I also subscribe to the idea that heavier is better. I just do not have the time to use lighter weight. I have actually gotton up to 90 lbs. for 2 minutes. But my work out consists of 40-50 lbs. for 10 minutes 2x per day. I am getting good results.

What hanger are you using,what angle are you hanging.
 
I am using a modified grip hanger. I hang straight down and out (by bending at the torso)

Holy shit that is some serious conditioning you have done there brother! You must be really consistent with your hanging frequency too. What is your gains?
 
I am getting good results with an average hang weight of 50 lbs. 2x per day for 10-15 minutes

once or twice a week I go up to 100 lbs. Be very careful though this is serious weight and it has taken me a long time to get up to this weight. Most noticeable are my girth gains. I am now over 8 inches in girth and about the same in length.

Holy fuckin' shit man!! What do you do, wrap at the base and attach the hanger at the base to achieve that? :O :O :O I've been hanging for 1.5 years now and I thought I had it down until I read this. 25 pounds is uncomfortable to me, I can't imagine how 40-50 would feel.

So you use "The Grip" hanger (vacuum) or did I read that wrong?
 
Wrapping further down the shaft and attaching the hanger further down toward the base helps if you're using heavier weights. I know its not 40-50 pounds but I have been able to comfortably hang 20-25 pounds for 2.5-3 hours per day for the past week or so. I'm currently using a Bib Starter without the gel padding. I'm getting fatigue after about 45 minutes so I think I'm doing okay with it.

Either way, 40-50 lbs is insane, let alone 100 lbs.

I dont see how hanging (however heavy) could have contributed to girth gains. ?:( Base girth, perhaps, but overall girth should 'technically' be unaffected, unless you're talking about the fluid build up cause by the vacuum hanger.
 
I get the impression that extreme is using a vice hanger and not a vacuum hanger.

I would be interested to see what extreme is hanging with.

Wrapping and placing a clamp closer to the bottom of the penis can result in mostly lig stretch gains and less from the tunica. You see, grabbing nearer to the base exposes less of the penile shaft to the tension of the stretch. Therefore, if you have a low "LOT" (look it up with the search feature) then base stretching is much less useful and stretching from closer to the head of the penis is much more useful. If you have a higher "LOT" then you can get some gains through lig stretching from closer to the base placement. Dig?
 
Been out of town, and to answer some questions:

I am using a modified grip hanger and have made a leather holster for the vacuum tube. The holster provides the much need additional support with the heavy weight; it has 2 belt loops and a strap, which I tighten around the shaft of my penis. The suction from the tube and this additional strap allows me to hang heavy weights. Unfortunately not without occasional problems which I am experiencing now (skin blisters from all the pressure) when they heal I will demonstrate how this device works.
