I'd recommend sticking with 2.5 lbs for at least two weeks, readjusting your hanger after each set. After playing with all sorts of tweaks, you should get a better idea on which setup will be the most comfortable for you. A little bit of time learning the ins and outs will get you further.

No, very big but very wrong misconception about hanging weights. It's no different than manual stretching....only that you can maintain the stretch much longer especially now that we have products like Max Vac. You can how hang/stretch for HOURS at a time, comfortably.
 
You should definitely do some type of warmup before hanging. You could take a warm shower or bath, use a heating pad or rice sock, do some light jelqing, hang a light set, whatever you prefer.
 
I know this thread is old, has anyone else had success with this type of hanging routine? If so, what did your progression look like (starting weight, when you increased weight, angles, etc.). Any info. would be helpful, thanks guys.

Your heavy hanging results sound impressive, congratulations. I wanted to ask you, before you started doing the heavy 1 set per day workouts, did you take the traditional approach that Bib recommends at first? Slowly working up in weights and sets until you are doing about 6 sets per day? Just curious if you had and then maybe got frustrated and decided to go your own way to cut down on time?

I'm kind of in a dilemma, it seems no matter what I do, I always have this reoccuring problem with my skin near the base of my penis acting up, but it usually seems okay the first 1 or 2 sets, but after that it gets progressivly worse throughout the night. I use a lot of vaseline throughout the night and next day, which helps a ton in healing, but once I go to hang again the next night I end up aggraviting it again. It's not horrible right now, but it never really goes away.

Anyway, I'm working 5 sets right now, and only at 8.5 pounds BTC, working on skin stretch. Been hanging since 9/15/09. I started thinking, well maybe if I just hang 1 or 2sets a night this should help any skin issues. And then I'll just basically bump 1 pound per week slowly building to some heavy hanging. I would throw in jelqing too, post-hang like you have done since it has worked well for you.

I'm just a little afraid of abandoning Bib's approach too early since it's worked so well for a lot of folks, but I think if I didn't do so many sets my skin wouldn't be continually in rough shape. And I don't really want to devote about 3 hours a night to Penis Enlargement, that is a lot of time! I figure doing your routine could really benefit me not only in time, but most importantly gains, and in with my sensitive skin (too many sets seem to keep it sore).

hey dickfordays, i am not Dash, but i am currently hanging as my main Penis Enlargement form, right now 25lbs.@ 1.5 hours daily. this is my 2nd 'phase' of hanging, which i have come back to as my gains have grinded to a halt with everything else i was doin, plus fuckin up my wrists with all the pulling/straining.

i have had success my first round of hanging this last january, it was for a month straight every day 1.5 hours and the last week i got up to 23lbs. BTC, at which point i was getting alot of skin stretch, which was too uncomfortable to continue.

at this point i went back to manual excercise for the next five months with new found zeal and strength, as well as less fear of injury after putting my penis through what i just did with hanging. i gained almost weekly bpfsl, gradually slowing in gaining until it stopped and now here i am hanging again, at a higher weight comfortably.

i should add, i originally used a Bib starter, but am currently using a Bib ORIGINAL, and i think the size difference of the hangers definitely contributes to the comfort level at higher weights, the Original handling heavier weoght more comfortably.

SO! yes, i can personally attest that hanging definitely works if done correctly, safely and INTELLIGENTLY. cheers!;)
 
Thanks for the props magee and also for stretch's reply to you. I have to say that I did not start with any method of any other person and pretty much went on my own in developing my hardcore hanging technique. The reason I did not follow a method such as BIB's was that I did not have the time or privacy as a professional musician. I chose to increase the weight at a very gradual pace and within the short privacy period that I have in my days. This worked for me but I would not recommend anyone jump into my method. I actually would recommend the much more conservative and safe BIB methods if you have the time. If you don't have the time then you should develop something that safely works for you such as I did.

These days I tend to have more time back at the ranch for basically half of each year and can now get in 3 or 4 sessions of 20 minutes in length. I use the fulcrum method. The other half of the year I tend toward hardcore hanging. My dick is slowly getting bigger little by little. Good luck and be safe!

I started hanging 8 pounds and went up a half pound every sixth hanging day.

Eventually I got to 38 pounds. The last few pounds I had conditioning to jump a pound at a time.

Currently I am doing only manual stretching. That seemed to unlock some benefits of hanging. I plateaued on hanging, went to manual, saw 1/16" gains about every week. Now I may be plateauing on manual or maybe just running out of leveraged positions.

I tried standing on my dick but it twinged something up in my ab wall like I could give myself a hernea. Oops. Maybe it was that barbell squat force too, likely more than 38 pounds! Hanging will get us ready for just about anything though.

pnoewbe, your siituation sounds incredibly similar to mine. i got into hanging then switched to manual work after a month or two, and gained almost weekly. currently, i stopped gaining with manual work and switched back to hanging with a little more weight and knowledge.

you and i might be on to something with these hanging/ manual Penis Enlargement 'cycles'? i totally agree about the hanging 'loosening' up the ligs for manual work, and manual work unlocking the benefits of hanging. what do you think? cheers!

Hey guys I know this is off topic but what ever happen to Extreme. I remember he used to post on Dash's thread and he said he was hanging 100lbs in his workouts and only hung 2 sets a day for 10 minutes at a time. I remember it was discovered that his 100 lbs hanging pic was photoshopped and that was the last we heard from him. Was he banned or did he just leave once he saw that we discovered his photoshopped pic. The reason why I ask this is because he had a very huge and thick flaccid in his hanging pics and I was wondering if he ever stated what his erect size was.

Thanks for the input, I've taken a break from hanging for a couple weeks, I got some pretty bad bruising that seemed to sneek up on me. It was on the underside on my shaft and I didn't notice it immediately, but I think it came from one or two sets. I must have had the hanger attached wrong for those sets. It's all cleared up now and I plan to start again in the next couple days.
I also noticed my BPFSL increasing before my injury, so I'm sold that it will work for me eventually. I have had lots of trouble trying to figure out how to prevent the shaft from rotating because my unit is much wider than it is tall (if that makes sense). The two chambers seem to rotate and pop one on top of the other no matter what I do. Anyone have any suggestions?

how are your bottom hex nuts adjusted? how much wrap do you use? how close are the top teeth when you are hanging?

I have the bottom hex nuts spaced about 3/4" apart, slightly towed out (front space slightly wider than the back). I played with the spacing a lot to find a width that allows the top teeth to mesh without me slipping out. I use two layers of wrap, sweatshirt material and theraband (green). The teeth are almost totally meshed when I have my max weight on.
I think the issue is that my corpus cavernosum chambers are much wider than they are deep. Therefore, my unit is wider than it is deep. This forces the chambers to slip one on top of the other when I tighten the hanger. I think if the BIB offered a more dramatic V-shape (or inverted V to be exact) when tightened, it would not be a problem.
I have experimented with tons of combinations of adjustments (positioning, towing, placement on the shaft, wrap combos, etc.) but have not been able to prevent the twisting because of the shape of my CC's.
I made a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]Length Master[/words] type device that grabs on the top and bottom (as opposed to the BIB which grabs on the sides) and there is no twisting what so ever. okay. yeah i was gonna say a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words] might be right up your alley if side clamping is giving you issues. you are using a starter or bib original? because the original is a bit bigger and deeper. how long have you been hanging? have you done manual stretching? what are your girth stats if you don't mind me asking? also, how much twisting is going on, and is it the whole hanger and penis twists or the penis twists inside the hanger before weight is even applied?
 
I am using the starter, I considered the original, but I don't want to spend the money and end up with the same issue. I have done a lot of manuals over the last year or so, but started hanging about 4 months ago. Prior to that, I was using manuals and the Static Stretcher for a while.
My girth is around 5.2" along the length of it. The amount of twisting vaires, but it usually starts when I tighten the hanger and gets worse as I apply weight. I can feel the CC's move as I tighten the hanger. The few times that I've been able to get the hanger even semi-tight without twisting, it always twists when I apply the weight (even very light weight).
 
I been lurking on this site for quite a while. Finally signed up. Been hanging and pumping for over 5 years. In that Time I'ave gone from a BPenis EnlargementL of 6.25 to a BPenis EnlargementL of 7.50".. but my girth is a killer just as big as Lexington Steele at a pussy busting 7.25" at mid shaft. But my ultimate goal BPenis EnlargementL of 11"
Been reading on this heavy weight. My weight has been only 5 to 10 lbs. but after reading these nice BIG gains. I up the weights to 15 lbs and hang for up to an hour, I been working on 20 & 25 lbs but always less than 5 minutes. Been at it for over 2 months now, and I my BPFSL came up a 1/4" to 8.25".
The wife loves my size, and wants me as big and long as I can get. BUT no more girth. So I use THE GRIP XXX large chamber (not shown on web site)
My routine is this. I start out slow with 7 to 9 LBS. then in about 5 minutes I switch to the 15 hang for about 10 minutes and then without a rest put at least 7LBs back on.
I have not made any noticable gains in the past 2 months. But Should I grin and bare it and do the 20 minute set, or has anyone done less time but more sets and been just as productive.

ok. you might want to consider trying an original, the bigger dimensions might be just What you need. i know you said you don't want to spend the cash, maybe you can sell the starter on here? i know the original can handle upwards of 8" girth, so id say definitively worth a shot. =/ also, is the twisting painful? if it isn't, it might not be such an issue, and lastly, i've heard bib say on his forum 90° or less of twisting while the weight is hanging is ok as long as it is not painful.
 
Hey Stretch,

The twisting is not really painful, but it does put more stress on one side at the base than the other. Therefore, I try to alternate the direction in which it rotates. I might try the regular BIB, thanks for all the help.
I forgot to mention, the reason I had to take a break from hanging (other than the bruise) was because I developed a thrombosed lymphatic vessel from it. It was on the top of my shaft, which is another reason why I wanted to get the hanger to grasp on the sides properly, I don't want to develop another one of those.

Hey zO6VET2003. Your gains from 6.25 to 7.50 is impressive. And your midgirth being at 7.25 is insane. Shane Diesal's midgirth is also 7.25 inches. What was your starting mid girth before Penis Enlargement. So all of your gains have been from pumping and hanging. What was your routine back then that led to your gains. Especially in girth. Also what is your current routine you follow. Sorry for all the questions but I am impressed with your midshaft girth gains. Thanks in advanced.
 
My routine was more like a quest, to find what will securely hold my shaft, not stretch just the skin, not get cold or numb and put the max weight for up to 3 hour session. Had 100's of blisters, but I finally found it. 1st I use the XXX large grip, with their black rubber hourglass sheath. THEN I place on myself just a NON LUBRICATED LATEX RUBBER. I buy them from THEY FIT and its their widest one they make. Once I have the condom on I cut a small hole in the end, small enough to piss out of. I make sure that both the grip chamber and the condom are completly free of lubrication. completly dry is best. Insert myself into the chamber and this this GRIPS like no other. I then fold the balance of the condom back over the grip for a 2 layer rubber seal. Since I'ave learn this I have been completly blister free and can hang (so far) 25+lbs for at least 20 minutes... Now that I can finally hang heavy wieghts for longer periods of time without blisters, getting numb or cold... maybe NOW I can get back to making that 11" length I want( or should I say the Wife wants.
 
Good stuff z06vet2003. Man I can't believe your wife wants 11 inches. She is defentley a size queen. If you too ever get devorced she will be ruined for life because the chances of her coming across another 11 incher is pretty slim.

Where did you get all of your materials to create your hanger?
 
Sometime ago, I bought from "The Grip" a chamber that was not and has never been advertised by them. They normally list a selection of 4 different sizes. Small, med. Large and X Large. But they made a few that were XX Large. I have two of them. The inside Diameter of mine is 2.25", which fits men in their flaccid girth of 7.00" . My flaccid girth is 6.75". They have special sheaths (as they call them) that holds well over 40lbs. It is a vacuum chamber, that I have finally figured out how to hold on tight and not use a lot of VACUUM TO DO SO. I have measured the vacuum inside the chamber at or about 6 Hg. when hanging 20 lbs. Believe it or not I use a condom that is non-lubricated and it is my only addition. NO WRAPS, NO TAPenis Enlargement. I must buy condoms from "THEY FIT" and I buy the largest one they have. Even with those I can not just unroll the condom, I got to unroll it a little myself then stretch it over my shaft. Its really nice to have that kind of problem. The wife insist I gain more length.. lots of length, she says I look out of proportion. Although I am 7 1/2" in length. she shes with a dick as thick as mine it should be at least 11 inches long BPenis EnlargementL or 10 NBPenis EnlargementL. I told her that John Holmes was almost 10 inches long and almost had a 7 inch girth... Once she finally seen a adult entertainment of him she said now thats the size I need to be. So having support from the little woman is more than half the battle.

OK I answer your questions. I need to know is hanging hardcore heavy weights get the wife what she wants... ME TOO.. how much weight and for HOW much time a day... As long as I can produce 3 inches of more lenght in

Holy shit z06vet2003. That is just ridiculous that your flaccid girth is 6.75 inches. You flaccid girth is way bigger then my erect girth. Maybe I need to look back into pumping since you said that was what got you those amazing perminent girth gains. As far as hardcore hanging goes just take it slow. I think the main reason Dash did hardcore hanging was because he didn't have a lot of time to hang for several hours a day so he went the heavier weight less time route. If you have the time to sacrifice then you should go the medium weight more time route just to be safe about it. Hey z06VET2003. If you don't mind could you open up a picture thread in the pic section and post some measure pics of your length and girth. That would definently be very motivational to see.

I see that Dash has been at it quite a while now. Since Oct 2002, now its SEVEN years later.. In about 2 years he reported a gain of over 2 1/2" WOW..

but 5 years has past since that time, according to Dash he continues to hang the heavy weights but less frequent... So just how big are you NOW as opposed to 7 years ago?
If I could gain 2 1/2" in 2 years that would put me at almost 11 inches long..
I,m doing the 1 hour worth of hanging, twice a day everyday, morning then after work. My weights vary from 7 lbs to 25LB. The bulk of my continuous hanging is around 1/2 hour with 15 lbs. I then hang the 25 lbs for 5 to 10 minutes. I noticed that my BPSL is now almost 8.75" right after hanging. then I check again before the next session I'm back to 8.50". I think I mentioned before that prior to the changes I made, I use to get blisters all the time, and would have to stop and heal. But Now for the very first time..no more blisters and no more stopping and healing.
Dash had mentioned that the 2 1/2" he gained was from 7 to 25lbs for 20 minute sets. Dash mentioned that at 15 months he went to 25lbs and another year went buy at the 25 lbs he had gained the 2 1/2" in total length gain..
My thoughts are this; if the vast majority of your gains were at 25lbs, why should I try even heavy weights and risk damage? believe me 25lbs is very stressful. about 10 minutes is about all I can take, but at 15lb I can do and hour.

I consider 25 pounds to be hardcore so you are doing it as far as I am concerned. Everyone should remember that they have their own needs and limits and each individual will find a unique level that is hardcore.

I have not been active at hanging for the full term as a vet. I actually took off a significant time during a period of my life where I traveled in a tour bus with other members of the band and I had no privacy at all. I have since arranged for travel where I have the bus to myself and can actually do some Penis Enlargement while underway.

I also started only maintenance hanging for a period and went for more girth via my dash raps. I am currently at just at 9" BPenis EnlargementL and just over 6" EG. I am now (because I hang a lot in a moving vehicle) using a fulcrum to hang and have reduced the weight to 16 pounds which is a lot with a fulcrum but easier to manage on the road. I am shooting for 10 X 6.5 as a goal but I expect it to take several more years to get there because gaining is not a linear thing. You actually gain much faster early in your Penis Enlargement career and then it slows as you go and takes a whole lot more dedication. Be careful guys!

I had lengthening surgery through a very well known doctor out of Beverly Hills. Since he was also a close college friend. I did some PR for him. Those that had the surgery and did the heavy weights gained several inches. in one case a Florida Man gained over 6 inches using Heavy weights (20lbs+) after surgery Its been a couple of years since I spoke to him, but he was up to 60lbs and was over 12 inches long. This gain is BACKED and documented by the doctor himself. For myself I stuck to the 5 to 10lbs Now that i decided to grin and bare it. For the past couple of months I too am going to 15 to 25lbs. Although stressful it appears to be working. I believe the key is heavy weights for at least a 1/2 hour EVERYDAY.. Although it does take dedication to do the daily routine, finding that 1/2 hour everyday has been very easy. The hard part is stressing the shit out of your dick everyday and hope I don't ripe it off in the process.. But I too was sort of stuck at a BPSL of 8 inches and I have been off and on since 1994. But now after just 2 months of dedication I'm now at 8.50"

I'm sure that I'm not the only member to be shocked by a 6 inch gain and a resulting length of more than 12 inches. Please post as much of the doctor's documentation of gains via hanging as possible. Even a link would be helpful.
 
Dash your hanging ideas along with a few others were really what helped me form my own theories and ultimately way to gain by hanging.

I have grown over 1.5 bpfsl hanging to date. I believe most people are held up by two things in hanging

1) beliefs about time under tension. my basic question is... on a frozen lake what is more likely to crack the ice. a 100 pound rock placed in the center for 5 minutes or a 50 pound rock placed for 20 minutes. the goal for me is always weight. why? I believe in the simple math that 40 pounds will pull out more penis than 10 pounds (in a time sensitive world that is - some poeple have unlimited amounts of time to train)

2) comfort / pain in wrong places...and most people do not know this is a limitation. yes ...take a vacuum hanger... most people cannot hang over 20 pounds on one why? pain and stress in the wrong places. I am hanging 5 minute sets with up to 40 pounds with the bib hardcore. night and day over the bib hanger...(max of 25 pounds) but had i never bought this hanger i would have never know.

So...experiment..wrap higher adn some of the nutsack if you need too...find a way to get the stress in the right spot. get an IR lamp and warmup before you hang...and keep heat when you do hang. now..pull that shit out my friends!!!
 
Lots of questions to answer. I am NOT the doctor that can provide documentation. I can only say that I have personally spoke to both doctor and the Man from Florida to say he HAS gained 6" in erect length from haveing the surgery and hanging very heavy weights. His procedure is almost identical to Dash's. except.. that this man kept going!!!! he slowly used heavy weights over years. He added more weights as he reached each level that he no longer gained length he added more weight. The last time I spoke to him he was up to 12" and using 60lbs. I have heard of others gaining in excess of 4 inches in erect length AFTER SURGERY. Speaking for myself, I can say this I gained roughly 1.25" using light weights and longer periods of time after my surgery. But Dash's method seem to have merit..
 
I am back hanging after being away from it for several years. I was up to 25 pounds and defintely made some increse in leangth. I have been stuck in this length issue for a long time so thinking that hanging might budge me off the line.
Most of you know that I had severe Peyronies disease and have had to take it easy to get my penis healed and strong again. I think I am there. I have gained back the length I lost and am now working to get some extra length.

I have a Bib hardcore, used the Bib original as well in the past. The Hardcore is easy for me to use. I learned that the key is the wrapping. Once you get that down, it takes the pain away if you have everything set right.

I also have been using a fulcrum. I have been using a "vaccum cleaner extension" and the "power assist" for fulcrum.

I have been hanging over the pipe and that gives a tremendous stretch and using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] also makes some awesome stretch. I put the hanger through the hole of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] and let the weight hang over the assist. Putting the assist on my legs and raising it up makes an awesome stretch. I think that it is inceasing the weight pull.

I have been doing three 20 minutes sets twice a day but still at low weight. Will start working back up to heavier weight.

Where are you men feeling that the stretch is coming from...the base the over all shaft...any part or portion of the penis that you think is giving more?

Any advice would be appreciated. My penis is in shape to take anything I give it as I have been working it hard for years. I still have some scar tissue from the peyronies to worry about it but it doesn't bother me any. Girth is about 6 inches except where the scar from the peyronies is, it is narrow there looking down from the top but from the side is deep.

I can flaccid stretch bone pressed 8 inches now. Hanging and working the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] is giving some flexability to the shaft and seems to be giving me some "give" to that whole penile tissue. GS
 
Lengthening surgery.. In just the past couple or few years. Doctors have changed the way they cut the ligament during lengthening surgery. What they now do is cut the ligament and reconnect a much smaller portion and much lower. Most of us our attached very high and give us that erection that stands straight up against our belly. The new procedure now will lower your angle of your dangle and allows greater length gains through the use of weights and progress faster than fighting the full tension of the ligament. Most who have the surgery gain between a 1/2" to 2" by using low weights for about 6 months. But a few that went heavy weights and for years have gained 3+ inches. For myself I gained about an 1.5" in about a year of light weight. I heard of the heavy weights but I always got blisters and just gave up and stuck to the 10lbs and under. Now that I have fixed the blister problem I normally hang 15 to 25LBs for an 1 hour a day (instead of the 4 to 8 hours with light weights) and after 2 months I have increased my BPSL by a 1/2".

It's thinking like this that keep guys moving forward. When I was hanging, I had a lot of time on my hands. Therefor, it never really made sense to me at the time to focus on always adding more weight. I did, but only to a certain level. I ''topped out'' at around 27.5lbs, and it was rare that I used that much. I focused more on how long cumulatively I hung per day. Looking back on things though, I'm willing to bet a testicle per se, that if I had focused less on total time, and more on weight progression...I would have made better gains in less time. I'm a married man now, and in school. Things are definitely different. I 'may' one day re-approach Penis Enlargement. Possibly hanging, but it's not the first thought on my mind these days.

Keep at it though gents. keep trying new things, and seeing what works, and report back!
 
I,m just talking out loud, here,but maybe the secret to continuing on a steady rate of gain is to add more weight. Since a good number of us have done the 5-10LB for long periods of time. I know I gained but it seemed after a while, it just STOPPenis EnlargementD. THe key may to serious length gain is to SHOCK our members with a change. Maybe our penis just builds up a resistence to the weight we currently are hanging, and needs to be increased to break down. If you put all the pieces of this puzzle together from all the different reports we hear. The method may just be hanging for an hour or so everyday, until the gains stop and then jump up another couple of pounds.We all realize that this is not a quick fix, but depending on our goals it could take quite a while. Speaking for myself, If I could show 1/4" gains every 3 months ,and I had to add 2 lbs every 3 months. In order for me to make my goal of 11 inches(bpsl) . It would take 2 years 6 months and at the end I,d be hanging WOW 45LBs..
OK.. just need to figure out a way to progressively add weights to the system I,m using
