I have tried many different modifications to make the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] work. Various wrappings, straps, noose. I could wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] not long enough to make big gains, because there were always problems with choking the glans, slippage, discomfort, break and so on.
I emailed Ron about my size and he told me which RC-cone to order. I live in Europe and ordering to receiving it took 5 days, quite fast.
When I received the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] and cone I was kinda sceptic, “like how is this shit going to work”.
I was inspired by Supra’s pics and posts. Major props to him! [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words]-tugger is the shit!

Putting it on
It’s really easy to use. Just press your glans against the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] and roll/pull your fore skin all the way up. (I’m uncut btw, so I could easily position it to the top. I don’t know exactly how high up the foreskin should go, but this is how I use it.)
After that place the cone over the foreskin and you’re ready to go. There should be a good suction while stretched and proper positioned. Next, I put on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and adjust the device.

Wearing it
I wore the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for the first time on low tension for 1h.
Next session I increased tension and I wore it for 1,5h.
Third session was done at low-med tension for 3h.

Discussion
[words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] mod works very good.
3h session went well. No slippage, no glans choking.
Noticed a little fluid build up.
So far, no bilsters(knock on wood).
You will need to use more bars on you [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], because the position of the penis is ‘lower’.
IMHO, this mod is the best [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]-mod!

When u buy the machine screw and nut, buy the corresponding drill bit that is just slightly bigger than the screw so you get a fairly snug fitting hole and when u are drilling the hole don't fuck it up ;)

If you can't borrow a drill from a friend you can rent one from home depot for 4 hours altho it will only take u a minute to drill the hole into the white end piece of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words].

1/4" is fine, you can widen by pushing drill sideways.

I used a 8/32" screw that is 3/4" long.The drill bit that i got to drill the hole was 9/32".
You don't have to get the same size diameter if you can't find that one just something close.Ask for help wherever you are buying if you need it.

1/4" diameter works with slightly larger drill bit.Make sure the screw is 3/4" long at least or a little longer is ok too .
I first got 1/2" which was too short and the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] kept slipping off the screw head cause it was too short.
3/4" works perfect!
 
Just heard back from Autoextender company and they told me their rods are 8mm.
I just measured the rids for my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] and they are 8mm.

I am going to order spare rods from them cause they are alot cheaper and shipped from US instead of Denmark.

The drill itself has 1/2" chuck.

The drill BIT was 9/32" in diameter which fits into the drill chuck!

Check out my pics that I posted a few posts back and you will see where I drilled the hole.
