Its going to depend on what point you attach the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] and skin cone ...how much skin you can get in there .Whatever it is because your dick is attaching at a point further back on the headpiece of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] you will probably add more bars than your regular setup.
When I first used this I was stretching only at 6 3/4" and now am at 8" .Before I used the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] with my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] I was stretching max at 7 1/2".
Don't know if that helps...just stretch out as much as you can...measure that as your new bencHydromaxark(it doesn't mean anything except as a new starting point for your future reference).
Then slowly increase the tension and add more bars over time.

After 3 days I'm slowly getting used to one big bar and a medium on each side with 0 tension.

I'm only getting a very light stretch at this stage, it's set up just enough so that it's barely extended.
Today as I'm typing this, it's been on for the longest time yet because I'm not feeling any burning sensation.

It feels as though it's not there, and so comfortable to the point I can even fall asleep with it on for a quick nap! Like I said don't be concerned about your measured stretch in this setup compared to before.The important measurement is going to be erect length now and when you decide to take your next one!

If you are feeling the burn means the penis tissue is micro tearing and then overnight your body is going to make more cells and your penis slowly gets bigger with this process.
You will also find that you will quickly increase your stretched out length from 6 1/2".

Yes turn the screws until you stretch out your penis.After 30 minutes or so you will see that you can turn the tensions screws more as your penis has stretched.

I am running against the Peyronie's clock and the longer I wait, the more curved my penis gets. So even if I only gain
2" in one year using this mod, then that's still great if in the mean time it helps to straighten out the curve. I also think
