It depends on the tension. The [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] has increments of 900gram, 1200 gram and 1500 gram. Those translate into : 900 grams = 1.98 lbs; 1200 grams = 2.64 lbs; 1500 grams = 3.3 lbs. With the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] it's simple to see what tension you're at by looking at the tension marks. Not so easy to gauge when wearing the strap. I'm going to hang some weights off the end of the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] to mimic the tension at 1200 to 1500 grams - I'll see what kind of pull that creates on my dick and compare that to the tension I feel from the strap.

Another way to do it would be to put the strap on and hang 3 lbs of weight on the strap where the pin is. Before you add the weights make two marks on the strap maybe a few inches apart. Hang the weights and remeasure the distance between the marks. Now you know this length is equivalent to 3 lb stretch. When you adjust the strap get it so the tension is at this distance.

Of course you'll have to re-calibrate every so often since the strap will stretch and lose some elasticity over time.

the only difference with this [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] is the attachment point coming out the end, this one has a rod instead of metal clip, this is actually a blessing in disguise, the rod coming out the end comes with a stainless steel washer

and screw to tighten washer, the reason this is cool is because my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sg[/words] has the two holes at end, i have two machine screws coming up, i will slip rod through the middle of this and fire over the spacer and nut, then simply screw down the nuts

onto machine screw coming up through [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sg[/words], nothing can move when this is done......you need less [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sg[/words] bars now, attachment point much closer to [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words]...this [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] is indeed ventless incase anybody wondering. not been road tested yet

just my initial reaction, hoping this will put an end to my glans getting creases and my foreskin blisters.

Where were you getting blisters before ? Was it at the contact point between the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] and skin cone on the foreskin?I have gotten a bit of raised skin(guessing its a bit of FR) around my foreskin at high tension.I would massage the foreskin for a couple of minutes and it goes away.

my problem is the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] is to big for the tip of my glans, so there is a gap when [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] settles on my glans, skin rolls over onto [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] no problem, but when i stretch foreskin from the inside gets sucked into gap!

causing it to blister from inside, this is why i'm trying this new reduced size, hopefully minimising gap and potential skin suck into [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words].
 
I think I understand...so you had to roll your foreskin over a [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] that was bigger than your glans and that caused your problem?

Yeah....when i position [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words], if i look at underside of glans there is a small gap..allowing skin suck from inside, I've not tried new one on yet, very excited though, all going well ill commit myself to a 8 hour sesh tonight

i need to work out my new stretch length with this new setup because you need less bars.

Thank you for this information. I appreciated any additional information you may have, too. I have some miniature bungee cords that I think I might use. If they have enough give.
