I started out at 2.5 lbs 6-20 min sets
BTC. I never could reach fatigue. I kept moving up and up weekly. I am now at 20 lbs 1st set, 22.5 lbs 2nd set and 20 lbs 3 rd set. By the end of the 3rd set im doing everything I can to ride the fatigue wave and finish the 20 mins. After that I wrap my penis in a heating pad for 10 to 15 mins before and after
hanging . Then I do 100 jelqs then I
strap on the ADS and wear it until bed time. Hot shower
bathmate for 5 to 7 mins...I havent seen any gains as of yet I've only been doing it for 2 months. My lig is sore all
the time now, its a good sore if that sounds right...I only have enough time for 3 sets a day.
