Hey yo GUYS ... i started pe in the END of march 2015 just because i hated my flaccid LENGTH, it was sometimes 2 inches or 3 ... but not really bigger

but things changed sofar and my flaccid seems like a stable 4 inches now which I appreciate since I can at least grab my dong now in the public at the sea and "show it off" which I kind of LOVE !!

so my routine basically was LAZY ASS STRETCHES nearly all the time whenever I sat down :D and Jelqing for 10 min at the beginning now i am at 70 min (I went for more and more as time passed by), but sometimes I still do only 20-30 min depending on my day .. whatever I now also implemented some more standard and advanced stretches like "__________ Stretch" or "squat rotaries by DLD" and also started grabbing more behind the head ... because I always grabbed right at the base i mean it helped but now i see i missed a lot of tunica gains because I ONLY grabbed base ...

However I started changing my JELQ from WET to DRY and also experimenting right now with the right Stroking TIME, today i had a crazy session of 70 minutes and I was able to maintain an 100% Erection lot of time and did VERY SHORT but INTENSE jelqs of 0.5-2 seconds max which really pumped the blood and I have to say and admit dry Jelqing is better for me ... the long strokes really are just BORING and the quick short jelqing UPWARD dry by gripping in the base and squeezing it all really seems to do a good job ...

JUST HOPING FOR THE GAINS TO COME NOW ... still am at 7,5 BPEL sometimes 7,7 BUT I DONT SEE MAJOR GAINS YET

Do you mean you only jelq half of the shaft playboi? What if you develop like a road cone. I can't go more than thirty minutes at 100% ,man you are fit!

nope i jelq it completely, and well it may be the NOFAP thing that lets me last so long with an erection

PS: wth the picture isnt removable anymore ... but its too damn big ... that way its too stupid lol

What are you doing after the routine?Are you using a cock ring?At least edging?You could have the best routine in the world, if at the end of the workout you put your penis back in a tight underwear you will miss 90 % of the gains..you need to keep that blood flow in your penis after the girth work..cock ring..edging...something to keep the tissue in that expanded position....you need to read http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/64036-srt-the-fastest-way-to-a-massive-penis-and-a-perfect-body.html

After girth work = cock ring

If you don't have any equipment edging is the way to go..having an erection for some time ( i usually go about 30 min - 1 h ) will keep the penis in that expanded position and help the penis heal that way.

AHHH well ok that maybe what i do "wrong" I mean i did do edging 1 week once it was nice the pic is from an edging session (CLICK STRG and MINUS to see it better)

so is it enough if I put on a sock because actually for me that works like a cock ring :D it really expands the penis

You know lots of people say that if they ejaculate after girth work they shrivel up. To me its the exact opposite I shrivel pathetically if I don't ejac after some hours.
So I'm just coming right after, I don't get a spontaneous boner for the rest of the day only after I wake up do I have excellent morning wood w/expansion.

Yes everyone is different..if i ejaculate after girth work i feel like i shirnk to 5 inch in girth..for me , ejaculation after girth work is a big no...

Since you have grown to enjoy dry work I suggest you try the SlowSquashJelq, it is a very good girth exercise. I also think my newest stretch The Duel Double Stretch will really help those length gains. Have you had a read through SRT? If not read the routine and the different ways of healing and gaining, it is excellent information to work into your current routine.

Still have to take a read through SRT though

Should jelqing be done with a 100% erection? I've been doing mine with a 50 to 60 percent of erection. Is it good this way? And also, do I need to wear a cock ring after each of my 20 mins jelqing sessions?
