I am pacing myself and am having trouble hanging more than 17.5lb. This video should be an inspiration to us all and I can't wait to break the 260lb mark.

Yup, I saw that video before,,,,,quite amazing how much weight the penis can handle and guys worry about stretching being too much:)

In other vids they show their attachment method. It looks like a silk strap tied with a girth hitch above the ball sack.

In one place it says they hang 100 pounds to begin with and deliberately rip their inner penis loose and suffer incredibly for a few days. That's supposed to be a religious experience and it probably is.

I don't know about you but I'm trying to stretch the outer p so I attach at the glans. I can only hang 70 lb with a simple girth hitch there. Above 70 lb I am using 1-2 minute "sets", six or more minutes a day, but not seeing gains despite feeling good fatigue all the way up to my diaphragm. Interestingly not getting any hernias. Sure is stimulating though :)

I started with 8 lb and went up in half pound increments every five working days, to 42 pounds. Also manual stretch every method and angle before hanging and keep up manual pe. Don't make big jumps that could injure, but keep working until fatigue each day.

After that I was ready to feel it out into anything. I guess I mean I had learned what increments of change I can handle without injury. I don't think I'll do that asian hanging above the ball sack. Lately squashes seem like the best thing, keeping up with hanging at maintenance level.

I hope Dash answers you. He told me he was taking some time off. I hope he return soon.

i just finished reading all theses pages over the last few day. i would read a coupe pages during each set of hanging and one thing i think that should beaddressed is the build of of hard core hanging. I believe that somebody who starts at say 5 or 7.5 pounds will not reach the heavier weights if they were to only do a couple sets. I have moved from 5 pounds to 10 pounds in something like 6 weeks. I remember being scared to hang 10 pounds and it being unbearable. now i feel as though i can use an extra pound or two. that being said somebody hanging low weights should have a maximum number of sets to strengthen their penis. as you increase in weight lower the sets. Im on my third set at 10 pounds and feel like i can hit 6 sets easily. though in the coming months when i get up to the 15-20 pound range i would ony be able to do around 4 sets of 20 mins per session. doing 4 in the AM and 4 in the PM would be possible. Just what i can see above me looking form below.

good luck

Okay do you think it's safe to use 2lbs for 2hours straight

I don't know which hanger you're using. If it's an traditional hanger it will interfere with your blood circulation.
Secondly, hanging is not meant to be like ADS. Hanging is done with relatively higher weights and in sets.

How long have you been hanging buddy? That's a hell of a weight you're hanging.

hey Dash, do you have a progress thread, or some starting stats/pictures compared to current stats/pictures you could share with us on here? Interested in seeing what the gains look like. Just got into hanging, myself.

Good stuff. I will now be hanging 2-3 sets/day rather than 6 sets/day, with focus on attaching as far down as possible and steadily moving up in weight. Great thread, thanks. Hopefully I have as much luck as you have, since I have no had any luck since I switched to straight down standing from BTC.

Dash, do you hang Straight Down seated or standing? Thanks.

hey Shlort, just wanted to point out, Dash says he hangs either straight out or straight down in the middle of the first post here. I'm hanging straight down at this point and I'm loving it. I started on 5/1/13 and I've worked up to 12.5 lbs so far. going for 15 this next week. cheers and good luck!

But are you guys hanging straight down seated or straight down standing? It changes the angle if you're seated compared to standing
