My humble opinion is this:
1. Manual stretches until plateau
2. Hanging for Lig Stretch until plateau
3. Hanging for tunica stretch until plateau
4. Going back to hanging for lig stretch, if no gains in 2 months discontinue and start girth work
5. Girth work - manual girth exercises, pumping, and PGE1 injections (at your own discretion)
The whole time doing Penis Enlargement you should always be kegeling and light jelqing, regardless of the routine. This will help premature ejaculation. Learn how to jerk off/fuck without doing a kegel. Kegeling during sex is what makes you ejaculate.
Take it slow and very gradually build up intensity - whether it be reps, time, or force, just like at the gym.
