I am starting Bib starter hanger, going 2-3 15 minute sets on 7.5lbs. I have a LOT of 8 and am hanging everyday until next summer like 7 months, hoping to make major gains by then. New Years and then end of March and May next year are my goal dates, with measuring dates every month.

What kind of gains do you think I will see and what do you reccomend?

I am just under 8"BP and 5.75" girth with 6" base girth.

BTW has your base girth grown at all? If so what did you start at and what is it now?

I have not started really hanging yet. But when I do, I have to agree with SWM that 20 min sessions a few times a day is best. I base this on medical info I picked up in a burn unit I worked in.
When the physical therapists come in to stretch a patient's ligaments and skin so that they do not retract, they do so several times a day around the clock. Every 6 hours at least I have heard is best between stretches in order to prevent the body from retracting what you have just stretched. By doing so in this manner, consistent and permanent gains can be made with the tough tissue of ligs .
When I get my hanger, I think I will start a routine that will be stretching 3-4 times a day as evenly spaced out as I can with my schedule. I think SWM is right on track with that idea. And the hanging weight I will use will be one which will not let the ligs "accomodate" too quickly to the weight and which would just let the ligs and tunica get tougher and stronger without the stretch that I want. So it needs to be fairly heavy but not heavy enough to cause damage and hurt. You need to stay "ahead of the game" when it comes to accomodation and your body wanting to always return to normal.

Hmm wake up 5:30 get rid of morning wood hang from 5:40 to 6, once back at home at 3 hang another 20 minutes, but probably like 3 sets of 20, then 2 sets of 20 before I go to bed. That would work well.

I´m using the Bib starter model.Right now I´m hanging 27 pounds. After about 3 minutes it gets pretty comfortable.
I like to hang all 3 sets in a row, maybe I will add another set in the evening.
Thanks for welcoming me and I will keep you informed about my gains.I plan to measure after about 2 months.
My measurements right now are 8 BP and I hope to gain at least one inch, but I´m not in a hurry.

Up to 29 pounds for two 15 minute sets. For the last two sets I have to reduce.
My flaccid has already improved. In fact I cant believe what I see in the mirror.Something´s going on down there, that´s for sure.
One question for stillwantmore:Did you ever check your LOT,since your only hanging BTC.Cause I have the feelling that OTS didn´t do shit for me.

Right! But Bib said that any connective tissue fails at some weight. So why should you hang light weight when you´re able to hang much heavier without discomfort.
I think that as long as you listen to your body or in this case to your dick you will be able to avoid injury and hopefully gain much faster. We´ll see.
I´m getting a much more intense workout in less time.

So, with this "Hard Core Hanging", it's seems to me, you're breaking the "Hanging is not a weight lifting competition" rule?

Well it would seem that way, however, I have actually gradually increased weight to get where I am at and every person has their own response that should be followed closely from hanging. read your body and do what safely works for you. - Dash

For those of you following hard core hanging how long do you use a weight before adding a pound or two?

I know everyone is different but can you give me a rough idea, e.g use the weight for 2 weeks and then add a bit.

I was able to jump at the rate of 1 pound every week. Granted that there were weeks early on that I jumped faster, but 1 pound each week is a conservative rate that worked for me. Just be careful!

Thanks Dashdeming,

Ok that gives me an idea of the rate you progressed.

How often did/do you measure for length increases?

I ask because I wonder whether you upped your weight when your gains stopped or you just kept adding a pound at regular intervals even if you were still gaining from the previous weight.

I did not and do not use measuring and gains as a determination of adding weight. I did use feedback from my penis as a means of determining the right time to add more weight. I used level of soreness, color, and pain as my guide. I pretty much limit measuring to monthly and sometimes quarterly. The rate of gain slows as you get longer and longer, or at least it did for me. Keep in mind that I frequently only hang one 20 minute session per day. If I could get 2 or 3 hangs in a day I would be better off but I just don't have the time.

Dash,

If you some time get near a digital camera of some sort, I'd really like to see pics of your hanger device. The explanation can be hard to understand. At least for a foreginer, so pics may be a big help to that end.

Thanks a lot.

I'm glad I stumbled onto this thread because time is a constraint for me. I think my set up will work for this because my fish scale goes up to 50 pounds. The only hard part will be keeping it on a steady "weight" during my sets. At least weight changes will be quick though, lol. I've been hanging 20 pounds for as many 20 minute sets as time will allow per night, 7 nights a week. This is usually 3-5 sets so I think I'll start with 23-25 pounds for a couple sets and then just work the weight up instead of the number of sets. I'll be careful of course and let my pecker tell me how much it can take. Thanks for the inspiration.

This seems interesting, I think I may give this a shot, say 20min hanging when I wake up, 20min when I get home, and 20 min before I go to bed. I think I'll give it a shot.

Ok I've only hung 2x today once this morning for 20 min around 9 and just now, the fatigue is crazy, gonna do 1 more 20 min set before bedtime. It's doing something different I'll tell you that.

I did my first "hardcore" 20 minute, 25 pound set last night and didn't feel any fatigue. I think I'll try the one 20 minute, 25 pound set per night for a week and see if I feel anything by then. If not, I'll up it to two sets. 25 pounds seems like a helluva lot but I'm not feeling any lig soreness.

Ok guys, would you suggest hardcore hanging with the WENCH or is that a definate NO NO. Does anyone here hardcore hang with the wench ...is it even possible?

I plan on doing hardcore hanging with the wench 3 sets a day(morn, noon, night) and hopefully i'll see some results.

thanks in advance

Dash, Presently I hang 7 sets at 20 minutes per day. My first five sets are with 25lbs. and my final 2 sets are at 20lbs. What is you suggestion for me to try, weight-wise, undertaking your methods?

IM2makin - only try 20 lbs with a wench after you have been successful at 19 pounds. only try 19 after 18 is OK. And so on......

edit: that rule is valid for ANY hanger

DLD,
I would say that if you are okay with the amount of time you are spending hanging then stick with what you have going. Otherwise, slowly creep the weight up and lower the sets per day depending on how your penis feels. If you are making gains doing your routine, I wouldn't change anything at this point. I do believe though that more weight will eventually have to be added. I remember reading that Bib hung with as much as 45 pounds later in his gaining period. Certainly you would want to slowly work up to this much though.

Note : i have done Penis Enlargement for about 1 1/2 years
Ok to the HArd core hangers out there, i have just started hanging about 2 weeks ago. I started at a light 10lbs but only did 1 set for 20 mins. Now two weeks into it(everyday routine) i can hang 17.5lbs from 1 to 2 sets a day(as time allows). Do you guys think i am jumping in weight to quickly? or if i ass 2.5 like every month or so i will see a DASh in gains?(joke)

It is possible that you can jump in weight a little quicker at first and then as the weight increases you will need to add at a slower rate. I think you will see a DASH in gains in a flash. :)

Dash, how often do you hang straight out? I ask this because if I "hang" straight down I won't be able to see how much weight I'm using because I use a fish scale to determine how hard I'm stretching. What percentage would you say you do? Something like 70% straight down/30% straight out most of the time? I'm up to 14 pounds for 2-20 minute sets per night and I feel some fatigue so I think the straight out is working. Check the link in my sig for a better idea of the angle of stretch I'm using. I guess I could put a mirror on the floor or something to see the weight level. Either that or I could find an object that weighs "x" pounds and use it when I hang straight down instead of my fish scale.

I would say 50/50 for the most part, however, I do switch back and forth as my ligs stretch. I would suggest either get a mirror or start hanging with real weight while seated. Sounds like you may be on the right track but I would change the angles to keep getting length from the tunica and the ligs. Be careful and good luck!

Wow I am amazed and thoroughly impressed with this site. It's like a stinkin' encyclopedia!

Ok, my question for everyone that is hanging with heavy weights is this. Is the majority of your hang time standing and hanging straight down? Or are you guys handling poundages of 25+ lbs in the seated BTC position.

The reason I ask is that I was hanging about 22lbs while standing for sets of 20 minutes in Dec 2001 and was scared to death that I was gonna rip my Johnson off so I quit. My flaccid hang was getting very cool looking and erections were hard and mean looking (translation: wife liked). BTW, I was using the modified BIB and should've stayed with that model because the wrap worked great.

When I went to the new model and went to seated BTC hanging, my weight went to nothing and a series of bad things happened so I quit hanging altogether but if I can go back to standing...

I use a high and a low large wheel low resistance pulley system that allows me to vary from an upright sit to laying down while hanging from the low pulley position. This lets me hang straight down to near BTC angles. I use a heating pad currently as my source of heat and I use four 10 pound barbell weights. This works really well for me. I either use my home made hanger of the BIB starter hanger. I highly recommend the BIB hanger as it is a quality product that obviously has a lot of thought behind it. Good luck and be careful!

Thanks Dash. I just did 7.50lbs standing up for 20 minutes and that certainly brought up some good ol feelings.

By the way, welcome to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words]!

I'm up to 15 pounds per set and I do one set straight out and one straight down, 7 days per week and I can definitely feel fatigue. I also do my straight out set at 4 PM and my straight down set at 9 PM. I'm feeling really good fatigue at 15 pounds so I think I'll stick with 15 for one more week and then move up to 16 just to make sure I'm conditioned. I believe that hardcore hanging will work for me just as it did for Dash. Maybe not that fast though but I'm going to be optimistic. What were your gains Dash, around 1/8" per month or a little over?

I gained the first 2 inches in about 18 months as I remember. The gains are more rapid at first and then slow as you go. This is why I have added more weight and more time. Sounds like you are going at a good pace and being smart about your hanging. Good luck!

From their penises? You'd think that would rip them off pretty fast, lol. Talk about lig stretch. Next they should try tying a long rope (like 1/4 mile)to their glans while standing still, then tying the other end to the bumper of a muscle car and telling the driver to floor it. I'd pay to see that shit.

I'm going to hang 18 lbs right now and see how it goes. I'll hang for as long as I can up to 20 minutes. I'll see how this goes for a few days. I'm really strapped for time here.

Dash,

How is it going with your gains? Still gaining?

I have started hanging recently using a Bib starter, and I do kind of a Hardcore Hanging routine inspired by your hardcore hanging philosophy.

Have you considered doing anything to supplement your hanging sessions? (ADS, golf weights, etc?) What is your thoughts on that?

Do you use any kind of heat before/when you hang?

Thanks a lot

I think I'm gonna try this method, as my gains from the traditional hanging methods have slowed. Are you guys still gaining from this more intense technique?
