But i started last 6 weeks more intense. I started dating a girl who worked as a instructor at a recreation/gym here in stockholm. She was constantly talking about her diet and stuff(was hard to do any funny things with her at all besides sex:) ). But i learned a great deal from here in terms of training and diet.

Here's what i do, 6 days a week. I only train my upper body, (finally my large thighs have disappeared from all the ice-hockey, it took 10 years...)

in the evening after work: Start with gym 45 min, then go running 25 min
gym 2 days chest and abs / 1 day arms and abs

gym routine 1: Chest+abs
3*7 reps benchpress
3*7reps cable cross from underneath
3*7 reps butterfly
3*until failure of sitting on knee, cable weight bar on shoulders and bending down froward for ab contraction. Heavy weight
2* a non-weight ab routine of 6 exercises (i do this in between chest exercises to save time)

running 25 min medium tempo

arms&abs routine
chins with palms facing
triceps press in cable
same ab routines as above
running 25 min medium tempo

so no shoulder work except benchpress to avoid the robot look in a suit. I also do some height increase exercises 10 min/day that exercises my back, so i dont include that at the gym.

Right after gym before running: Protein. Either a shake or i prefer bringing some chicken or canned tuna to the gym and eating it.


Food:
Dessert ever third day (instead of every day as before:))
breakfast: Usually high protein low fat greek yoghurt with berries
home made smoothie in blender of varius fruits and berries
2 large cups of coffe (swede's are crazy coffe drinkers:) )
vitamin upplements
1 egg
some more protein like slices of ham

lunch,
salad or chicken, try to avoid too much carbs

dinner,
like normal, lots of beef, chicken, salmon, but less carbs than before,. So just one potato instead of 3.

If i am about to die of need for dessert: Fake dessert - smoothie with cottage chesse!

Hey Fedora,

I've checked out your posts for a little while now and I have to say I'm very impressed, congrats all around. You've done so much, not just Penis Enlargement.

I had a question about your height program. I am a relatively tall guy already 6'1.5'', but I wouldn't mind gaining an inch of two if possible. Do you think that would be possible from just hanging from a pullup bar, and if so how often and for how long would I have to do it?

Also, how much height have you gained?
 
Long time no talk!!! Lots of changes in life last 6 months. Been in a relationship with a new girl since 6 months, things are going fine but since I work around 70 hrs/week and when not at work I see my her, the time for privacy and PE have been very limited. So in order to get time to do PE avian, I decided to tell her about PE and reveal the truth about the size she seem to love:) She was a bit shocked at first!!! "Is that f-ng possible!!!" Then I asked her why she thought I did it, and she said: "I know why you did: to maximize female pleasure and become the ultimate gladiator" Then she said, "well.. now you have set the standard, so make sure you do what you need to keep that size"

I then showed her the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], and some basic facts about my journey. But know she knows, so I do not need privacy anymore and can return to my PE Journey!!!

Welcome back man! U have been a huge inspiration (haha have read your thread like 3 times), got my own progress thread on thunders now and have been doing PE for 3 months 1.4 cm both BPEL and NPBEL and some girth gains to, we got almost the exact same starting stats

Hey Fedora, just wanted to say thank you for the inspiration on height increase. In the new book I have written a large portion lis put towards gaining height. fedora how many total hours do you think you have logged with your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]??????? also what is your current nbpel measurement for may of 2014 ?? have you gone beyond the july 15 2010 measurement of 8 inch nbpel ???

So happy to see you back my Brother! Yes, I have kept the height I gained while writing the book. I want to do a few more circuits of the training to see if I could get more. I would love to get to 6 feet but that will require another 1.5". Just coming out of a pretty long depression so I have not been consistent with my training and now that this fog is starting to lift I am going to start again.

Great to hear that your height is kept!!! Have you done any maintenance exercises or kept going all in since you started HI?
I am feeling the stretch in my spine now after 3 days on the 100 days to grow program(first week), actually a great feel that stuff is happening in the longitudinal direction! My ultimate goal is 5'11, goal set at 2 years time.
Trying also to get the abs back in shape, want to really get back to the "machine" /"chiseled toned muscle feel" where there is no extra fat on my stomach that disturbs the beach look:)
