I'm new to hanging (only on day 4 at 10lbs). When is a good time to start moving up wieght since I am a noob at it? I've been doing 10-15 minutes 4 times a day

You should be reading more about hanging before doing it. You shouldn't be at 10 lbs on day 4.

There are many threads here which discuss hanging, how to do it and when to move up in weight.
 
I have read some but they are all pretty old. I know i probably shouldn't start at 10 but I tried 5 and it felt like it was doing nothing. My penis is used to abuse from the LengthMaster so I am pretty well conditioned. I just wanted first hand experience on how long I should stay at 10 since it feels like I could do more

We all always feel like we can do more. But you're not allowing the softer tissues to catch up. Starting at 5 allows the tissues to start adjusting to the weights that will come. If you jump in at 10 and go up quickly you will end up with bruising or worse.

The idea is that the first couple of months are for preparing the softer tissues for the weight that will actually do the lengthening. When you get to 15, 20 and 25 you will see results. But if you jump to those weights in a hurry you will injure yourself and have to stop for months to heal.

So you start between 2 and 5 and get in as many sets as are practical for your lifestyle. Each week you go up by 1 pound. In 8 weeks you'll be at between 8 and 13 pounds which is enough to begin the lengthening process. In 12 weeks you'll be at 12 to 17 pounds. At 16 weeks: 16 to 21 pounds. At 20 weeks: 21 to 25 pounds. At 24 weeks: 25 to 29 pounds. You'll be close to an inch by this point with some added girth.

Again: if you don't build up slowly the softer tissues will fail at the higher weight. Don't be anxious to get to the higher weights. Plenty of lengthening can occur below 15 pounds. Also, sometimes you'll find a weight that seems like it's doing some good and there's really no reason to go up. Usually after the 15 pound point you should only go up if you go for a week and find you feel no fatigue. It's not a weight lifting contest. Try to get the most out of the lower weights.

So instead of wearing an SG extender 4-8 hours a day I can just hang something at my penis for 20 minutes a day, and get the same results ?

I'm trying this instead of the Bathmate for a month, it's interesting, my flacid seems to stay long all day at the moment :)

Only hanging 1 1/4 Kg, whilst sitting in a chair.

This is just a theory though and probrabley not true. Extreme and Sumner's approach intrigue me even though Extreme was caught photoshopping on one of his pics.

This would result in a uli or jelk effect on the penis in front of the hanger. Hence girth and length increase. I do not believe these guys could hang that much weight with a more forward hanger placement. That is where my money is bro....

hey guys-not sure what happened to extreme,but i'm still out here and still at it.i changed my routine a little.six days a week i do 25# for a ten minute warmup.then i jump to 60# for one ten minute set.then on saturday only i do 80# by one five minute set.and dash is right about setting the hanger way back.you have to with that much weight.i used to go heavy every day,but it got to be too much.i started dreading my hanging sessions.now it's medium heavy for six days and just one extremely heavy set for one day.and it's still working.just under 8x6.5 now and gaining slowly.when i get to 8.5 i will just hang one set per day to maintain.i have no explanation for the girth gains.but i'm psyched that it happened.there is somewhat of a uli effect from the hanger.or it could just be from the extreme overload
 
Hey Dash. Thanks bro for the explanation. Yeah I figured that one would have to inch the hanger back toward the base as the weights got heavier but Extreme said that he was using a modified hanger with a vac head attachment which means that his glans were bearing the load. He also said that his hanger had straps that here strapped to his shaft for extra support. Can't see how Extreme's glans didn't rip right off with 100 pounds of weight hanging from it with a vac head attachment.

Hey Sumner. Wow. Thanks man for chiming in. Sorry for talking about you and Extreme so much but it's just that your method of Penis Enlargement really interest me and this is why. With me I've made my gains by doing Penis Enlargement pretty much all day everyday. I hang, clamp, pump, jelq, manual stretch and wear an ADCs and I have gained a shit ton from this. However seeing how you are gaining both massive length and total shaft girth from such a simple routine of 1 to 2 ten minute hanging sets a day seems like a smarter and more time saving way to go about it.

Even though what I'm currently doing is working for me I was thinking about dropping all the clamping, pumping, jelqing, stretching and ADCs work and just hang, working up to two heavy ass sets a day and see if I make gains that way as well. I know they say if it ain't broke don't fix it but your method would save me so much time since I put alot into my Penis Enlargement sessions daily, doing so many different forms of Penis Enlargement in one day.

Hey Sumner. With your hanging I'm assuming that you have the hanger attached pretty much near the base of your dick with that kind of weight. Almost same way that I attach my hanger close to the base while tunica hanging to hit the connective tissues and anchor points that run through the underside base and scrotum area of the penis.

Are you still only hanging in the straight downward angle position while standing up? Do you do any other angles or concern your self with the LOT theory? Also, so you are now only doing 1 work set a day, hanging 60 pounds for 10 minutes and on Saturday you only have 1 work set with 80 pounds for only 5 minutes. CORRECT?

Do you do this routine in the morning, night time or it doesn't matter? Also how are your erections with hanging with such high weights because hanging 80 pounds is just mind boggling to me. I find it funny how you call 60 pounds medium heavy. To me 60 pounds is straight heavy Penis EnlargementRIOD. LOL. Do you do any other forms of Penis Enlargement at all like maybe light jelqs or light pumping or anything?

It would be awesome if you were to create a progress thread and share your knowledge with your approach and your experiances with hanging such heavy weights. I remember you saying that your pre Penis Enlargement girth was 5 inches. At what point in time during your hanging journey did your girth start to soar to a massive 6.5 inch total shaft girth? What weights did you reach when you noticed your total shaft girth sprouting?

hey kingsnake-i'm still hanging straight down.just the one set a day.the weight is only about 1 inch off the floor when i hang,in case of a problem.like a cough,sneeze or a sudden sharp pain.none of which has happened yet.just being careful.i set the hanger way back towards the base and despite squeezing as much blood out as possible before tightening the hose clamp,i still get somewhat of a clamping effect from the heavy weight pulling the whole setup towards the floor.no problems with eq.i remember dash writing that he would come out of the hanger and get hard and i find that often happens to me.way back when i was doing 6 sets with light weights it did affect eq a little.but the one heavy set seems to just stimulate.i hang every morning at 5 am.my current girlfriend who pretty much lives with me thinks i'm insane,but she likes the results.i had to show her what i do because she stays over so much.and i wasn't about to stop hanging.no point doing a progress thread because i only hang and only measure every 4to 6 months.it's taken me about 4 years to make my gains,so a thread would be pretty boring.plus i don't even remotely recommend doing this. it's extremely risky.well,gotta go work out. later
