Main focus for the moment is maintainance work though, HI (height increase exercises) takes up a lot of time for the moment, also studying at 200% pace, and working 25% also besides. 2-3 hours of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] work + girth 2 days a week is my goal for the next month.

Thanks for the "knee"-compliment:) !!! Yes, I always wear it under my clothes. They key to get in all the hours is to gradually integrate it in your everyday life. (so let´s go buy som loose fit chinos.....!!). I never use it at night, since I never keep it on more than 1,5 hours in a set before taking it off, it´s no reason to do it. Also play it safe is a key, and you want to be in control of what goes on with your member....
The newer model seems great, I use a modified self-made head (see my thread for inspiration and description in the products&reviews forum). But start to use it by yourself, and get used to walking with it mounted, and just get used to it. Then use it in public more and more... start wearing it and going for a quick walk to the supermarket, then use it in more and more in your everyday life, and you will get thoose hours in after awhile. Now, let´s stretch!!!

Nowadays I´m more in a maintainance mode when it comes to length, but I plan to go hardcore again soon. I log in about 2-3 hours/day with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for the moment. Always protect your penis head with multiple layers of coh. gauze, foam material, or similar stuff to avoid getting bruised on the head, that´s the key to [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] use.
