You have the idea there bud. BUT.... gaining is not a linear thing. In other words, you will gain length faster early in your hanging career than you will later in your career in spite of your increased weight. You will gain if you hang in there but it will take longer than you think. Please be careful and don't hurt yourself bro.
 
Dash - I went through all 13 pages and never found a picture of your hanger. Can you please post one? I need a visual as your directions did not seem very easy to follow.
 
Well, I would recommend the BIB line of products over building a hanger (even if like the one I built) simply because his hangers are more refined and and streamlined. Probably not the answer you want to hear but there is not a hanger out there that will beat what he is making and the price is fair too as far as I am concerned. Because he is using a molding process gives his products a huge leg up on anything we can shop build. What you would build from my instructions would be a great prototype but, as we all know, prototypes are rough and not streamlined like a production model product. I have absolutely no ties are gain with BIB so don't bother going there....he simply has a great product so do yourself a favor and check it out.

I don't want to advise anyone to jump up in weight too fast. HOWEVER, hard core hanging is just that: going up in weight very fast.

I have been experimenting with this for the past 2 months. I am at 32.5 lbs right now. The fatigue is serious! I follow my 1-session Bib hang with the HDSS and often have to take it off because of the soreness. For those of you who know what fatigure feels like: I like it but it can be too much sometimes.

I've been increasing the weight about every 2 to 3 weeks (I started at 25 lbs). Keep in mind I've hung as much as this in the past and I'm very well conditioned. It did however take some time to adjust to this, perhaps 3 weeks. I tried multiple sets once but the skin pain is too great. Occasionally I'll hang twice in a day: morning and then night.

The HDSS makes the single session's effect last a long time. I've picked up 3/8" EL since starting about Christmas. I wasn't actually planning to start another round of Penis Enlargement, I was just curious about the subject of this thread. This is definetly going to be my last round of Penis Enlargement as I am bordering on too big for anal and oral.

I "jumped in" at 20 lbs. I have been raising by 2.5 lbs each time I raise it. I just do one set at 20 minutes SOL and SOR (10 minutes each). I then put on the HDSS at about 4 or 5 lbs just to ride it a while. That time varies depending on my schedule.

Its Dash and Kingcobras AWESOME progress that has inspired me to get back into hanging again and I will have that fucking long dick once and for all!

The ass is I have to go in my shed outside, which I use as a gym. Its good but very cold here at the moment, so its going to be a nuisance on that front but worth it in the end.
 
Hey guys. Yes, the limit of 20 minutes and heavy weight is important because it actually stimulates blood flow in your penis. Should I only be doing one set so I dont over do it?
Should I concentrate on SD to get that weight caught up to my BTC weight?

I would say do two or three sets at least but be prepared to cut back if you loose erection quality. I prefer a two to one ratio.....hang BTC or straight down 2 times to straight out 1 time if you get my drift. Focus on proper wrapping and clamp placement as well.

These days I am using a piece of one of those gel shoe inserts. I place the ridged side against my penis and it really grips well dude.

The theraband is fine but is much more difficult to get it into place and comfortable. It certainly works well when used properly but I like the gel type shoe insert really well. Try both and see what works best for you!

I am on the road and have no access to camera etc but it is simply a one wrap with a slight overlap and start about an inch back from the head. It really is that simple. Just keep the penis stretched out while you tighten the clamp and you will be good to go dude.

Most likely what is happening to you is that hanging BTC is allowing more lig stretch and, therefore, more lig is supporting the weight..... Then when you hang SD you are getting less lig support so the tunica is actually taking more of the tension and is not getting as much assist from the ligs. Dig? So this means that you need to pay particular attention to this numbness by either reducing the SD time or weight a bit so that you do not reduce EQ or otherwise cause unwanted injury (as opposed to controlled injury that results in gain). Dig that too?

Yes, I have always used EQ as a measure as well as soreness of the tunica. Everyone has different limits but you may be able to increase your weight to a higher level. Refer back to what I have said above as a method to determine progress of weight.

I did that with my BIB hanger too. I tend toward the BIB style fulcrum these days though. I am sort of cutting back for a couple of weeks because I am getting laid 2-3 times a day and need no issues with erection reduction from the heavy hanging. Also, my girl claims I am getting a little too long and she is a little uncomfortable for full penetration so I need to ease up a little and let her adjust and then I will go at it hard again. I can't wait to hit a full 10"!!!!
 
God damn you guys are insane. 10"+ and still wanting more. I'll feel like king dick at 8" if I am able to get there. I'm hanging SO for 3-20 minute sets per day right now at 9 pounds. I started at 7 pounds a couple weeks ago so I'm just slowly moving up in weight. Today I did the 3-20 minute hanging sets and 6-20 minute clamping sets. Just for shits and grins today I measured the weight supports on my home gym and they are 8.75" x 6.5" and they look absolutely HUGE. When I am able to hang for 30 minutes, I will up the weight to 20 lbs and drop back to a 20 minute session and start building up from there. I really hope this is going to work. I am in it for the long haul. I am 8 inches bsfl covered by a good bit of fat. I would love to get to 10 inches erect but I realize it will be a slow go. Penis Enlargement can be very fast if you don't allow a gap. If you are consistent for a few years you WILL gain very fast, but you need to find a routine that fits for you and imo that is the most difficult part in Penis Enlargement.

This seems a bit contradictory "If you are consistent for a few years you will gain very fast".

Some claim to gain 1" in 3 months. Slow and steady in my opinion. Gaining .5 " every year seems to be realistic though not many people gain more than 1.5" altogether it seems.
 
You never know. I started in July of 2004 on and off (took about a year off there for a while) and I became frustrated that I simply was not gaining AT ALL. FINALLY after 5 months of hard work and getting to the point where I felt like my dick was about to fall off, I gained 1/4" EGMS. I was hard at it every day and pretty much threw my social life in the trash in order to do it. It's all about priorities and mine is definitely making my dick bigger. All I do is Penis Enlargement, study, and lift weights/cardio.

2.5" is a bold goal but can be done. Have you looked into manual Penis Enlargement in addition to hanging? For me, I made most of my length gains through manual Penis Enlargement...I never really saw great gains with hanging. It is also important to know that long periods of light stretching may also help bring those length gains. I built a velcro type strap and hung 1 pound for a while. I also used silicone sleeve with a stretch band attached. Not sure if I would give any credit to these devices though.
 
i just think keeping the penis in its stretched state for longer after a hardcore session would give better gains ? what you think
