Damn it I think my outer cone is too big. It's pressing against the bars which is causing ischemia to those 2 points. Either I get a smaller cone or concoct something to move the outer cone higher so that it doesn't contact the bars.

Is there any danger about wearing the VLC with SG with 1200 g for 8 hours straight?. That device looks pretty good, but I still fear a bit about my glands being pulled with a lot of pull force.

If you do not cause issues like retention, numbness, or sharp pain it is fine. But most men usually need a beak every hour to return good circulation. With a VLC it is so simple to take off, massage and put back on, 2 minutes tops.

For me, I cannot use the VLC because of phimosis :( I would like to wear my extender during sleep

Save up! Put away $10 a week and save up. It is worth it, so much stretching possible, 24 hours a day practically.

Wouldn't VLC be a better and much cheaper investment, if one could use it? Phallosan VS VLC your thoughts?

VLC is kind of like ACE wrap, it all hold you to a decent length for long periods of time. It is more of a healing tool than gaining. It is gainful when use with the SizeGenetics as tension is added. The Phallosan is in a territory of it's own, like the LengthMaster. I wish the price would come down but their success is so good I do not see this happening. They are the new and hot, eventually another will trump them.

I have no experience with the VLC but I do have the PF and it is one awesome piece of equipment. You can wear it for hours without the need to take it off and restore circulation. You can keep it on until you have to take a bathroom break.
