Impressive stuff.

How long did it take you to gain these three inches?

You hang max 40 pounds at 20 minute intervals. Still only one set a day?

Do you back that up with some sort of ADS device, or did all that gain come from hardcore hanging only?

This sounds great to all us who cannot devote more than maximum one hour a day total to Penis Enlargement.
 
hanging 40 lbs? What kind of hanger are you using, still your homeaide hanger? I don't even think that the Redi-Streatcher could bear that weight. Any possibility you could post pictures along with your plans so that we might be able to make one when the time is right?

Also, did you use any kind of ADS?

I use my home made hanger and also the BIB starter. I generally do not use an ADS. I fully recommend the BIB starter which is a very well thought out and constructed hanger. You are not going to beat a BIB starter. By one and use it wisely and you will not regret doing so!
 
I'm getting back into hardcore hanging today when I get home because I just can't devote more than 1 hour per day to it. I try but shit keeps coming up that I need to do. I'm at 20 pounds straight down for 1 hour per day right now and I didn't make any gains from 8/25-9/25 so I think I'm going to try straight out for the next month and increase 1 pound each week. So 1 hour per day, straight out, starting with 20 pounds and ending with 24 pounds. Hopefully I'll be able to gain something doing this. If I don't gain anything doing it straight out I'll go back to straight down and increase 1 pound per week until this stubborn bastard decides to give in to the pressure. I think my ligs are made of steel.

And how many days a week?

I have been getting in 4-5 20 minute sets a day lately for 5 days each week. I try to make 2 of these at 40 pounds and the rest at 30 and 20 pounds.
 
Dash, are the two 40 pound sets the first two sets after coming back to hanging after the two day or so break every 6th & 7th day (getting back into fatigue and then riding it out through the end of the 5 days)?

Also, have you noticed any special sensations in the ligs in the 6th & 7th days (weekend?)as the ligs seem to try to start healing themselves (pinpoint minute stinging, etc.)? I have been and have wondered if you do.

I think this is a great idea the hardcore hanging. Although I would first try to see if I could get gains from stretching and lower weight longer duration hanging. Obviously this is great for people low on time. I'm interested to hear the other members who are trying this and how it worked for them. I think one missing link which is not a requirement but i would strongly reccomend is an ADS (All Day Stretcher) when you are not hanging so that your penis stays in an extended state throughout the day.
 
So let me get this straight Dash. When you started out you only did 1 or 2 sets and increased the weight by 1 pound per week. I assume that the gains slowed for you so you began doing more sets and increasing weight at 1 pound per week. If this is correct, did it help improve your gains again like you had when you started? I'm at 20 pounds per set, 15 minute sets, for 1.5-2 hours per night right now but I'm not going to measure until after Thanksgiving. Also, do you use a Bib hanger? If so, do you still have the gel padding installed in it?
 
GAINED what seems to be my first(1/4) lenght gains after 1 1/2 years of hanging!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Starting 28th of october is started using 25-28lbs for as long as i can take it
usually to about 10 mins
then drop to 20 for an other 10 and take a 5 min breather and finish of with about
20 mins of 15lbs. I also use and ADS and sleep with it averaging about 10-12 hours sometimes more sometimes less. I am dedicated and will continue this quest?

This hard core hanging shit is not for me, maybe one day but what fucking torture>
I tried it for a month and got a 1/4:cool:
I now dropped down to 20lbs and do that very comfortably,
I also started switching up angles to SO and hitting the tunica which brought
me another 1/4 giving me(although not cemented) close to a 1/2" this last month and a half.
I desirve this more than any of you can imagine as I hung for a 1 1/2 with no results on the ruler, to find out my lot is super low and now switching up the angles fella's is working:) I'm still a jump, hop, and a skip away from having an respectable average length but I think this year will see many improvements.
 
Good deal man, I'm in the same boat only it has been 7 months instead of 1.5 years. Earlier in this thread I said that I had my Bib starter adjusted correctly but I didn't. All I did was move the wrap and hanger a little farther from the head and now I can pull 20-25 pounds comfortably instead of 18 pounds uncomfortably. You guys need to look very closely at SWM's pics in the "How to" guide for the Bib starter to see how it should look if you're having trouble. The sticky threads really do help out! Now I'm going to do Hardcore Hanging for real this time and see what happens. I also bought a Circle Device to use for a few hours after my sets and possibly while I'm at work so I hope to post some gains before summer this year.
 
Thanks Gomer for pointing this out again. BIB sells an excellent product and, when set up properly, will serve you well. Guys, don't give up. Read and learn and experiment until you get your BIB set up correctly. Make the effort and reap the benefits!!

Well I finally measured like 1/16" an inch (consistently) gain in my BPFSL and this was 2 days after I started hardcore hanging.

I jumped from 15 to 20 lbs, and was only able to bear this weight when i moved the wrap up towards the base and made it tighter. So, I do 1 set at 10lbs to warm up, then a set at 20lbs each for 20 mins.

Follow this by manual stretches and DLD blasters (about 30 mins worth), and end with 200-300 90-100% jelqs.

My biggest problem is translating BPFSL to EL. I keep getting stretchier but not longer when I'm hard. :(

PS I may soon have more free time in the morning, so I may do 2 hardcore hanging sets a day, 1 in am, and 1 in pm followed by stretch/jelq.
 
Keep at it and you will get there. Learn about the effects of hanging at different angles and hanger placements and the relation to where you gain (ligs or tunica or both). Read read read.

hey dash, this thread has been going a while now and i was wondering if you have any gains to post? do you think you are currently in a plateau?

I am in a girth Penis Enlargement period and not hanging at all for 6 months. I do some A stretches 3 times per week still just to keep everything accustomed to stretching. I intend to go back to hanging again next month.
