I can hang any amount its very versatile. I am currentlyhanging 7.5 pounds but I have just for instance tried hanging about 15 pounds and it takes it like a champ. Money is not an issue its more of the privacy issue. My wife is not into me doing this or any Penis Enlargement but I want to (you know the feeling).

Will be eager to know how things go for you :) and I will definitely explore more on the site about snake hangers etc...

I'm interested to know what kind of wrap or band you are using. That's great that it can take the weight.

Having my wife know about it has made hanging so great - I never have to worry about her busting in and me explaining why weights are hanging off my dick or how it magically grew.

I will say this: I notice my flaccid hang is better from standing than from seated BTC. My EQ is also WAY better.

I'm currently following the hardcore hanging method. Been at it for 4 months and have seen an inch in BPenis EnlargementL. Up to 17 lbs and only hung 20 minutes a day, but I'm thinking about throwing in a couple of more sets a day to maximize my gains.

I liked the part in this thread where a physical therapist discussed multiple sessions in a day, broken up. I follow that routine, hoping it keeps my tissues broken down and unable to retract and heal. Hoping to measure a gain soon.

I'm actually going to start doing that too. One session in the morning or afternoon, and one at night. I am sitting on a high chair resting my feet up on a table while playing some video games.

If I still worked from home, I could do my morning set. As it is, I do a mid afternoon and a late night, but if love to do 3 sets a day. So far two a day has been working good at keeping everything in a weakened state.

I find BTC hard to move up in weights, so I'm standing now. I like the pull this way.
 
You will be surprised that Its just an old sock but it works wonders never had any pain etc but once I hang the pull and stretch is great... I then sometimes work on some office stuff etc while I wait not always... My hanging has always been standing. its great to vary angles I semi squat it gives a pull from in side (Stretching) feels amazing.. just been less than a week now will keep you posted on how it goes...

When you say 3 sets a day - does it mean 3 sets of hanging -20 mins each ? I would love that too :) I did 2 sets yesterday and my dick is sore from it but could hang this morning with ease - will more sessions inch results faster or better?

I wonder if at some point to hit the higher weights you'll have to get a hanger. Glad you're making due with what you have. I've read where others have said that seated BTC is a more extreme angle and really targets the inner penis, but I never really experienced that. Most of my gains came from simple lower angle hanging. I would sit back in my office chair and my feet were planted on the floor and I would swing my weights back and forth. Every now and then I would stand and jump for added effect.

Well, what I initially did was 6-9 20 minute sets a day, all in a row. Now I do 1-20 minute set around 6 PM and then another 1-20 minute set at 11 PM. I tend to believe that several sets at different times will bring good results. The OP, Dash Deming started at only 1-20 set a day and met with great success.
 
I just wish I had that kind of time - will definitely be able to put in 2 - 3 20 min sets a day but thats the max I can get to now.
 
2 sets of 20 mins is really ideal to me. I want to eventually work myself up to a total of 3 sets everyday and also keep progressing in weight.

Great to hear from you Dash! Are you still doing the HC hanging? If so, how much weight are you up to? What do you feel gave the greatest gains - sitting or standing?

There's definitely something to this, as others have also reported their EQ is through the roof now, as compared to losing EQ from the traditional long periods of hanging.
