I followed SIMs how to wrap video, and have been doing that for the past couple days, trying to avoid too tight. I was able to urinate with the green wrap still on at maybe 60% normal output. The green wrap is holding up well, extremely minimal bunching under the ace. Then I ace bandage, then black band wrap over that maybe half an inch away from the glans.
Do make sure to be completely flaccid during wrapping. Try not to be stimulated or erected on any level. I know it will be very hard. Otherwise, any 0.1in of girth will cause slippage like crazy. This is just me, but when I wrap for either traction device or
LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging, if I have even a sensation of erection, I'll wrap the first layer (my yellow
THERABAND or your green vinyl wrap), wrap first round of cotton wrap, squeeze hard to push the blood completely out the glans and 4in of penile segment, and continue to wrap the cotton bandage so slightly tighter. You should still be able to pee, with a slight more pressure needed from abdominal push.
This wrapping method led to immediate traction gains, at least I think, hope I am not shrinking. Velcro strapping in behind the glans mabe .5cm back, with 2in and .5in bars added nets an immediate 1200g of traction. I had previously been using 2in+1in, by following the instructions, but I changed to 2in+.5in because I was having issues with traction even staying at 1200g.
That's fine with the initial stretch. But check again in 10 minutes as your tissues relaxed. You may need to add more extension bar to max spring compression. The compression of the springs should be close to the very bottom of the device base, which is the 2nd mark at the adjustment scews, estimates to be 1200g. Your objective is to go just a hair past that 2nd mark and towards the 3rd mark as the springs lose their compression capacity. If it's at the first mark close to the noose, that's only 500g.
I followed the directions booklet for setting up bars by having it so it is, with the screws mostly retracted, "slightly longer than flaccid but fully stretched penis". It is extremely difficult to measure owing to only having a measuring tape right now, but it appears maybe .5cm(not inch) longer with 2in+1in bars. With 2in+.5in bars my glans goes past the plastic shaft tips by maybe .5-1cm. Just double checked. Sadly not longer than 2+1in bars yet, no no gains over the last 14 days.
In your case, first 20 minutes, push hard to reach the 3rd mark is next to the adjustment scews. That allows for stretch you tissues to maximize elongation potential. You can allow the stretch to then ease up to the 2nd mark naturally at 1200g. Once again, wrapping technique will need to be played with to prevent blood and nerves cut off. Purple, numbness, or pinches are definitely not welcome during time under tension.
I am still dealing with purple glans as well, and about 10 mins ago had to remove due to pain on left side of glans. Was purple and numb touchwise again.
Left side pain means you have pinching from the wrap. I double and triple fold my TheraBand for the top half to create paddings for the Velcro strap to hug onto, without rolling my penile shaft skin under the strap and distal end (the white plastic part) to prevent pinching.
