Ronielle over at chempe.com just posted that he has been trying pure DMSO with his PGE1. He noted that this resulted in the PGE1 affecting the whole penis not just the inside where he injected. This makes sense as the DMSO is probably carrying the PGE1 through the tunica. If that's the case I would suspect that it would be very effective in producing gains. This would mean that site specific injections wouldn't be necessary.
Hey 88man. I was the same way for the first couple of months on pge1. I’ve gained a quarter inch in girth so far since doing chemical pe but eventually sensitivity to pge1 will go done as more receptor sites are created thus the need to increase dosage. Back in the day 10 to 15 mcgs would give me 3 to 4 hours of wood but not any more.
For me to get 2 to 4 hours of wood on low dosages of pge1 I would have to inject close to bedtime because if at any other time of the day I need more then 100 mcgs.
Hey bigdex28. Yeah I had a brief chat on the phone with Ronielle today. He’s injecting pure 99% strength DMSO with 50 mcgs of pge1 straight into his dick. DMSO is a very potent vasodilator granting an erection all by itself as well as a chemical solvent.
Ronielle needs over 500 mcgs of pge1 for an effective 1 hour erection but with pure dsmo mixed in he only needed 50 mcgs of pge1 giving him a 4 plus hour 90 to 95% boner. Dmso and pge1 work together in synergy when injected into the penis. The only problem he said was the dmso increased the pain factor and it felt like his normal dose of 500 mcgs of pge1.
A bonus with this method is with DMSO now deep into the CCs instead of just being applied topically, this will soften the CCs and tunica from the inside out in combination with pge1’s delinking properties. Not only that but the dmso injected into the penis this will directly work on softening up the septum which is one of the main barriers in length gains.
Ronielle’s next plan is to dissolve patabo/paba powder in pure dmso then mix it pge1 and inject in the penis. The patabo’s antifibrotic and tissue softening properties will work on the penis from the inside out since it’s actually injected into the penis instead of being transdermally delivered topically with dmso where the chems cannot penetrate into the depths of the penis.
I find it crazy how Ronielle has injected pure 99% DMSO into his penis when over 70% burns most people. Hell I have to coat my ball sac in Vaseline before using 70% dmso with paba because it irritates and burns my scrotum skin. I didn’t even know it was possible to inject pure 99% strength dmso into the penis without diluting the concentration of the dmso first. Ronielle is a brave dude.

Hey kingsnake I just wanted to say what your doing is amazing, for everyone. just reading this thread is incredible, very few people persevere like you, you are right next to dld on this site for sure in terms of pioneering. im adding dmso+paba into my routin as my length gains have been pretty slow for 3 months with an extender and 400+ hours of use (.25-.5 in nbel) a lot of which I think is eq increase. anyway will keep reading and thanks again bro!

I think it was 2 of the guys in the patent did not use PGE-1 but still made gains how does that work?
And the man in example 10 complained of the PGE1 pain so he injected twice daily for 2 hours each time.
Example 2 looked like the best result in relation to time but the patent didn't say what they were injecting.
