After several months of no gains, I am up to 22.5 pounds and have finally squeezed out a gain. I am now 2 little ticks away from 7.5 and I feel like I am back on my way to 8! I try my best to do 7 days a week, 2 broken up sets of 20 minutes a day. Thanks for this approach, Dash!

True. This is one of the best threads on here. Although bodybuilding and PE are different, I believe some of the old Mike Mentzer HIT principles are true in PE also. The greater the intensity the less you can and should do.

There are many correlation's with PE and Body Building....I created super sets based on my experience in body building that have helped many men in PE make their goals happen. A sort of circuit training. I also believe healing is similar and just as important. The SRT is based on many of these Body Building practices.
 
Yes sirs, My body building experience plays into many things PE in my routines. My Hard Core Hanging technique grew from just that and I am sticking to it until I hit at least 10 1/2" BPEL and cemented in place. I go at it 4 days per week these days! - Dash

What are you doing? Is it 2X 20 minute sets a day everyday? Hanging btc or straight down

Well I can only say it works better for me and I hope it does for you too. I think my hardcore method has it's merits for sure. My penis continues to get bigger. Just to clarify you hung mainly straight out?
 
In the early days I went straight down and BTC a good bit to get the lig gain and got faster gains because of that. Eventually I reached the extent of my lig gains and switched more to SO and some OTC to get more focus on the actual penis proper. Dig?
