I have no experience in vacum [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words] heads, I´ve heard some think they are good, some get a lot of fuid buildup from them.
 
Hi fedora nice seeing you getting back on this thread, my experience thus far has been amazing with this thing, i began 2 days after getting it, and was having 2 problems it wasn't keeping any air pressure and i was getting a little bit of fluid build up, i did a simple modification and this thing is perfect.

There is not pressure in the corona or head area, and since it is so comfortable 3 hours is way too little, my average is only 3 hr when too busy and up to 7 hr if time allows, again never had stop because of pain or discomfort, only because of lack of time.

In the past when using the weight hanger i always stop because of pain and this meant reducing time or quiting pe all together, now i'm thinking about supplementing weight hanging on some days to have an awesome 1-2 punch.

I woke up about two weeks ago and I just could not be bothered putting it on and the next day was the same and that is when I decided to have a break from the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] I still did my girth routine but I needed the break from the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and it has done me some good.
I am back wearing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] today and I have decided that I am going to wear it for 7 hours a day and I hope that this will still be enough to make gains hitting that extra 2 hours was just a little to hard for me around weight training at night and doing the girth routine I just had no time to chill out so I am hopping that taking that 2 hours of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] use I will be able to sit down at night with the missus and just relax.

I am actually up to the 1500g mark and the stretch is great I actually have been using a rubber band to hold the head in there as well as the noose on top of my padding and it is great it takes the stress from being just under the noose to spreading it evenly I feel that I am able to wear it for much longer periods.

Hey fed thanks for the reply to my post about the turkey neck and I can see the benefits of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] preventing turkey neck but when you do manual stretching are you better of holding the head or the behind the head or holding the skin behind the head as I am circumcised.

When I do manually theese days I either do DLD Blaster with holding on the head, or Lazy ass stretches, which i guess could act negative for turkey neck, but it gives better comfort for me.
What really also prevent turkey neck, is to tie a piece fabric around your balls before you start jelquing, it has worked really good for me to avoid turkey neck. It holds the balls in place at a low hanging state.
 
Sorry my recent inactivity in this thread, I´ve been travelling a lot in work recently, but now i´m back at the forum again.

here´s a new pic of me in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. The last month I stretched and stretched but not so much happened so finally I had to realized that I have hit a plateu, so then i went back to the drawing board and returned refocused.
Now I am stretching as much manual stretching I can (including hot wrap warmups) as I can prior to my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] sessions, which are at very high [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] (1500g). I gonna give it all i got now, I ain´t slowing down until I reach the magic 9" nbpel!

Girth work have been some progress though, about 4-5 days a week 1 hour sessions, reaching great engorgement in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]:s, aint measuring until the end of may though.
 
Fedora, Instead of trying to break your neck trying to force the penis to grow why not take a month off and see if your gains don't all of a sudden "show-up"? I've had times when I've gone crazy with increasing the intensity of a session for little or no progress, but when I've stopped and taken time off the gains appear. I think the reason for this is there is a threshold for length gains in a given cycle. At some point the structures can not stretch any further than their current length, and once that point has been reached the only thing to do is to rest and recuperate. This will also allow the tissues to soften and become more pliable to the stress of the stretching. You've made amazing progress to this point, and I hope this information helps.

That is really interesting info&theory. I guess that´s the best choice. Do you think I can take a break from length, and still o for girth only? Or do you think I need to take a break from all Penis Enlargement for a couple of weeks?

It's not a bad idea, Fedora. If you decide to opt for M M's advice, keep us posted. I know I have done little as of late and as far as I can tell I have not regressed one tiny bit.
 
I would stop all Penis Enlargement. Let your penis rest. Take at least 4 weeks, and then once you're ready to start back and see if you don't measure a bit more than when you began to decondition.

I would say that most of the concern over "regression" over a deconditioning break is misplaced. The penis ebbs and flows, it has good days and bad days. When deconditioning the body has to heal, so it will bring everything together in an attempt to protect the "injured" area and this will also minimize the energy required for the healing process to take place. Once this phase passes the body will then begin to "release" the newly repaired tissue once it is strong enough. This explains why so many men feel that they lose girth when on a deconditioning break as the fluid level in the penis recedes and the penis will go through a "deflation" or turtling for a time. The size decrease is mainly from a decrease in fluid under the skin, and there is very little to no loss of actual girth gains.

Another interesting finding for me personally is that I don't seem to benefit very much from high internal pressure exercises for girth, but low level to moderate erections for jelqing and lighter squeezes give me great expansion and improve circulation and vascularity.

It´s feels like a tough decision, although I´m tempted to do it. I feel a bit scared to loose the great bpfls length I have put so much time in to achieve. But in the end, what matters is the erect size of course.
I have gained much more in the bpfls dep. than in the EL department. That I have not taken any rest i probably the result of that. It sounds like it´s probably that way, that if I lay off for a couple of weeks, the jump in EL will appear, and that would of course be inredible fantastic.
What have been going great lately is the girth progress. I have for the last month intensified my girth and doing girth routine 5 days/week. I then once a week have after a girth set clamped of using a strap of t-shirt material, reach engorgement after like 5 min and measured girth.
3 weeks ago, I was at 14,6 cm clamped
2weeks ago : 14,7
1 week ago: 14,9 cm
yesterday : 15,1 cm (6"!)

I have not measured my erect girth since that, but i hope for some results. Gonna measure in the end of this month.

So I gonna keep focusing on girth for a couple of more weeks, and still do [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], but cut down a bit on it to about 4-6 hours/day (focus on girth)and then I think I´m gonna take the entire July off, for deconditioning. I also have vacation that month, so it´s nice to finally really have a vacation!
