My routine looks like this: hanging for like 20-30 minutes at least once every day, with as much weight as I have (currently 33 lbs, but I'll buy new ones as soon as I have the $$).

No, I always hang SD. I can tell you it feels intense. Everything gets stretched. I tried it today with my new device, but had to stop after 15 minutes (same problem with the glans). I assume the wrapping is the problem. I need something that doesn't let the hanger slip. Besides that it's great fun to hang heavy weights, can't wait to get to my goal :)
 
I did 20 minute sets with Bib starter hanger and thera wrap, adding half a pound after five days, advancing from 8 to 38 pounds. After that I did only manual stretches for a year or so. Then I tried hanging 35,50,70,100 pounds for 1-2 minutes. I would get a lig pop. 2-10 sets of 1-2 minutes with over 100 pounds may have given me a quarter of an inch flaccid.

Going slow over a couple of years my dick outran the program, getting stronger faster than the demand on it. No gains until maybe a quarter of an inch at over a hundred pounds!

If I can gain half an inch I'll document. Maybe I just learned to measure better which makes a quarter of an inch uncertain.

I like those blue paper shop towels for wrap. I tried thera gray, and suede.

If nothing else, stimulation is good for prostate health and testosterone and control and learning about sex and lovemaking.

You did 100 pounds like are you serious? I would like to see a picture if not it ok
 
I suggest that you back up and look a little closer at what you are doing. More weight can also mean poor hanger placement and angle to accommodate the very heavy weight. My general comment would be that this is likely happening to you. I suggest you drop back to 16 to 32 pounds or less and get that hanger placed per BIBs documented way and make certain you have not hanging so far back as to not get tunica action. Also, your angle needs to be changed to a more straight out position if you have been hanging at a more downward angle. At 100 pounds you would have to have the hanger too far back and the angel more downward and this results and more of a ligament stretch (if you have any to stretch). Also, read on the forums about LOT and BIB to gain more knowledge of what I speak. Use the search features of the forums. Also, BIB has good documentation on his forum as well so google that for some help too. Good luck and be safe and productive.
 
thats impressive no doubt. but i have serious reservations abvout going over 10 lbs...i long time ago i worked my way up to 15 lbs over several weeks...and i did some real lig damage or somthing, the only way i can describe it was it was like a bass cord in my penis, scary...

This is a fact. I am proud of my dick size now but not really proud of the before size. I am a somewhat recognizable public figure and the last thing I need is some bimbo (and I have lain with many) to recognize my after dick and then spread the before dick pictures as a big ha ha. Unless you can put in some serious time (sets), you will need to go over (probably way over) 10 lbs. Remember it's a time versus weight decision. Bib did both (high time, high weight) and got outrageous results.

Yes, I read that some asian monks hung 150 pounds the first time and suffered permanent nerve damage I think but they liked the pain meditation from humbly ripping their inner penis out without any lusting for power in daily routines for a long time. That did not sound like what I wanted so I went up to 42 pounds with BIB Starter and then tried 50, 70, 90, and more pounds with a small lig pop. Actually I did lots of manual too. I think I should get at least half an inch of gain before I document. Right now I have that funky quarter inch or so of gain which might be just learning to measure better. I am certain I have a bit of gain just to stretch out the ligs and then start pulling on inner p attachment. I can't bundle over 90 pounds or it does cause injury at least for now. I thought of a funny video theme just now. "We move hot tubs. They are hard to move because the weight is off center, so we lift from as low as possible--we tie the fiberglass hot tub to our penis, and then our hands are free to steady the load higher up. This is a trade passed down since there were redwood hot tubs. It takes years of apprenticeship. Until now the adherents of this discipline have not let anyone outside their guild view what goes on under their breechclouts...". Also I'd like to break through the 8.5" barrier for sure. Anything else would be uncivilized.

Dashdeming, yes, very wise, to hang heavier than around 40 pounds with comfort means giving up tunica stretching farther out. I'm only doing higher weight for inner penis and suspensory ligs and a few inches of tunica work. Mostly SD but some hanging from cast iron plumbing pipe at about 30 degrees off vertical, less than bodyweight since leaving one foot on ground.
 
I should mention or warn again that I started at 8 pounds, 30 minute sets, dropping to 20 minute sets above 20 pounds and only adding half a pound at a time. Also those asian monks were making serious painful changes none of us would want. I've never had a Penis Enlargement injury other than red dots and bruising, which means I go real slow with anything new. I'm pretty old so maybe that's why I'm a hard gainer.

Yikes man. One would think that if you're hanging 80 to 100 pounds, that should result in significant plastic deformation of the soft tissues of the penis. I'm suprised you only made a quarter inch gain from that pnoewbe.

I remember there was a member here named Extreme. Extreme said he would ony hang for 1 ten minute set in the morning and 1 ten minute set at night with 75 to 100 pounds. His flaccid while hanging was huge but it turned out that he's pic was photoshoped since he forgot to erase the image in the mirror showing the weights resting on a stand.

I think Extreme has posted in this thread back in the earlier pages like page 8 through 10.

It is *possible* that the stand is so he can quickly put the weight down. It *may* be that he's only picking it up a fraction of an inch.

If I tried hanging that kind of weight that's what I would do. That way if the hanger slipped it wouldn't remove the skin from your penis as the weight fell 5 inches to the floor.

Extreme has a big fucking dick and it would be cool if he was still here to post and share some of his knowledge with hanging weights of that magitude and the gains he's made.
 
I don't get gains fast with 40+ pounds. The best undeniable pic
I could post would show 70 pounds. Above that I have to get
complicated like squeeze to hold hanger on or use hand grip as
hanger. Hands on makes for a dubious pic. Snakerhanger looks
good to try for 40-50 pounds.

i also hang very heavy weights.i'm now using 70# for two ten minute sets.i set two phone books under the weights so i barely have to bend my knees to set down the weights.i think extreme does something similar.it's safer that way.and if you actually look at the picture closely you can see that the
"stand" is well out in front of him.not between his feet.and why would he set a mirror behind himself if he was trying to scan us?i think the guy bailed on this forum because people jumped all over him and called him a liar.i don't blame him.i started hanging heavy because of him and dashdeming.
i've gone from 6x5 to 7.5x6.25 in a little over three years.that's hard empirical experience affirming the effectiveness of heavy hanging.plus look again at extreme's picture.probably 9x7.huge.i don't know the guy,but i think he was treated pretty poorly.i know i will reach my goal of 8x6.i'm almost there.but i won't be posting any pictures. because i know people will just call me a liar.kinda sad,all the negativity on this forum.

Since he is not here any more we do have you sumner. You seemed to have followed in his footsteps and you're making great gains with it. I have a few question if you don't mind.

Are you doing your two 10 minute sets back to back or are you doing 1 ten minute set in the morning and 1 ten minute set in the evening?

Also do you do any warm ups or do you just jumped straight to 70 pounds when hanging and do you only use the straight downwards angle or do you do other angles as well?

Also what type of hanger are you using and do you have the hanger attached 1 to 2 inches behind the glans or do you have it attached closer to the base?

Also with your girth increase from 5 inches to 6.25 inches are you talking midgirth or base girth. With the girth increase was all of this from hanging or did you do other girth specific excersizes to help your girth increases on your journey?

Basically what is your total Penis Enlargement routine and schedule?

Sorry for the 21 questions but I've been really interested in trying this hardcore method for a while now because it seems to save time and it seems more efficient at getting the job done. I've made my hanging length gains with lots of sets a day but I'm thinking the hardcore heavy method might give me more gains with less time put in which is awsome.

hey kingsnake-i do my whole routine in the morning.i do a five minute acclimation set with 25#,break 5 minutes,then do two ten minutes sets with a 5 minute break in between.the warm up set really helps.jumping right to 70# would be too painful.i only hang straight down while standing.i have everything set up so i barely have to bend my knees to set the weights down.in case of a cough,sneeze etc.my girth is pretty uniform so i just measure mid shaft.all my girth gains have come from hanging.i do zero girth work.a nice fringe benefit.and one of the main reasons i believe extreme-the guy's girth is sick.as thick as his wrist.i assume from all the heavy hanging.i do my routine 7 days a week. i plan on moving up to 75#
in june.i'll stick with that weight for about 4months then move up again.i understand that this is risky and not very sane ,but i'm doing it anyway because it's working.like most of us,i'm a little obsessed.i have to have that 8x6.later
 
heh-i'm replying to my own post.kingsnake you also asked about my hanger.it's a home made hanger,made from the type of heavy duty strap that
comes with with a ratchet.like for securing a washer in the back of a truck.it's basically a really heavy duty captain's wench.and i secure it with a radiator hose clamp,not a cable clamp.i crank the clamp down with a nut driver.i wish extreme would get back on here.i would really like to get a better look at his home made hanger.

Hey sumner. Thanks man for the response. I have a total of 50 pounds at home right now and the snake hanger and the riser clamp hanger can easily hold it. What I find fasinating is the fact that you were able to gain 1.25 inches in midshaft girth from just hanging alone. I know must people including me gain base girth from hanging but a dramatic midshaft gain from hanging is crazy unless bundled hanging is involved.

What I don't undertand is if one is attaching the hanger at midshaft then how does this increase midshaft girth when the hanger is actually compressing the midshaft area, since that's the hanger's attachment point. I would think that the shaft behind the hanger/attactment point would be more likely to increase in girth since that's the area getting hit with the stretch force.

I'm wondering if one uses weights in the 50 pound realm and up this cause enlargement of the entire shaft girth wise to strengthen and better handle the stress of weights closing in on 100 pounds. If this is the case then one doesn't need to do any specific girth work or any other exsercises for that matter. It would seem that working up to the point of hanging weights over 50 to 60 pounds not only increases length and base girth but also increase total shaft girth.

It would seem that hanging lighter weights for long periods of time works more on length and some base girth but hanging with extremely heavy weights forces the entire tunica and connective tissues to strengthen and enlarge girth wise to better tolerate the stress of 50 plus pounds. I'm definately thinking about trying this method. What I might do is lower my sets and focus on conditioning my penis for hanging extremely heavy weights.

Normally I do 4 hours of hanging every Monday and 2 hours of hanging from Tuesday through Friday.

I'm thinking about changing it to doing 2 heavy sets of straight downwards angle hanging while standing up and 2 heavy sets of tunica hanging with my pully system. So that woud be 4 sets a day. Don't know if I'm gonna go this mehtod but I'm really thinking about it.

Hey sumner. I think the fact that you and Extreme are gaining not just base girth but midshaft shaft girth just from hardcore hanging alone with no girth work is awesome. Just looking at how thick and wide Extreme's flaccid is while being stretched shows that heavy ass weights hypotrophy the tunica lengtha and girth wise.

Definately would like to see more vets like DLD, stillwantsmore and Redzulu2003 give there opinions and explainations on the total shaft increasing in girth from heavy hanging alone.

Wouldn't moving the hanger up the shaft produce maximum girth at the point just below the hanger? I mean if base girth is increased via this method I would think as the hanger is positioned up the shaft it would have the same effect, no?
 
hey guys-i don't understand the mechanism by which heavy hanging increases girth.it came as a total surprise to me.i had planned on doing girth work after attaining my length goal,as suggested by bib.i guess the tissues are responding to the extreme overload by becoming thicker and tougher overall.hence the need for increasingly heavier weights.i guess i'm just lucky in that my girth increase has been uniform.i've read that some hangers get cone shaped,then have to even things out with clamping.i just hope to reach my goal of 8 inches before i hit 100#.

Hey DLD. That's what I'm saying. But sumner has said that he attaches his hanger at midshaft but yet his entire penis has gained 1.25 inches in girth. That's the part that baffles me. What I don't understand is how did his midgirth increase in thickness by over an inch when he places the hanger right at midshaft. I would think that the shaft behind the hanger's attachement leeding to the base and connective tissues and ligaments would be the only thing that would increase in girth since those are the areas being stressed.

I'm thinking that with sumner and Extreme the extremely heavy weights like 60 to 100 pounds is forcing there tunicas to not only lengthen but also get tougher and increase in girth to better handle the stress for the next hanging bout. If this is the case then it would seem that all one needs to do to gain both length and uniformed girth is work his way up to hanging extremely heavy weights. It would seem that the extreme overload of weights in this poundage range forces the whole tunica to adapt in length and thickness. At least in sumner's case and Extreme's case.

If I don't report any new length gains with in the next 2 weeks then I'm gonna try this method. May take many months to conditioned my penis to hanging 60 to 100 pounds though. The most I ever hung was 30 pounds in the tunica upward angle position.

I think the vets should really look into this method of hanging to where midshaft girth or basically the entire penile shaft can increase in girth just from extreme hanging alone. I'm going to study this method and look in to it myself in the mean time.

I have not measure yet i took a 2 week decon break and before that decon i was bundling 25 pounds then just 1 day ago i went to 30 pounds and i fells great,
i think i am gonna make some serious gains,But i am following dashes and summers method right now i think i am going to have to add 2 pounds on a weekly bases as my
dick is getting extremely tough but it looks like it grew a bit though,My goal is 60 pounds bundled SD.Also king you have reached your goal so why not just do girth work now that you made it.
i also am gonna go and build a snake hanger this week.

As far as goals I haven't reached length goal yet. I am currently nbpel 9.3 inches and bpel 9.7 inches but my goal is to reach a minimum of 10 inches in length and I'm talking nbpel. If I can go beyond 10 inches then that would be even more awesome.

I've been working on my length and girth goals at the same time with the bundled hanging and the clamping. My unclamped midgirth is now 5.8 inches and my unclamped base girth is at 6.35 to 6.4 inches. When clamped my migirth expands to 6.4 inches now.

Hey Dash. If you're in the building have you experianced dramatic over 1 inch girth increases of the entire penis just from hardcore heavy hanging alone like sumner and Extreme are experiancing or have you always incorporated girth exercises with your hanging workouts?

I would speculate the base girth gains from hanging would be from the amount of pressure squeezing the tissues and blood tighter at the point of restriction. For example while clamping and doing Horse Squeezes when fully engorged I would compress the blood in my penis above the clamp with both hands pushing the blood out. When released blood expands in my penis causing there to be more swelling. Over time; hours and days, hanging possibly would form similar results? With the heavier weights you are trapping blood, squeezing tissue, and putting more pressure where our penis is usually thickest. Once released it has the effect of swelling thus gaining I'd conclude.
