My best gain is 1" eg, from 6" to 7" in base e girth. During the time that gain happened I did bundled hanging at 20 lb less than heaviest hanging. I also did bundled wrap dick around stuff and leverage. I don't think that's fat pad sucked down because it's not fat. Fat squashes down to nothing and my base measurement is on solid wood. I have yet to try pulling hanger way back from glans. I got a bullseye bruise from glans rollover. I'll try moving hanger way back. I'm taking off to heal the bullseye and a big black patch, using Neprinol enzymes recommended for peyronies. Great also for weightlifting recovery instead of steroids. Midshaft maybe 1/8" eg gain.

I think weight lifting has an amazing effect on Penis Enlargement and the blood flow. I guess if you are going to change the dick you may as well change everything.
 
Penis Enlargement and weightlifting are about testosterone, growth hormone, blood flow. They both need those and they both can make those happen. Of course the same supplements are appropriate too, or some of them. If they don't smoke it at the gym, don't smoke it with hoes, or, uh, Hydromaxm.

My personal experience is that it's effective but not without issues. The most notable is darkening and sudden injury. Many times you can't tell the difference between a little discomfort and an injury until the hanger comes off.

It does work, though. I used to hang heavy one set and then strap on an SS heavy for a while after that. Some of my best gains came from that combo but I just didn't like the darkening the Bib was causing. I've always wanted to restart it, but I can't get past that.
 
I used BiB starter to 40 lb using only rubbery thera, gray, no bruising at all. Only my extreme weight hanging gave me large bruises. As far as fatigue in one or two sets, yes, possible. If you go beyond what you're used to you may get fatigue at one set. If I get a pop instead, I stop, but pops usually don't damage as far as I can tell then or later.
 
I still cant find a good hanger that i can live with, the BIB never worked for me! dash any chance youd take a pic of your hanger?
 
Either LengthMaster or snakehanger are the best for now. I have a bunch of junk I'm trying. I even tried q-gonger knot and I just bought a knot book at used book store. I hung 70 pounds on a girth hitch and a clove hitch and two of each, one to the side working best and that's q-gong way. They tie above ball sack though and I don't. I flipped my glans inside out a few times trying different things. I tried bungee cords but they don't come untied. How about a hangman's noose not the noose but the coil part with a quick release bight. Try silk cloth like qgong. Anyway for now just look at LengthMaster and snakehanger and BiB, and look at wraps for BiB. Also rigging angles for BiB, which screws are tighter. Actually I took a dremel grinder to both of my BiB but I can't be fitting BiBs to dicks. "Just send a paper tracing of your dick".
 
This is the best Penis Enlargement topic ever. Hanging weights are the secret to gains. After many years of procrastination and failed routines, I finally started a serious routine (I have ADHD/TAG and I finally found a good medication). Im on my third week of hanging. Currently doing 3 sets of 15min BTC (13 pounds.) This semester I only have that little time to Penis Enlargement, but is enough, better than nothing. My starting lenght is 7" NBP and 5" middle girth. My first measure will be in the next 9 months, I hope to gain at least 0.75". I will only measure if I do a minimum of 5hours week of hanging in that period.

After only 3 weeks my penis hang much more low, bigger flaccid and strong like iron erections. My head is more swollen. Hanging rocks.

Sorry if I dont answer questions, I'm using the Internet only on sundays.
 
The Best bet is the LengthMaster, it is a good hanger but it does so much more than hanging...smartest choice in my opinion.
 
i tried length master once, was never able to get my dick to stay put no matter what wrapping, but then again tahts my issue with almsot everything lol ,mabie i just dont give it enough time.

I think it was mentioned as upper border of a goal region in the last page.

And I thing in some report about chinese doing "swining" (hanging and a swinging motion) their "(grand-)master" did 150kg which is far far more than 100lbs.

If I use a girth hitch off to one side like qi gongers, but put it above glans like we do, not above ball sack like they do, I max at 70 pounds. Chi protects their stomachs from broken glass and protects penises from stretching. Of course we could get ahead of our spirituality there, I suppose, and "damage" some tissue. That's the zone! Micro-Damage for the Great Unwashed, not to mention uncircumcised.

One of us v-stretches with weight, so mechanical advantage is weight/2 with 2 being a minimum likely to be more than 2. So half of 50 pounds isn't half bad there.

Some of us are squatting up while standing on our dicks, or on something tied to the shorter p's.

Some are hanging from the ceiling or bars or pipes. Get a foot off the ground, try for two.

I found stuff at Home Depot to try and make a new stop before the glans. I have a bullseye bruise around phole from glans rollover at higher weights. Maybe there is another way.

You probably know this, but watch out: that can end up being a darkened area for years to come.

From Dick-Slinger: Use a cream called lightenex, it makes dark skin lighter, its amazing.
 
That should be said. Pain means something is wrong. The bullseye is going away but on the shaft there is a charcoal black area, which started with letting skin fold and pinch if not painful. It's really hard not to wrap and fold skin by the time clamping is completed. Elastic wraps are a help.
