Thanks banabaxboy. Since it is only measured in clamped state, it´s hard to say how much is going to translate in to real erect girth gains. I´m gonna push and push this girth, until the end of june where I will (try) to take a break. I still go a lot by feel and try to take the safe way though.
Current irth routine is as follows:

This is one set,
I do 5 sets (takes about 10 min)
Then 5 minutes of clamping using a piece of t.shirtmaterial I wrap around the etreme base.
The finish off with 5 min Jelq
