You will need to get extra bars. I would say to get at least 2 inches worth of bars. If you are circumcized, you will need at least two inches. Your skin will need a little time to get used to the pulling and pressing. Once your skin gets used to it and the shaft is the main source, you will totally love it.

I cracked the code for myself. I was using the VLC and I was able to wear it for an hour the very first time. Then after that, I had to always take it off every 20-30 minutes because of the burning I would start to feel in my skin. So here is what happened and what I did.
I went back in the thread on this thread. Even though I read this thread already from start to finish, I decided to really read it. I saw that so many people used baby powder. Now when I read that the first time, most guys used the baby powder on the outer skin cone. So I tried that and it worked better. That is why I was able to use it for one hour the first hour. I also read that some guys massaged the area where the skin cone comes into contact with their skin. So here is what I did
I put baby powder on the inner part of the outer "my skin" cone. I also put baby powder on the outer part of the actual tugger that goes against the glans. And every time I take it off to stretch or for what ever reason, I massage the area where the skin cone made contact with my skin. Honestly, I think my skin could not handle the silicone against it. So the baby powder provides a thin barrier between the skin and the cone. Now I can see how I will wear the VLC tugger for hours.
Now I still plan on removing it every hour to stretch, do a little massage and strap back on. However, I can see going 6-8 hours easily or more in this thing. Now besides the tug I feel, which is what I want, I almost do not even know I am wearing this thing. It is super comfortable. Growth ... here I come!!!

ok one last question and this will determine my purchasing the VLC or the comfort strap accessory pack, or maybe both lol.
The question is, how does everyone do with wearing this device throughout the day incognito when in pants, shorts, scrubs, basketball shorts? I have had looks in the past when I would wear pants or shorts like I had a gun under there, and not the "gun" that I am aiming for either haha.
I am planning on picking up my usual 8-12 hours a day with stretch and circ breaks.
Also do I need to have as frequent breaks when in the VLC compared to strapping in with a noose, comfort strap or velcro?

Here is what I can tell you from my experience. When wearing the VLC Tugger, I attach it to my extender and no one can tell that I am wearing it. It also comes with a strap that you can have run down your leg so no one would know you are wearing it. As long as you are not wearing tight pants, no one will know you are wearing it whether you use it with the extender or with the strap.
Yesterday, I wore mine for 2hours 15minutes before I removed it. Of course the harder you stretch with it, the less time you will wear it before you have to take it off. Yesterday I wore it for a total of 6 hours and the day before I wore it for 8. It is comfortable. I would say it is more comfortable than the noose for sure. I would try both the velcro strap and the VLC to see which works better for you. I also have the velcro modification and can say that I wear both of them. Although the last week, I have not touched the velcro mod. It has been all VLC. You will know what is more comfortable for you. I also use baby powder when wearing the VLC so that my skin does not stick to the VLC Tugger and feel as though I am removing a industrial strength bandaid when I am removing the tugger because the cone will tend to stick to your skin. That happens from sweating which is bound to happen. Hope this helps

got vlc tugger today tryed it out it fits like a glove love it going to try and sleep with it on tonight i found it was better to just strap it on to the bottom of my bed works great perfect pull tryed it with the extender did not like it 2 many bars to put on and it would be way to hard to hide under your bottoms just wondering when i tryed to put it round my chest it seems hard to get a good pull do you think the strap might be to long for me and is there any way i can fix this as it wound be handy if say i had to go out in the car or that it would mean am not loseing any extending time if i could fix this i will be laughing thanks peter
