Impressive stuff.

How long did it take you to gain these three inches?

You hang max 40 pounds at 20 minute intervals. Still only one set a day?

Do you back that up with some sort of [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] device, or did all that gain come from hardcore hanging only?

This sounds great to all us who cannot devote more than maximum one hour a day total to Penis Enlargement.

I use my home made hanger and also the BIB starter. I generally do not use an [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words]. I fully recommend the BIB starter which is a very well thought out and constructed hanger. You are not going to beat a BIB starter. By one and use it wisely and you will not regret doing so!
 
I'm getting back into hardcore hanging today when I get home because I just can't devote more than 1 hour per day to it. I try but shit keeps coming up that I need to do. I'm at 20 pounds straight down for 1 hour per day right now and I didn't make any gains from 8/25-9/25 so I think I'm going to try straight out for the next month and increase 1 pound each week. So 1 hour per day, straight out, starting with 20 pounds and ending with 24 pounds. Hopefully I'll be able to gain something doing this. If I don't gain anything doing it straight out I'll go back to straight down and increase 1 pound per week until this stubborn bastard decides to give in to the pressure. I think my ligs are made of steel.

I have been getting in 4-5 20 minute sets a day lately for 5 days each week. I try to make 2 of these at 40 pounds and the rest at 30 and 20 pounds.
 
Dash, are the two 40 pound sets the first two sets after coming back to hanging after the two day or so break every 6th & 7th day (getting back into fatigue and then riding it out through the end of the 5 days)?

Also, have you noticed any special sensations in the ligs in the 6th & 7th days (weekend?)as the ligs seem to try to start healing themselves (pinpoint minute stinging, etc.)? I have been and have wondered if you do.

I think this is a great idea the hardcore hanging. Although I would first try to see if I could get gains from stretching and lower weight longer duration hanging. Obviously this is great for people low on time. I'm interested to hear the other members who are trying this and how it worked for them. I think one missing link which is not a requirement but i would strongly reccomend is an [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] (All Day Stretcher) when you are not hanging so that your penis stays in an extended state throughout the day.
 
So let me get this straight Dash. When you started out you only did 1 or 2 sets and increased the weight by 1 pound per week. I assume that the gains slowed for you so you began doing more sets and increasing weight at 1 pound per week. If this is correct, did it help improve your gains again like you had when you started? I'm at 20 pounds per set, 15 minute sets, for 1.5-2 hours per night right now but I'm not going to measure until after Thanksgiving. Also, do you use a Bib hanger? If so, do you still have the gel padding installed in it?

Starting 28th of october is started using 25-28lbs for as long as i can take it
usually to about 10 mins
then drop to 20 for an other 10 and take a 5 min breather and finish of with about
20 mins of 15lbs. I also use and [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] and sleep with it averaging about 10-12 hours sometimes more sometimes less. I am dedicated and will continue this quest?

This hard core hanging shit is not for me, maybe one day but what fucking torture>
I tried it for a month and got a 1/4:cool:
I now dropped down to 20lbs and do that very comfortably,
I also started switching up angles to SO and hitting the tunica which brought
me another 1/4 giving me(although not cemented) close to a 1/2" this last month and a half.
I desirve this more than any of you can imagine as I hung for a 1 1/2 with no results on the ruler, to find out my lot is super low and now switching up the angles fella's is working:) I'm still a jump, hop, and a skip away from having an respectable average length but I think this year will see many improvements.
 
Good deal man, I'm in the same boat only it has been 7 months instead of 1.5 years. Earlier in this thread I said that I had my Bib starter adjusted correctly but I didn't. All I did was move the wrap and hanger a little farther from the head and now I can pull 20-25 pounds comfortably instead of 18 pounds uncomfortably. You guys need to look very closely at SWM's pics in the "How to" guide for the Bib starter to see how it should look if you're having trouble. The sticky threads really do help out! Now I'm going to do Hardcore Hanging for real this time and see what happens. I also bought a Circle Device to use for a few hours after my sets and possibly while I'm at work so I hope to post some gains before summer this year.
 
Thanks Gomer for pointing this out again. BIB sells an excellent product and, when set up properly, will serve you well. Guys, don't give up. Read and learn and experiment until you get your BIB set up correctly. Make the effort and reap the benefits!!

Well I finally measured like 1/16" an inch (consistently) gain in my BPFSL and this was 2 days after I started hardcore hanging.

I jumped from 15 to 20 lbs, and was only able to bear this weight when i moved the wrap up towards the base and made it tighter. So, I do 1 set at 10lbs to warm up, then a set at 20lbs each for 20 mins.

Follow this by manual stretches and DLD blasters (about 30 mins worth), and end with 200-300 90-100% jelqs.

My biggest problem is translating BPFSL to EL. I keep getting stretchier but not longer when I'm hard. :(

PS I may soon have more free time in the morning, so I may do 2 hardcore hanging sets a day, 1 in am, and 1 in pm followed by stretch/jelq.
 
Keep at it and you will get there. Learn about the effects of hanging at different angles and hanger placements and the relation to where you gain (ligs or tunica or both). Read read read.

hey dash, this thread has been going a while now and i was wondering if you have any gains to post? do you think you are currently in a plateau?

I am in a girth Penis Enlargement period and not hanging at all for 6 months. I do some A stretches 3 times per week still just to keep everything accustomed to stretching. I intend to go back to hanging again next month.

I'm using a vacuum hanger and plan on starting out doing one 20 minute set using 10lbs on a 6 day 1 off basis.

This is the same as you did in the start but you used 8lbs back than.

I than plan on moving the weight up 5lbs every 4 months so at my 12th month I will be at 25lbs [you were at 24lbs after 12 months].

I'll try to add a second set in when I can as often as I can eachday after the first month [get me settled] like you did.

This is my plan of attack at the moment. Will be hanging straight down, thats all.

I think I can do it, but CONSISTENCY is the key and I must be PATIENT.

I've made so many half arsed attempts at going for length, but now I WANT IT and I really do want it ... length is what I want more than anything at the moment and this routine [nearly like yours] will get me to that.

I'll measure once per month.

Also I will add this for those who read this. I think some may be getting confused when they read this thread and think they should jump in at 20lbs or more when that isnt the case and if you read the 1st post, Dash states he started with 8lbs
I started at 8 pounds about 15 months ago and then moved up to 24 with-in 12 months. I hust recently moved up to 33 pounds so it will be several months before I move up more
so you MUST start LIGHT and build up every 4-6 months in weight.

I feel its worked so well for Dash because #1 Hes been CONSISTENT, #2 Its not overdoing it ... ONE 20 minute session per day for 6 days, #3 He's building the weight up SLOWLY as its needed with time, just like with body exercise.

I've seen many members hammer set after set of hanging weights and see little to no gains and thats because they are OVERDOING IT ... more isnt better, and Dash is living proof of this. He didnt gain all those inches from HEAVY HANGING alone, but slow progression of poundage increase over time ... but my point is that it started at 8lbs.

Start light and build up guys, I'm doing that.

If the lot theroy is true then it makes sense why Dasheming made so much gains from this whats your lot REDZULA2003.
 
What was Dash's LOT? never saw it mentioned ... must have missed it?

I myself dont read into the LOT theory myself, as if you stretch ANY portion of the penis in ANY direction for a given lengthof time reguler than it will in time grow ...
I have found this out myself and heard so from many users on this and other forums like it but at the sametime I aint saying the LOT theory means nothing ... just that I dont think it should be something we go by like its set in stone for the reasons I mentioned but than again someone could argue for the opposite and mention members have seen gains from advice regarding the LOT theory!!.

blackice disagrees. I hung BTC for well over a year and some months(that's gotta be a record) and never gained any. I switched angels according to the LOT Dec. 05 and have gained for the first. :)

Well when the Lot theory was written dash's lot was 9 but i don't know what it was when he started this thread i would of thought it was 11 or pretty close to that.
 
Appears my LOT is just short of 7. So it means I should attack the Tunica with high angle work, OTS hanging really and not straight down.

I'll have a go at hanging OTS instead of straight down, going from my LOT.
 
This question is for Dash. I know a great deal of people measure BP but I'm interested in knowing how much you gained in erect, non-bone pressed length. Do people measure BP for psychological reasons? Not sure if it serves any other purpose.
 
a dashdeming did u do streches for a couple of months befor u statted the wights ohh and how did u make ur weight hanger is there any supplies i could buy to make this if possible and when u startend out or even now do u experence coldness or numing when weight hanging- thanks dude

When cold to the touch, my glans temp only reads four degrees below starting temp, according to a digital thermometer infrared gun. Cold skin is a useless indicator.

The two most important observations other than PAIN, might be large white areas on glans, which you check after hanger removal for fluid buildup i.e. blister. And, whether that scary purple or "blue" glans turns to normal pink or flesh color in a few seconds or less after removing hanger device, or not.
 
I hang ots using a strap loop that works like two straps, one either side of neck.

For some number of pounds, it doesn't matter how many pounds are hanging. It's all the same because the weight just locks the strap to the shoulder, and then I vary the tension to what feels right by moving my back and flexing my shoulders against the hanger resistance.

With 15.5 pounds and ots, so, fulcrum, btc hanging I finally saw a tiny gain on flaccid(only) length of a quarter of an inch per week. Now at 16 pounds and half an inch stretched flaccid gain. I use a desk pulley for so.

During several months of manual stretching and [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ads[/words] I saw only a flaccid non-stretched gain, part of the time, but that was nice.

I've had the shaft skin stretch over the glans, but if I adjust my bibhanger right that won't happen. It goes away. But I haven't hung 40 pounds for hours!

I went from ten to fifteen pounds by adding one pound after three or four days. From fifteen to sixteen I have added half a pound after each three or four days. I plan to stick to that, add a half pound every three or four days.

I think a simple sock type of head-wrap tube or "hwt", doubled, is enough all night splint or [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ans[/words], all day splint or [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ads[/words], to resist healing away the gains from hanging.

I also subscribe to the idea that heavier is better. I just do not have the time to use lighter weight. I have actually gotton up to 90 lbs. for 2 minutes. But my work out consists of 40-50 lbs. for 10 minutes 2x per day. I am getting good results.

Holy shit that is some serious conditioning you have done there brother! You must be really consistent with your hanging frequency too. What is your gains?
 
I am getting good results with an average hang weight of 50 lbs. 2x per day for 10-15 minutes

once or twice a week I go up to 100 lbs. Be very careful though this is serious weight and it has taken me a long time to get up to this weight. Most noticeable are my girth gains. I am now over 8 inches in girth and about the same in length.
