what I have been doing since I haven't had a chance to go to the hardware store, is just tying the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] to the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] with the silicon noose....it's not perfect, but for now it's serving the purpose.

anyone here using this who's really tightly cut?
I can't pull my foreskin over the glans when erect and I'm a bit worried that the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] won't have a chance to grab onto anything. I wrote Ron about this too and will keep you posted.

Can you pull your foreskin over your glans when flaccid?
Try pushing your penis inside with your small finger and pull up the foreskin as much as you can.This is sorta the same action the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] will do when attached.
You don't have to have enough foreskin to cover the glans when erect for this to work.Also the more you use it the foreskin will stretch a bit so I think you will be ok .

I can do that, but it effectively halfs my flaccid size.
