So...I'm convinced based on my anatomy that the length gains that I have to come will be 90% expressive and 10% tunica gains.

So, my routine--still New so no idea if it will work- is the following 5 days on---2 days off

1) 8 minutes of bundled stretch (4 sets of 2 'minutes -stretching down to 6 and up to 12)
2) 2 minute behind my leg to the left and then to the right
3) total package stretch---with pulsing- 2 sets of 2 minutes
4) side root stretch- 4 sets of 1 minute -/this is where I use 3 fingers at the crus on the right and then the left side as a fulcrum

So that is 20 minutes of pretty hardcore stretching....now when I was hanging I spent 1 to 1 1/2 hours per day hanging---so this is a lot less---

But is it enough time for stretching ?

FWIW- I also use bathmate for 10 minutes---with expressive stretching---jelq for 10 minutes

SRT post workout----, autoxleeve or the ESL 40 and cock rings throughout the day

Hi Riley

You have asked if the routine you have outlined lasting 20 minutes will be enough compared to the hanging routine you performed previously. To help with this I will outline my previous manual stretching routine as a comparison.

Bundles/ 30 seconds clockwise straight up / up left / up right. Repeat anti clockwise ( 3 mins total)
bundles 30 seconds clockwise / anti clockwise straight out / out left / out right ( 3 mins total)
Bundles 30 seconds clockwise / anti clockwise straight down / down left / down right. (3 mins total )
Bundles 30 seconds clockwise/ anti clockwise btc straight down / dtc left / btc right ( 3 mins total )

Bundles 12 minutes altogether

Newbie stretches 1 minute each
Up / up left / up right ( 3 mins)
Straight out/ out left / out right ( 3 mins )
Straight down / down left / down right (3 mins )
Btc down / btc down left / btc down right ( 3 mins )

12 minutes total

__________ stretch or __________ V stretch variation
1 minute x 3- 6 sets

DLD blasters
1 minute x 3- 6 sets

V stretch
1 minute x 3-6 sets

Looking at this if I only did 3 sets on the last 3 exercises my total workout would of been 33 minutes, at 6 sets on the last 3 exercises it would be 42 minutes. This is excluding any erect stretches I would do at 30 seconds each in each direction apart from straight down , I would typical perform those first thing in the morning with morning wood. It's advised to have a duration of around 10 minute's erect stretching which I fall short on at the moment and I need to rectify.

For girth I would typically jelq between 20- 30 minutes followed by the 5x5x3 routine of bathmate and ssj's.

After each length workout I use the ace bandage removing ever hour to an hour and a half for circulation and to do some btc stretches before reapplying

After each girth workout I use a cock ring to maintain post workout expansion, removing every hour to perform ssj's before reapplying. I never wear it to bed.

I hope this can help you out and maybe answer your question and I'm sure there will be plenty of other replies from our more experienced brothers.

You are too kind , but thank you very much. As I have said before , we learn collectively and pass on the knowledge.

Its alright brother. Sometimes we all just do that haha. It's honestly everywhere nowadays.

This is true and where my guilt has fallen the past 2 days, every time I see Orgasmic's avatar I feel temptation :) So happy I have the tools of appreciating the beauty but them turning my attention to another place. His avatar is a good practice lesson for me EVERYDAY!

If someone does not have a LengthMaster they are losing out on so much potential in gaining length. Bite the bullet, get one and watch how smart the investment is!

The LengthMaster has been the best investment I've made on my PE journey by far! It is the missing link to length gains.

I'd rate it as a close second to my 'modded' X40, and definitely in the 'must have' category

Damn you all and your big heads. IF only I had a bigger head then I would make serious gains :)

I really feel for you bro. Did you ever try adding padding to the LengthMaster chamber to close the gap a little?

I wish something would help him use it!

I did :) didn't work though. I even used a thicker material for mine.

Try this Kyo...attach your LM as usual, do a 180* bundle and then stretch in all directions. I'd be very surprised if you're not able to stay attached. Once you have that mastered, rotate the LM down (like revving a motorcycle) and then do your stretches...then rotate up and do some more. Then get 'bundled again' and wend the LM BTC.
Simple creativity will usually overcome any hurdle

Bundle before tightening or bundle while already tightened? If i tighten it i'll slip out regardless of me bundling, I've tried it. The only thing that kinda helps stay on is doing a __________ or A stretch but even then it'll come off within a minute and hurts when the grip part gets on the head

Bundle after strapped in, it would be nearly impossible to do it otherwise.

i still think the wrap is the issue. It takes practice to use these devices man

I don't use any wrap...I get clamped-in au-natural. Once situated, turn the power assist clockwise as far as you can w/out pain...now do your stretches. (do the same amount/intensity counter-clockwise as well)

It's not the wrap. The wrap is perfect. In fact I'll perhaps make a video to demonstrate my issue. I'll make a video when I have time (I'm with someone special right now) :)

Shoot the video and post it, give us better information to go by.
