My ultimate dream would be to hang 40 pounds for 60 minutes straight and then break and do it again!LMAO
 
This makes sense to hang heavier and gain more. Let's say you are at 15lbs hanging. You add one lb. Are you really goanna gain anything from that one lb over the 15? I wouldn't think so. I think you would have to jump it up to 5 extra lbs to actually get any new gain. No pain no gain. Has anyone got quick gains from a 1lb increasement? ---I think you could get better gains from atleast 3 lbs increasment to 5lbs quicker than just 1 lb. Any thoughts on this no pain no gain rule?I think when you use just 1lb increasments it's like body building. It will take longer times to achieve because your muscles are not being worked and are building to hold your stretch back.Does this make sense.
 
The expression "no pain no gain" was a myth in sports training about thirty years ago. It would be universally scorned now.

What hangers look for is mild discomfort and an actual feeling that structure is stretching. Then you get to the point that the weight is not doing anything, after some time, days probably. Then you go up on weight. The question is how much. If I add half a pound, and start feeling that mild discomfort and structure giving way again, why would I skip ahead five pounds? Or, if a first set at a higher weight causes a condition where half the weight will work on second and third sets, that's great.
 
Please post some pics of this modified hanger bro, I have the same aspirations as Dash and would be very interested to see this - nice unit btw, very inspirational!

Use electrical tape. Works wonders. It's hard to get the right amount though, but you should be able to hang heavy weights a good 30 minutes. I don't know about 40 lbs though, jeez man. I'd imagine you'd need so much tape that you couldn't ever hope to hang over 30 mins at a time. I'm at 16 1/4 and I can still go up to an hour.

What do you mean when you say use electrical tape?

Thanks for the tip it really helps, but I have had to add another sheath to really be able to take the bigger pounds.

Now a question for Dash. When you only hang for the 20 mins do you feel some fatigue after that time and during the day?

Hi Ron,
Yes, I have always felt fatigue although the fatigue tends to lessen over time. When this happends, take a deconditioning break! - Dash

I sure have. I do this regularly and, in fact, I am just coming off of a long break. I will get back on the hang in about 3 weeks and will go back on about a 6 month hanging spree. I will add 1/2 of an inch or maybe a little more as long as I stick to it!

Sounds good.. well I don't think i'm ready for a break just yet, what I really need is a more comfortable hanger so I can hang more pounds without discomfort.

Kind of a vacu-hanger... it's the vacuum-head to the vac-extender from auto-extender it's not really for big pounds... so maybe I'll just have to buy a better hanger.
 
I am attaching a picture of myself hanging 50 lbs. with my modified hanger. I have been out of the country and could not hang for over 2 months. I lost a tremendous amount of tolerance and I am back to a max of 50 lbs.

My previous max was almost 100 lbs. for a very brief period (1-2 minutes). My standard workout weight is 40-50 lbs. for 10-15 minutes 2x per day. After my night session I pull my penis as hard as possible and tuck it back around my leg and go to sleep. This keeps it in a semi stretch for as long as possible before I fall asleep and change positions. At my max I was going over 90 lbs. 1x per week for 1-2 minutes. I saw good results using this routine. However, I don't recommend it to anyone!

I think I was given a much higher tolerance to pain and capable of stretching much further than the average joe. I have had many set backs and injuries working up to this weight.

Good luck and keep stretching with caution!!!!

That is terrifying, and awesome. The really crazy thing is that you said you used to hang 100 pounds! I'm just curious, have your erections been affected at all?
