Hey Sumner. Thanks bro for the response. Man with your excellent gains and success, Im suprised that you don't post much or get involved with the hanging discussions much. Yeah I'm also guessing that your massive midgirth gains are from the result of your hanger producing a massive clamped, jelq effect on your penis with that kind of weight. Im also guessing the length gains you've made so far is all lig gains since you have the hanger attachment so close to the base which pretty much takes away tunica involvement.

Well what kind of hanger are you using? What I'm curious about is with the hanger attached so close to the base while standing up and hanging straight down how do you avoid the skin at the base from not taking up the stress from the weight.

I ask this because that happens to me when I hang downwards with the hanger attached close to the base. When hanging straight down I have to have the hanger attached 2 inches behind the glans for the ligs to get hit without skin stretch taking over. It's only when I tunica hang with the hanger attached toward the base that I don't have to worry about skin stretch taking over.

Hey Sumner. What do you do to avoid skin stretch from taking the load when you hang straight down with the hanger attached at the base? Could you perhaps post some pics of one of your morning hanging workouts. Definitely would like to see your whole set up with your hanger and hanging 60 to 80 pounds.

hey dude-i definitely got some skin stretch.but that's a good thing. the bibhanger guy wrote all about it on his forum.it gives you more overall bulk and room to get longer.i don't have excessive loose skin at all though.what some people call turkey neck.i don't post much because i prefer to just quietly do my thing.i only chimed in on the extreme thing because so many people attacked him and called him a liar.which is the same as calling me a liar, and dash and others who hang heavy.just got annoyed, i guess.not like he needed me to defend him.i wasn't looking to convert people to heavy hanging at all.just throwing out a little support.that's why i don't post much and have not put up any pictures.i'm not looking for approval or attention.just stating what worked for me.plus-no offense to anyone who puts up pictures, but iv'e been hitting the pe hard all this time to build a new and improved johnson to share with any girls i'm lucky enough to hook up with.not guys.not really looking to be a pe role model or be naked on the internet.again-no offense to guys who do post pictures.just not my thing.like i said i only posted my routine in support of extreme.apparently he bailed on this forum because of all the negative people who called him a fraud without even trying heavy hanging.dash was cool to him though .all he said was that the guy had a massive unit.nothing negative .and dash's thread was what got me into hardcore hanging. he is much more of an expert than me,and has gained more.he's the guy you should be talking to.good luck with your pe. later

Hey Sumner. Ok thanks for the response. Hopefully I'm not annoying you but I have one more question and I'll leave you alone for good if you want. My last question is what kind of hanger are you using to hang 80 pounds. I remember you stating earlier that you have to tighten down the hose clamp on your hanger, so I'm assuming it's homemade. If you can share the mechanism behind your hanger with me I'd appreciate it and I'll stop bothering you after this. Thanks in advance man.

hey kingsnake-you're not annoying me at all.pretty consistently polite actually.my hanger is made from a strap used to secure cargo.like a washer in the back of a delivery truck.it has a breaking strength of something over a thousand pounds.it's pretty low tech.one long piece about 5 feet long and a shorter piece [ten inches] stitched into the top with monofilament.picture the letter T.i wrap up like you would if using a bibhanger and wrap the two straps of the top of the T around the shaft and secure it with a piece of scotch tape .then i slip the hose clamp over the bottom of the strap and work it up and over the shaft and tighten it down over the top two straps [top of the T]which are taped into place about 1 inch past mid-shaft towards the base.the bottom of the strap is fished through the center holes in the barbell plates and tied with two double overhand knots.very basic and simple.the only moving part is the hose clamp.the strap can be picked up at the home depot.it's yellow and about 2 inches wide .thin but very strong.it comes with attached hardware for securing cargo.i used heavy duty shears to cut all that off.not sure what king of hanger you use,but i know dld has used up to 70 # with a bib and the LengthMaster.and bib has used 60# while testing his hanger.two good options right there.also look up dustpan's muzzlehanger.he hit 96# at one time.not sure what he's using now. later

Hey sumner. Cool beans bro. Thanks for the response man. Your hanger sounds good and your hanging approach definitely appeals to me. I've been lig hanging with 15 pounds with my python hanger but what I've done now is add another riser clamp to my python hanger which has increased it's durability and heavy dutyness for a comfortable imbrace of the shaft.

I'm now hanging with 20 pounds straight down while standing up for 2 twenty minute sets a day. With my snake hanger I'm tunica fulcrum hanging with 20 pounds as well for two sets a day. Going to slowly work my way up to some extreme weights over time. So for me Im doing 4 sets a day. Two in the morning and two in the evening of each. Gonna hit nbpel 10 inches if it kills me. LOL.

Im pretty confident that with two riser clamps attached the python hanger can handle loads up to 50 to 60 pounds and if a third riser clamp is added, 100 pounds and up can be reached while still spreading equal force to the enitire shaft.

Hey sumner. Keep me posted bro with your progress and thanks again for sharing your knowledge and hanging experiance with me.

Dashdeming, are you still hanging this way? I'm wondering what your current size is.

I have a question for any of you who hang heavy weight. If you hang in the range of 50 - 55 pounds, are you relegated to hanging in this weight range to experience any benefits? Or put another way, once you arrive at this range, is it a waste of time to hang in the lower ranges (e.g., 20 - 25 pounds)?

I always used the Pyramid Sets theory when hanging and this method is built on progressively heavier or lighter weights. This was applicable for me into the 60 pound range so I assume it would work throughout. Dashdeming could also greatly assist you here so you should message him.

What hanger did you use ? I'm looking at the BIB starter but I'm not 6 inches, and it says I MUST BE.

What to do ?

Okay, and I start with 5 pounds or what ?
And how long do I stay on a weight before I move on ?

Cheers!

It is really all in the thread. No trying to be an ass but there is a wealth of information that you are obviously overlooking and could not possibly be recreated in just a few lines. Do yourself a big favor and read every word of this thread.

I may have to throw some hanging into the mix! I bought an auto grip penis hanger hoping it would be small and inconspicuous enough to wear under my jeans at work. There's no way I could wear my extender or leave the line enough to take it off. I hope the auto grip works for all day. The extender has still produced great results the time I can use it and so has the Bathmate.

my thing is this....after i hang with 20-25 pounds i like the feeling of the stretchy pain when im hanging but when i take off my homemade hanger....i feel a slight burn nothing major but nothing compared to the intense feeling of when im stretching...
