Had two days rest from the last session but on the early hours of the
9th May I did 25 minutes of the usual scrotum stretching with my own variation plus afterwards 15 minutes of that blue_whale mother of all lig stretch, which I will now refer to as
The Hook-Stretch as its current name makes no sense.
As usual a good workout and I feel more confident with whats going on than I have alongtime. I know that I can finally do this and get the goal I want.
My scrotum and testes are looking longer and hanging better than before, plus the turkey neck is getting worked and I dont worry about it as much like I did, although it will take time for that to fully grow out.
The hook stretch as always is insanely intense when done with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words].
I did all the work to the right side with the odd stretch to the left. I felt some very powerful sensations as I stretched and could feel a burn like I've not felt before.
When I do the hook stretch I get right up against the pubic bone, so to grab as much of the ligament closest to it ... blue_whale advised me of this and granted it works very well indeed.
I'm working on something to use instead of my hands to grip the glans, because that is the
weak link and if you remove that than this could be made more intense, with longer holds which means more time under tension and more stress placed to the area, and I dont have to spell out what this is in the longrun!
Something else I have been doing after my testicle work is to jelq very lightly my scrotum area from the top going down and I find this helps to get the circulation going again and the area nice and warm afterwards. I'll type up a brief thread on it in time.
