy!! But at least I don't let it stop me from continuing to work out.

Fedora, I usually have that feeling right before a jump in either EL or FSL. I went back and looked at a log entry that I had just before I measured last and found that this state occurs before I increase in EL or FSL. It happens for me about once every 2-3 weeks. It has become more prominent as of late since I added the jelqing back into my current plan of action.

Goingfor, I wouldn't let the ruler dictate whether or not you're progressing. You have been a while and you should be able to sort of tell when you're about to make a move "up the ladder" even if it's not noticeable at the time you measure. Sometimes I've experienced great stretching sessions and I looked to be hanging longer and feeling GREAT and then I decide to measure and nothing has changed. It's not a mental issue but I've found it to be a TIMING issue, as you're measuring prematurely. I think that when it comes to measuring and actually seeing increases it takes maybe 3-4 more days past this "jelly feeling" to actually see the improvements. The body heals and regenerates in phases, and this "loose" phase is indication of growth to COME but it's not current. I think that there is some light swelling and repair going on at this point that is causing the slight jelly or loose feeling. I've also noticed that my flaccid hang is bigger because there is more "heat" in the penis and crotch region during this time as well. This is another indication that there is WORK being done and that the project is not yet complete. I suspect that this phase is a great indicator of where you are in your healing cycle.

I think when I was making those incredible gains early on in my P.E. experience, I never stopped to worry about gains. I just kept at it.

It's good to look back at what worked.

I've been doing some more research and have really come up with more evidence to support the progressive method of stretching and now I think I've gotten on solid footing with girth work as well. The important thing for ALL of us to understand is how our body heals itself when there's been a NEW stress introduced. Penis Enlargement is something that we force out body's to adapt to and grow from. For this to work as efficiently as possible we've got to grasp the how and why our body does or doesn't grow. That's been the biggest key in my growth over the last year. I spent about 2 years spinning my wheels and not getting anywhere, and that's not a place that I want to see anyone else in.

very interesting thoughts and research about the loose state and its relation to the healing cycle. What I´ve felt during yesterday and today, seem to be exactly correct with your theory. Although I have trying as much as I could to continue staying in the loose state, my penis have started to stiffen up a little, like the cycle of growth have started to complete for this time.
I wonder if more peers than you, me and goingfor experience this loose state - cycle.
Do you think there is a way that we can make the most out of each time we hit this loose state (maximize the gains)?

goingfor, just continue stretching and your gains will come. If you once hit a temporary new length, you can hit that length again. It seams like you are in the jelly/loose state for the moment, that could mean that a jump in length will follow in a couple of days. What is your current stretching routine?

It's uncanny, but I am experiencing this very same thing. First it's loose, but still thick with a lot of blood in there, even in the flaccid stage, and that is when I can usually stretch it an additional inch or so Then just as you guys have indicated, after three or four days, it stiffens up.

Fedora, I've been doing downward and upward stretches, following Millionman's progressive stretching suggestions. I also kick in rotors, then I do DLD's blasters. I can kick it up another inch or so with a blaster when it's in that plastic stage.

Thats a great post millionman!!!! I agree! Afew years ago I reaslied that to make my muscles grow I needed to understand alot about how my body works, hormone production and nutritional and caloritic information...and not just randomly lift weights! I know the penis isnt a muscle, but I wish I knew more about exactly how and why the penis grows, ideal rest times, ideal supplementation, ideal grip, ideal sets and supersets, ideal order of exercises, whether some penis have a different kind of ligament cell structure, ideal everything lol
When I first started Penis Enlargement I was very reluctant not to rest ever other day as muscles take 7-10 days to heal. I presume the penis is the same in one respect. It wont grow DURING exercise but will only heal and "grow" when there is no stress upon it. Yet It does seem rest days do little to speed up growth! Is anyone an expert in WHEN the penile cells actually heal and grow? I guess this is the scientist in me coming out:)

I believe that there needs to be an agreement between your physical Penis Enlargement and mental and emotional states. I feel that my penis(and rest of the body) did not reach its full potential in puberty because of some shaming I was taught by others around sexuality. So, its a good start for anyone doing serious pe to identify and resolve any of these issues. But I think that you get a chance to work on it every pe session.

I think that research on stem cells will probably tell us a lot more about how cells and tissues grow and regrow. So that will be worth looking into current thinking and future results in the field. A careful examination about what is known about sexual developement from conception to adulthood and even great age will also shed a great deal of light. I am not sure that this topic has been researched enough to find all the answers as there are so many ethical considerations which keep scientists and the curious from examining the process too closely.

thanks for all the support. December have been a good month so far. My motivation have got even higher since the start of the "team month thing".

ha ha, yes Levi´s is out of the picture! But the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] could look as an extreme long flaccid in a pair of loose fitting pants, women are crazy crotchwathers. If they see something out of the ordinary down there, there eyes focus immideately and their fantasy run wild!

thanks! I wear it a total between 6-8 hours each day, sometimes more. Each set is about 1-1.5 hours in length before taking it off.
 
Here´s 2 new erect pics from different angles. The last couple of days it seems that my EL have made a small jump up the ladder. I really believe in the theory me, goingfor, and millionman have talked about earlier in the thread,
the jelly state - stiffening and jumping in el - back to hard work until finally reaching the jelly state again and so on.

I haven´t though not yet measured my nbpel, or nbpel since awhile ago, beacause I found out I did it too often at times. I will try to reach 24 cm bpfls, before making thoose measurements again.
But I´m pretty sure there are things happening in the length department!

those are really interesting photos. I can almost see where 'old penis' ends and 'new penis' begins. The new being lighter in color. It seems like you have almost doubled in length. Alot of spotting, which I am sure will go away, I have had that. its sign of alot of work done!
