Go to home depot or hardware store and buy a machine screw and nut to fit-say 3/4" long and 8/32" in diameter or something close .
buy the matching drill bit for whatever screw diameter you buy and drill a hole in the white plastic end piece of the Sg.Put the machine screw thru and attach the nut.
You are done !
Hook the end of the tugger on to the screw and begin stretching ur dick! I know I am going to take it easy until i learn how much my dick can take and slowly increase the time in this thing like Ron suggests!
I am stretching right now -so comfortable !
i am not a pro on how much to stretch your dick so ask someone more experienced with the SG like Supra ...where is he?!!

I got the tugger today/modified my SG and stretched for an hour no problem.
I am back in again and plan to go for a couple more hours but will be checking every once in awhile to make sure I am ok.

Modified my SG with a screw to attach the tugger end clip-very easy and now very easy to put on and stretch or take a break and go back in!
Am stretching tonight with the tugger attached for a couple of hours-so far so good!

Hi Mr. Fonic. It's Ron from TLC Tugger. I'm very sorry to hear about your injury.

You mentioned that your VLC did not interface with much of your glans. We use the wearer's glans-width measurements to custom-size each device. If you didn't measure for us or if you think you could be more precise send us a note through my web-site and I'll try again.

Yes, the VLC creates a vacuum in the space around the glans (if you get a good seal), so anything including blisters that can happen with a vacuum device could happen if the VLC is used with high force. The VLC can also rub your delicate meatus and the mucosal glans surface so if you move a lot while wearing it there could be problems. Most cut guys are far from delicate in the glans/meatus region.

I think of the VLC as an ALL-DAY-STRETCHER, not something to be used for a brief high-stress routine. I am quite confident there is nothing that could be worn comfortably with a given force for longer durations than the VLC, because it grips very gently. You need to observe the skin through the clear retaining cone to decide if you can live with an application attempt or if you need to try again to minimize the largest trapped skin wrinkle.

That said, someone did mention hanging weight, and yes you can hang from it. We give each tugging handle a brief 20-pound test pull which is to say I would rate it for working tensions up to 5 pounds. The device can handle it, but I'm not claiming any penis should endure that force for very long. The weight sets we sell top out at 20.5 ounces. The thing about our weights is they're very dense and designed to ride high against the Tugger so you can wear a given weight discreetly all day. (I've even worn weight through airport security checkpoints to see what happens). The VLC version that's optimized for hanging our TLC Hangers weights is called the VLC-X, and with it weights are secured to a Rod with a quick set screw just as with our TLC-X.

Note that the Size-Genetics-gripping method I'm hearing about seems to squeeze the VLC's tugging handle right near the spot where metal joins silicone. This requires caution as squeezing or twisting the Tugger's handle could weaken its anchoring. You don't want a weak tugger if you're hanging 5 pounds. When that weight drops it could break bones in your foot. The SG attachment method I could get behind would be the one proposed by Mr. Dickleaker where he seems to have secured a screw to the yoke of the SG to act as a cleat that the Tugger handle can hook over. I'll see what it would take to create a non-destructive accessory to give this function.

Anyway, I'm flattered people are talking about our devices. I sell on pretty slim margins considering the hand-fabrication, custom sizing, and low volume. But I was intrigued by Mr. Supra's suggestion that we offer MOS guys a break on shipping because I figured if we get the volume up maybe we can start to be more efficient with our whole line, and then we might be able to help more cut guys with foreskin restoration. Sorry I didn't chime in here sooner but I was unable to log in with an account I had here years ago.

thanks for your input ron, i'm uncut so maybe prone to this type of injury when using devices like this, i understand now its a vacuum your creating when using this tugger,

had i known that before i wouldn't have used this, vacuum and my glans do not go together well, i know this through experiences with other devices, i wanted more than

anything for this to work because its so comfortable, but these things can't work for everyone.

Wore the tugger and SG for 3 hours last night at pretty good tension with no problems at all!
I can easily see why Supra has been using this combo for 6 hours a day.

Will post more on it tonight and try to get a pic up of the easy mod I did to attach the tugger.

The stretch is different with the tugger cause now ur glans is inside ur foreskin even tho ur cut.So stretching like this is going to be shorter than stretching by ok grip behind ur glans.
My dick is fatter with the tugger attached and stretched out in the SG.
Does that make sense?

Wow you wore it for the dreaded 3 hours without trouble! This thing must be very comfortable, that's not possible with the strap method. Stretching a long with that many hours with the SG is going to produce monster gains. Any updates?

This tugger is super comfortable and in the SG pulls along the entire shaft...I know it is going to give me great gains by the amount of time I can stay in the SG.
Bonus is I wear the tugger at work to protect my glans and already it looks more healthy ,shiny and pink!
Supra says he has gained more sensitivity in his glans and i can see why-it is now always wet and lubricated.

It is a very simple mod!
One small hole ...one machine screw-hook the tugger over the screw and start stretching!

When setting up the SG and tugger for stretching the whole process takes about 15 seconds!
When setting up the wrap and velcro it would take me several minutes to get a comfortable setup.

Yeah dude, I just can't get a good suction/tug on the VLC without a lot of trying. Likely three times longer than strapping in. :/

Hope you got a good fit when you ordered/measured-send an email to Ron and tell him ur not getting good suction!I get good suction every time so it might be a fitment issue but ask him.

Can you tell me how to figure out what tension to use? Whats a good stretch feel like, what about a bad one? I don't want to overdue it, but obviously I don't want to have to little tension. It was clear cut with the 1CM more thing but since we are using the VLC, it's different like you said. I don't want to get injured!
